- Свисток для подключения имеет формат USB-C, но производитель позиционирует устройство как гарнитуру для консолей Xbox, на которых разъема USB-C нет и при подключении на Xbox нужно использовать кабель-переходник с USB-C на USB-A, кабель при этом слишком длинный, около полутора метров
- Объем заряда наушников можно определить только по индикатору рядом с кнопкой включения (зелёный - гарнитура заряжена более чем на половину, оранжевый - 50-5% заряда, красный - заряд на нуле)
Очень спорная гарнитура, вроде и куча минусов, такие как устаревший MicroUSB для зарядки, отсутствие Bluetooth, плохие амбушюры, почему-то плохой и хрипящий звук при просмотре фильмов или YouTube, при этом в играх даже на максимальной громкости ничего не хрипит. А с другой стороны, это одна из немногих гарнитур, которые можно подключить и к PS5 и Xbox по беспроводу, амбушюры можно подобрать под себя другие (лично я снял со своей предыдущей гарнитуры HyperX Cloud Stinger Core и стало лучше), с отсутствием Bluetooth можно смириться, как и с разъемом MicroUSB, т.к. заряда гарнитуры хватает примерно на 20 часов.
Однозначно рекомендую данную гарнитуру к покупке людям, у которых есть и Xbox и PS5 и при этом не хочется покупать по отдельной гарнитуре для обеих консолей, а если у вас имеется только одна из них или вообще у вас только ПК, то рекомендую рассмотреть другие модели и желательно другого производителя, например HyperX.

Шнурок jack 3.5 который самый убогий положили.
Зарядка micro usb - эти наушники в 2013 разрабатывали чтоли??!
Отдал их обратно, взял Razer barracuda. Там нет этих недостатков,

Звук очень отвратительный, даже игровая гарнитура за 5 тыс рублей звучит на много лучше, чем данная гарнитура
По итогу данную гарнитуру вернул в тот же день, потому что она не стоит своих денег. Не советую брать!

Колесико регулировки звука на старый ушах тупило ( звук в одном был громче чем в другом). Но если выкрутить на максимум то все норм.

Работает с ПК и XBOX по беспроводной связи. Тканевые амбушуры.

Устаревший разъём зарядки. При очень низком уровне громкости установленном на наушниках работает только левый наушник, при увеличении громкости подключается правый.
До обнаружения сложности на низкой громкости доставляли положительные эмоции. Подобная неисправность вызвала расстройство. По сути решается просто регулировкой громкости на устройстве, но всё равно не приятно, понаблюдаю ещё и проверю на других наушниках аналогичной модели, возможно понесу по гарантии.

Bought a SteelSeries Arctis 9X Wireless Gaming Headset.
Product worked fine for a little over a month after which it just does not power on, i have tried everything from changing the power cable to a hardware reset and leaving it on charge 30 minutes.
Device still doesn't power up
Very poor experience for such an expensive headset.
Edit1: i have reached out to the distributor and have been told a replacement may take sometime as the 'headset is currently unavailable' - strange given that it is available for fresh sale

Really good build and finish, good fit atleast for me, great for Xbox series X. Little disappointed with battery life, I am only getting close to 12-14 hours. I really like the feature where you can switch on the Xbox SX from headphone alone. It also automatically switches off as soon as you shutdown the console.

Coste elevado para las prestaciones que tiene.
Los auriculares nos llegan en una caja con todo bien colocado y presentado, pero podían haberse estirado un poco más y haber hecho una presentación más premium por el coste que tienen.
Los auriculares. son de diadema y estos cubren toda la oreja o pabellón auditivo. Esto es bueno porque te aísla de los ruidos que provengan del exterior (cancelación de ruido pasiva).
El sistema de diadema que tienen es de suspensión de correa, es decir, no vas a notar una presión en la cabeza por el peso de los auriculares como si pasa en otros. Estos son cómodos y puedes estar horas con ellos puestos que no te van a molestar, ni en la cabeza ni en las orejas.
La polipiel o tela que cubre el auricular y que está en contacto con yu piel, es suave y o apretado sobre ti, de momento no me dan calor, cierto es que estamos entrando en la primavera pero en casa aun tenemos la calefacción puesta porque hace frio, veremos en Agosto con 40ºC si estos dan calor.
Dispones de una característica que fue la que hizo que inclinara la balanza sobre estos auriculares, bueno, mas bien fueron dos.
La primera de ella y esencial para mi, el control de volumen de chat y control de volumen de juego, pero no esperaba que fuese así, lo que hace es tener el volumen del juego al máximo e ir bajando el del chat y viceversa, en los sonidos que tenia antes, podía subir y bajar el volumen de cada uno independientemente, si quería escuchar el chat mas alto y el juego más bajo podia hacerlo o bajar los dos porque quería menos volumen, aqui lo que hacen es, un balance entre ambos canales, simple y llanamente. Funciona? si, pero no como ha de ser.
La otra función era la de poder usarlos como auriculares para la música, TV, etc. Aqui me han fallado plenamente. Los prove antes de actualizar en firmare y después de hacerlo.
Antes de hacerlo, los bajos eran insípidos, muy tenues, no se hacían notar cuando se esperaba de ellos, al igual que los agudos, no podía escuchar con claridad los platos de la bacteria o la "diferenciar" las flautas y clarinetes, tenia que estar muy pero que muy pendiente de ello. Los medios, siempre estan ahí, es la frecuencia en la que casitodos los auriculares suelen poner su valor y ajustan desde ahí los altos y bajos, cosa lógica.
Tras la actualización de firmware noté que los bajos habían mejorado bastante al igual que los altos pero seguir sin tener una experiencia de sonido buena, estoy acostumbrado a auriculares profesionales y para audiofilos de ahí que saque tales cadencias, pero no sigifica que sean malos. Lo que ocurre es, que hacer unos auriculares para juego y para escucha de música, es algo complicado, o haces una o haces otra pero las medias, siempre salen ranas.
Disponen de dos tipos de conexión, Bluetooth para la musica y Smartphones y RF (Radio Frecuencia) para Gaming.
Del bluetooth no voy a comentar nada, lo hace bien, rápido y tiene un alcance de unos 10, 12 metros y no he notado lag alguno.
En RF las distancias se alargan, pudiendo llegar a los 12 metros entre muros, así que sin ellos, facilmente pueden llegar al los 20 metros, cosa absurda por que a esa distancia no vas a jugar.
El receptor que se conecta al PC, esta muy bien pensado, aqui los ingenieros han hecho un buen trabajo, pudiendo scoger si conectarse a un PC o Consola y no solo eso, tienen una entrada de microfono y una salida de audio, la cual puedes conectar a unos altavoces y en el momento que apagues los cascos, el sonido se reproducirá en ellos, todo un ingenio.
La entrada de micrófono es por si quieres usar un micro de corbata o de condensador mejor que el que incorpora, que no es muy allá que se diga y de esta manera tu compañeros de juego podrán escucharte con mayor claridad. Ojo, la calidad del micrófono que incorpora es uno de los mejores que he tenido.
El microfono que incorpora, no es de los que se pueden quitar y poner, se esconde en el cuerpo del auricular izquierdo y has de tirar de el para poder ponerlo a la altura de tu boca, no pegado a unos 3 cm para que este no sature y distorsione. En el auricular, tenemos un pulsador interruptor que mutea el microfono, para mi me es bastante incomodo de buscar y tutear.
Para saber si está multado, se enciende una LED de color rojo pero que esta encendido incluso cuando lo vuelves a la posición de recogido en el auricular, pareciendo un marciano que va con luces en la cabeza por la casa. Ya podían haber apagado el LED al esta en la posición de recogido.
Se nos acompaña un cable microUSB a USB-A para poder cargara la bateria de estos auriculares, pero no logro a entender como siguen usando este conector que ya esta en desuso y no el USB-C que será obligatorio en 2025.
En general son unos auriculares que esta bien, tienen posibilidad de usarse para jugar por RF y de escuchar música por Bluetooth aunque este no es su fuerte. Son bastante voluminosos. Disponen de un sistema de diadema ajustable por cinta muy cómodo, pero si no le doy las cinco estrellas es, porque están muy inflados de precio y por menos tienes los HiperX Cloud Flight y HiperX Cloud Flight II que son muchísimo mas cómodos, sobre todo los primeros, muchísimo mejor microfono y mejor audio incluso en música porque con los HiperX Cloud Flight la música suena muy bien en los otros, suena igual pero son más caros y son 7.1 que sigo diciendo que son falsos, si tienes unos auriculares stereo buenos, tu cerebro es capaz de distinguir de donde proviene el sonido, si de abajo a la izquierda, de atras, de arriba a la derecha o la la derecha del todo y lejos. Tenemos dos orejas, no? pues escuchamos en stereo y la forma de las orejas, es la encargada junto al cerebro de posicionar de donde viene el sonido.

Disponen de dos tipos de conexión, Bluetooth para la musica y Smartphones y RF (Radio Frecuencia) para Gaming.
Del bluetooth no voy a comentar nada, lo hace bien, rápido y tiene un alcance de unos 10, 12 metros y no he notado lag alguno.
En RF las distancias se alargan, pudiendo llegar a los 12 metros entre muros, así que sin ellos, facilmente pueden llegar al los 20 metros, cosa absurda por que a esa distancia no vas a jugar.
El receptor que se conecta al PC, esta muy bien pensado, aqui los ingenieros han hecho un buen trabajo, pudiendo scoger si conectarse a un PC o Consola y no solo eso, tienen una entrada de microfono y una salida de audio, la cual puedes conectar a unos altavoces y en el momento que apagues los cascos, el sonido se reproducirá en ellos, todo un ingenio.
La entrada de micrófono es por si quieres usar un micro de corbata o de condensador mejor que el que incorpora, que no es muy allá que se diga y de esta manera tu compañeros de juego podrán escucharte con mayor claridad. Ojo, la calidad del micrófono que incorpora es uno de los mejores que he tenido.
El microfono que incorpora, no es de los que se pueden quitar y poner, se esconde en el cuerpo del auricular izquierdo y has de tirar de el para poder ponerlo a la altura de tu boca, no pegado a unos 3 cm para que este no sature y distorsione. En el auricular, tenemos un pulsador interruptor que mutea el microfono, para mi me es bastante incomodo de buscar y tutear.
Para saber si está multado, se enciende una LED de color rojo pero que esta encendido incluso cuando lo vuelves a la posición de recogido en el auricular, pareciendo un marciano que va con luces en la cabeza por la casa. Ya podían haber apagado el LED al esta en la posición de recogido.
Se nos acompaña un cable microUSB a USB-A para poder cargara la bateria de estos auriculares, pero no logro a entender como siguen usando este conector que ya esta en desuso y no el USB-C que será obligatorio en 2025.
En general son unos auriculares que esta bien, tienen posibilidad de usarse para jugar por RF y de escuchar música por Bluetooth aunque este no es su fuerte. Son bastante voluminosos. Disponen de un sistema de diadema ajustable por cinta muy cómodo, pero si no le doy las cinco estrellas es, porque están muy inflados de precio y por menos tienes los HiperX Cloud Flight y HiperX Cloud Flight II que son muchísimo mas cómodos, sobre todo los primeros, muchísimo mejor microfono y mejor audio incluso en música porque con los HiperX Cloud Flight la música suena muy bien en los otros, suena igual pero son más caros y son 7.1 que sigo diciendo que son falsos, si tienes unos auriculares stereo buenos, tu cerebro es capaz de distinguir de donde proviene el sonido, si de abajo a la izquierda, de atras, de arriba a la derecha o la la derecha del todo y lejos. Tenemos dos orejas, no? pues escuchamos en stereo y la forma de las orejas, es la encargada junto al cerebro de posicionar de donde viene el sonido.

Update 5 months after having returned the Arctis 9, and using the Arctis Pro. The Arctis Pro has proved to be more reliable - still working with no issues. If you can tolerate the higher price and the disadvantages I listed below, I would recommend the Arctis Pro instead of the Arctis 9.
1 further update to the disadvantage list for the arctis pro, is that it does have a major issue in the firmware that makes the bluetooth volume mute then increase whenever your phone switches audio device (eg. Changing from Music to phone call). Some apps that don't keep the audio running (Duolingo as an example) are basically unusable. I had a lengthy exchange with Steelseries and they passed it to the dev team but they have yet to confirm they will address it. I therefore cannot recommend the Pro for people who use bluetooth. If you plan to use bluetooth a lot I would suggest trying the Arctis 9 and hope that your set is more reliable than mine. Or look to another brand.

I've lowered the rating from 4/5 to 3/5
For the following reasons:
- with further use, I liked the headphones more and more, so I would've put the score up if it wasn't for the next points. I just generally found they were really useful for my life, so I would take them everywhere - using them at home and at work. I found myself using the dual wireless/bluetooth input all the time.
- In the past 5 months, I've had 2 units fail.
-- The first one, it was a mechanical failure of the power button. It stopped making the click sound when you press it, and also apparently stopped making electrical contact. As a result I was unable to switch the headphones on. I returned them to Amazon for a replacement (that experience was very good, I had my replacement the next day).
-- The 2nd one failed in 2 ways. Firstly, it stopped switching on - instead flashing red as if the battery was flat. If I plugged it in then it would switch on, but it was a struggle to get it to pair with the dongle. If I unplugged the power, then it would unpair and switch off immediately. HOWEVER. If I switch it on and then connect with bluetooth, it would pair fine and I could unplug the power and use it as normal. Also, while connected to bluetooth, it was seemingly impossible to pair with the PC. The 2nd failure was a mechanical failure, whereby one of the ear cups became detached from the headband. I'm again returning it to Amazon, though this time they only offered a refund.
Despite the 2 failures, I was seriously considering giving these headphones another try, as I really love them and they generally review well and there wasn't an obvious alternative at a similar price point. In the end I decided it would be better to try another set, so topped up the refund money and got the Arctis Wireless Pro headphones instead.
For people who are wondering whether to get these ones or Arctis Pro, I'd say it's not a clear no-brainer about which headphones are better. In general I'd say both are really great and I enjoy them both. Here is a quick comparison of the 2. Note that at the time of this writing I've only had 1 day with the Arctis Pro.
Things I prefer about Arctis 9:
- seem to be a bit more comfortable for me - Actis Pro seem a bit tighter
- it has 2 separate volume control wheels - one main and one chatmix. Arctis Pro has a single "smart wheel". Personally I prefer my controls to have a single purpose so there's no brain power needed.
- when on bluetooth, the volume control is separate from the device bluetooth volume, meaning it's instantaneous. Artis Pro controls the device volume which (for my phone) has a bit of lag to it
- the USB dongle is much smaller, which is more friendly for laptop/travel
- the positioning of the volume wheel and mic mute button seem more natural to me. Maybe it's muscle memory but I have a much easier time finding them on the Arctis 9.
- the price! They're about half the price of the Arctis Pro
- The dongle seems to be more reliable at staying "connected" to the PC. I use Voicemeeter, and I've had 1 occasion where it lost connection to the Arctis Pro base station - meaning I had to restart the voicemeeter engine. I haven't had such issue with the Actis 9 dongle.
- the 3.5 mm input on the dongle is an extra input (I think). With the Actis Pro, you have to choose to enable the aux input, and it steals one of the USB devices presented to the PC (ie. you can have 2 USB sound devices, or 1 aux + 1 USB sound device)
Things I prefer about Arctis Pro:
- You can connect a cable to the headphones to use a 3.5mm jack
- the USB dongle (base station?) doesn't need a PC to function properly. You can connect it to a USB power supply and the 3.5mm aux input works. On the Arctis 9, the 3.5mm input doesn't work unless you have it connected to a PC.
- It's quite nice being able to change some of the settings from the base station rather than have to use the steel series software
- it comes with 2 changeable batteries, and the base station is also the battery charger. It's really nice that you never have to connect the headphones to a charge
- the fact that these headphones control the bluetooth device volume means you can independantly control the bluetooth and USB volumes. On arctis 9, you just have a master headphone volume and the chat mix. Meaning from the arctis 9 headphones it's not possible to turn down the PC sound and keep the bluetooth sound.
- I like that the "smart wheel" volume control is configurable. It always will be able to set volume, but you can press it to toggle to other controls - chat mix, source selection, EQ and possibly something else. Personally I think having everything is too complicated if you can't see the screen, so I was glad I could change it to just volume and chat mix
- There is a red light on the microphone to tell you when it's muted. I like on the actis pro you can dim or turn off this light. on the arctis 9 I found it was too bright and normally put a bit of tape over it.
- You can dim the screen and make it turn off after a timeout to make it less annoying in the dark. The Arctis 9 dongle has a light that's either always on or blinking. In the dark it's too bright really.
Which would I choose? Ignoring the reliability issue, I would say I actually prefer it even if price wasn't a factor. As a laptop user, the massive base station is almost a deal-breaker. There are definite benefits to the Actis Pro that I do like (I love the changeable batteries and the better support for 3.5mm inputs) but for me it's not a clear winner - and for a set of headphones that are twice the price they really should be better in every possible way to justify it. For non-laptop users I could see that the base station wouldn't be such a negative, possibly even a positive for those who like that sort of thing.
For me both are 9/10 headphones which I generally love but have some niggles. The choice between them isn't a clear thing and would come down to your personal preferences and budget.
As for the reliability question - I will have to reserve judgement until I've had more time with the Actis Pro to see if they are any better.

This is my first time buying a decent set of headphones so I couldn't compare to other similar products. Compared to the cheap ones I've been using in the past, these are lightyears ahead. In general, I'm really happy with the headphones, but there are some minor niggles, which is why I say they're 9/10 headphones for me.
What I like:
- sound quality is pretty good. I'm not an audiophile, but I don't notice anything wrong with the sound.
- I like having the volume control wheel
- It presents as 2 audio devices, so you can have sound from 2 sources and individually control the volume. The cross-fade wheel on the headset for this is quite nice. The manual describes this as for game and chat, but for me I'll probably use it for game and youtube, since I like to watch youtube while playing some games and only sometimes turn up the game audio.
- retractable mic with a hardware mute button. When muted, the button is raised and the mic is lit up red so you know.
- wireless with PC and bluetooth to phone works at the same time.
- range seems decent - at least within my flat I haven't lost signal
- comfort is ok
- sound from microphone seems decent enough
- plugging in the charging cable doesn't switch them off (I've had a set of headphones where they did)
What I don't like:
- high price - tbh, for this sort of price I would expect them to be almost perfect in the execution of the features it has.
- the crossfade wheel doesn't affect bluetooth audio & the software doesn't allow this to be configured. There's also no way to adjust the bluetooth volume separately, only the master volume and the crossfade of the other sources.
- they're quite warm on the ears
- the analogue audio input is on the USB dongle rather than the headset itself, so you can't use a 3.5mm jack without USB power
- the USB dongle is pretty big and on a long cable. Fine if you're on a desk, but not so good with a laptop.
- I installed the steel series software and found it was missing the 1 feature I installed it for: to decide which audio inputs are affected by the crossfade and which is which.
What I haven't tried yet:
- moving the dongle to another PC - I would hope there wouldn't be a need to re-pair them
- connecting to a 2nd bluetooth device - how is the experience swapping over, etc? can it remember both devices at the same time? or do we need to re-pair each time we want to switch?
- noise cancelling on the mic - in one of the promo videos it looks pretty good, but I've yet to try.
- battery life/charging time
So would I recommend these headphones? Maybe - if you're ok with the price and it meets your needs. I suspect there may be better deals out there though. Saying that, I am happy with them and will keep them without regret.

I've tested:
- the noise cancellation on the mic in the car. It's not as good as I expected from the promo video. You could hear my voice fine, but you can also hear a lot of the sounds from driving.
- switching the USB dongle to another PC. it was pretty seamless and I didn't have to pair it again

Pros:
- Microphone. Nice and clear, dedicated mute button, and easy to deploy/retract. Never had an issue of friends being unable to hear me in Discord.
- Sound. It's a gaming headset, and it makes games sound good. It's not the highest audio tier because that's not what you're paying for.
- Audio mixing. The ability to mix between "chat" and "game" is a amazing feature and I wish more headsets had this! I can very easily balance the audio from discord and the game I'm playing on the fly, which has become such an integral part of how I play games now I'm not going to go back to a single audio channel solution anytime soon. I thought it would be a bit of a gimmick but turns out the be the best feature.
Battery. Lasts in my experience 20 hours without a charge, which for someone like myself that is online for maybe 4 hours an evening is perfect as I can charge it pretty much once a week. Not had it die on me yet!
Cons:
- Not for big heads. My head is apparently a little larger than most, and therefore I have the adjustment strap adjusted all the way to the end, in fact I've only got half of the velcro attached! I haven't noticed this to be uncomfortable, however if I knew this in advance I wouldn't have purchased this.
Verdict - It's a great headset and the audio mixing isn't just a gimmick but a major plus point, however sadly I can only recommend this to people with smaller or "normal" sized heads :(

I wanted a gaming headset that I could wear on a plane or train and not look like I’m on the way to gaming convention. I really look the subtle look and functionality of these. The look and feel like a premium product and they seem like they’ll last a while. Sadly, they are let down by scratchy and itchy ear pads.
The headphones connect well to everything PS5, MacBook phone etc. The sound quality is really good. I wish there was a phone app to tweak the sound settings like turtle beach have. You have to connect to a computer to alter the settings.
As already mentioned, the big downside is the comfort of the ear pads. The material is scratchy and itchy, on the skin on the side of your face. I noticed that after a wearing them for a little while 15-20 mins they started to feel uncomfortable. I don’t suffer with any allergies or skin sensitivity whatsoever. The ear pads are actually slight too small for me. I don’t have big ears but after a few hours these begin to become painful/achy. I reached out to steelseries via twitter and had no reply at all.
I’m probably going to end up having to spend £20 on a better set of ear pads, which isn’t great when I’ve only just bought them. They are not the most expensive headset around but they aren’t exactly cheap either. I’ll probably opt for cooling gel ear pads if I’m forced to upgrade.
I’m confident these will be more comfortable once I have some third party ear pads but I wish I’d known beforehand and could have factored the extra cost into my decision to buy. If you’re going to buy these, see if you try them on somewhere first.

So, I'm using this for a mix of gaming and general use.
As far as the sound quality and mic quality goes, no contest, SteelSeries delivers extremely well again.
My main gripe with this headset is how unnecessarily awkward it can be. There are multiple audio channels and multiple communication channels, which you need to set and ensure are defaulted with your system before they will register correctly with you selected app or game.
An example of where you can run into issues is attempting to have a communication channel selected for discord, while also having that communication channel selected for your game. Sometimes the communication channel will work for the game based off of your dongle connection, but it won't registere in discord without turning the bluetooth on, for seemingly no reason.
I've also had issues with registering the correct audio channel for say, watching some stuff in the background while playing some more casual stuff. I'll have a game launch and then all of a sudden I lose audio to anyhting outside of the game.
All of this is before you even enable Sonar, which is their optional audio enhancement software, that adds even more channel options for further confusion.
This is a fantastic headset, when it just works. Well worth the money but just about worth the occasional hassle.
As far as the sound quality and mic quality goes, no contest, SteelSeries delivers extremely well again.
My main gripe with this headset is how unnecessarily awkward it can be. There are multiple audio channels and multiple communication channels, which you need to set and ensure are defaulted with your system before they will register correctly with you selected app or game.
An example of where you can run into issues is attempting to have a communication channel selected for discord, while also having that communication channel selected for your game. Sometimes the communication channel will work for the game based off of your dongle connection, but it won't registere in discord without turning the bluetooth on, for seemingly no reason.
I've also had issues with registering the correct audio channel for say, watching some stuff in the background while playing some more casual stuff. I'll have a game launch and then all of a sudden I lose audio to anyhting outside of the game.
All of this is before you even enable Sonar, which is their optional audio enhancement software, that adds even more channel options for further confusion.
This is a fantastic headset, when it just works. Well worth the money but just about worth the occasional hassle.

Alors actuellement j'ai cassé ce casque, mais, je n'ai, pour l'instant trouvé aucun équivalent à celui-ci et compte donc le reprendre
Pour ceux qui n'arrivent pas à avoir les sons dans les bonnes sorties, il suffit de demander à Windows d'envoyer discord dans la sortie chat, et votre jeu dans la sortie jeu, point
Ce casque fonctionne sans driver rien, même pas besoin du logiciel Steelbugseries pour fonctionner (et je vous promet, vous n'en avez vraiment pas besoin)
Le casque est livré avec un dongle on ne peut plus pratique, tout simple, vous branchez votre haut parleur sur le dongle, et quand vous éteignez votre casque, vos haut parleurs prennent le relais, et inversement, pas besoin de trifouiller les périphériques H24, vous les régler une fois et c'est tout.
Je ressens après plusieurs heures un poids sur le crâne, car je pense que l'élastique n'est pas assez tendu pour, je devrai probablement m'en fournir un nouveau, mais en soit, il est confortable
Pouvoir l'utiliser sur son smartphone et son PC en même temps, ça aussi, c'est pratique (peut-être gadget pour certains)
1 gros point noir cependant, sa portée, il vous suffit d'un mur, même fin, pour réduire probablement de moitié sa portée sans fil (ma cuisine est à côté de la pièce de mon pc, il y'a environ 6 mètres je dirai, le casque est vendu pour 12 mètre de portée, et il se coupe dans ma cuisine)
Niveau design, ça fait vraiment très nomade, le casque passe partout, en intérieur, en extérieur, et lors de vos sessions de jeux, vous n'aurez pas de mal à vous faire entendre
Le chat/mix est natif, contrairement au Nova 7 qui est censé être son successeur, vous n'avez donc pas besoin du logiciel pour utiliser cette fonction, et ça encore, c'est parfait.
En gros, tout ce que ce casque fait, il le fait sans software, et c'est donc la qualité du casque en pure
Pour la gamme Nova, c'est une bonne gamme, mais sans son logiciel, on perds une bonne partie des fonctions vendues comme faisant partie du casque alors que c'est juste leur soft qui règle le casque correctement, sans, il redevient un casque très moyen et lambda

Bon matériel
Il lui arrive très occasionnellement de buguer ou encore de se déconnecter du dongle PC quand on tourne en bluetooth avec sur le smartphone depuis longtemps. Un peu relou, mais autrement il est très pratique et fait bien le job pour des conf call et des appels téléphoniques.

充電しながら使用できたら☆５でした。
音質や音量に関してはとても満足しています。
なのですが、充電プラグを刺しながらプレイしていると「ｻﾞｻﾞｰｯ」というテレビのノイズのような音とともにヘッドホンの電源が落ちるという現象が多発しました。
これを日本正規代理店 株式会社ゲートというところが問い合わせ担当をしていたので問い合わせをしてみたところ
「充電しながらの使用は想定していなくてですね…充電しながらですと、電界が発生してノイズも入る場合もございますしヘッドホンの電源を落としてから充電をお願いしています。」という内容でした。
私はArctisシリーズを5～9まで使っているのですが、Arctis７ではこういったことがなかったので、とても驚きました。
追記：Arctis7でも同じことが起こるようで、たまたまそういった現象が起こらなく私の知識不足なだけでした。7でも同じ使い方をしてくださいと教えていただきました。

My overall review of this set is positive and I've given a detailed description of how the special chat mix feature works however I did have an issue using them with a USB hub which I have described but I won't score them on this as it is quite an uncommon thing to have. The tl;dr is that chat mix doesn't work with a USB hub.
Overall good headset, well thought through, comfortable and visually appealing. The mic is nicely loud even when its stored in the retracted position, extended its actually slightly loud which is unusual for a headset. The signal tones indicate audibly that the device has turned on or off and even indicates things like the device being on but not yet connected to the machine so its easy enough to understand why they aren't playing if that does happen. The chat mix, when working properly is very well done.
When I read about these headphones before buying them I found very little info about the chat mix feature so I will explain it in detail here as it really is the reason to buy this headset over similarly priced sets. The headphones function as 3 separate audio devices at the same time (rather than just output and input which would be 2). In the windows sound menus you get 2 output devices, a device for chat and a device for game. The advantage of this is that the headset has a volume dial on the back left ear piece which rolls from (chat) --> (both together) --> (game) and the centre point with both together has a nice click to it to make it easy to get the headset back to that default both position. The normal volume dial is on the right ear piece which works exactly like it does on other headsets with a high to low volume range which affects both outputs the same way.
Unfortunately I've had a problem with the chat mix and because it is such an unusual feature it was very difficult to determine this was the problem, hopefully if you have it this will prepare you. The issue I had was that when plugged into a USB hub (which I use to conveniently move all my peripherals between my work laptop and desktop together) the dual audio completely breaks, you can use one or the other but as soon as the system tries to use both at the same time neither of them will work at all and it seems like something has broken until you convince the computer to stop using one and magically it is fixed.

Kopfhörer liegen sehr eng an den Ohren an dies könnte für einige unangenehm rüber kommen aber mann gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Sonst sind die Kopfhörer sehr gut. Haben ein gutes Klangbild, für musik hören sind sie jetzt aber nicht die besten, denn dafür fehlt der Bass. Das Programm funktioniert sehr gut und ist auch einfach zu bedienen. End fazit ist man kann sie weiter empfehlen.

Pros
-very good for gaming, i can hear footsteps clear and the directions where the audio is coming from.
-OK immersion on certain things.
-Comfortable to wear with and without glasses.
-Easy to lower down volume on the side of the headset
-Easy to pull the mic headset and put it back after use.
Cons
-If you like bass, this isn't it. The bass isn't good and if you max it 12.0dB and make some changes to the settings it doesn't really make a difference, its weak. To make things worst I have a 30-dollar gaming headset and that headset have better bass than these. Thats sad.
-The configuration that has in the software are TERRIBLE, way too flat and audio isn't balance at all and please do not use any configuration that are for "specific games" (Theres presetting's for certain games and they are BAD).
-Listening to music isn't it as well. Sub, Bass, Low mids and high aren't even good. I only found my liking is using the configuration to "Music: Deep Bass" that are MUCH better than the rest of the configuration settings.
-Default settings is very terrible. Just please do not use that and change it quick.
-Connection is also very bad. I walk 8-15 feet from my living room to the bathroom and I'm losing connection sooo much that i just leave my headset at my desk. I could not be bother hearing the loud beeping sound that keeps telling me it lost connection and reconnecting.
-Booting up the PC will make the wireless transmitter to turn off. I will need unplug and re-plug it to my PC and turn off the headset and turn it back on to connect. Almost every time i turn on my PC.
-Noise cancellation? These for sure aren't noise cancelling. I could hear the background i can hear my phone i can hear my family members talking to me without taking it off my headset.
-The price. Not worth it, If only i return these before the return window closed. Now I'm stuck using these

Qualitativ aber…
Grundsätzlich ist das Headset sehr hochwertig. Die Tonqualität ist wie für den Preis zu erwarten sehr gut. Der mitgelieferte Signalempfänger, welcher über USB am Endgerät angeschlossen wird, erfüllt alle Male seinen Zweck.
Was an dem Headset umständlich ist, ist die Lautstärkeregelung. Diese ist stufenlos und sehr, sehr leicht vorstellbar, was dazu führt, dass man bei der kleinsten Berührung die Lautstärke verstellt.
Ebenso kann man je nach Modus zwischen Game Sound und Voice-Chat regulieren.
Stellt man am Empfänger Stadt auf PC auf Konsole hat man dieses Problem nicht.
Das Mikrofon ist zwar super flexibel und hat für ein Headset. Eine gute Qualität jedoch leuchtet dieses im Stummmodus, was teilweise nervig ist.

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal wahr
Ich habe jetzt schon zum 3 mal das Headset zurück schicken müssen da es Fehler haft wahr ich liebe dieses Headset wirklich und es bricht mir das Headset jetzt auf eine andere Marke wechseln zu müssen aber ich habe jetzt nach nciht mal 3 Monaten wieder mal ein technisches Problem mit dem Headset und langsam wird es wirklich lästig leider werden die Headsets nach dem Release Tag von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter sprich die Komponenten werden immer minderwertiger mir ist auch das jetzige arctis 9 alleine beim Laden ohne es währenddessen zu benutzen einfach kaputt gegangen

I tried a pair of these to use on PC for gaming and listening to music/films.
They sound fine, nothing special and even with tweaks to the EQ to boost the lows/mids, they still sounded tinny (almost claustrophobic) and the drivers can't handle any bass (if that's what you're after) and sounded like the speakers were blowing if you raised it even slightly in the EQ.
I found the headband uncomfortable, maybe a personal preference but it was hard to adjust the velcro and they felt really loose on my head. The earcups felt too small with my ears touching the inside of the headphones right next to the speakers (and my ears don't stick out).
The mic was awful! Friends I played with immediately complained about the sound of the mic in-game (like I was in a tin-can/across the room). To be fair out of game when testing the mic it sounded OK, not sure why in game (what it's designed for) it sounded so bad.
Sure it has great connectivity choices but I didn't have a use for those. Expected more overall.
