With this Walkman the customer gets less.
As one would expect from Sony the sound is good. However,with a new product release one would normally expect any previous extras of the model to now be included as standard. Not with the Sony NW-A55L. This time the customer gets less. No FM radio. No clock display. No rapid alphabetic listing, you have to scroll through all music files to seek the one you want.The new software package 'Music Center for PC' is not as user friendly as the previous 'Sony Media Go'.
The NW-A55l product description has several marketing buzz words re gold solder and sleek finish but at the end of the day it is a product with less facilities than previous Walkman releases. This is the Sony Walkman to avoid.

Don't like the limited ways to load your music.
Even with the user guide its easy to end up with no output.
I don't like that the only way to load music onto it is using a sony app on a Windows computer .
The app is less than intuitive to use than the player. Overall I am less than satisfied with my purchase.

Stores hours and hours of music
I managed to load all of our CD collection onto this device, and we can now replay them through a Bluetooth speaker or through an Alexa speaker. The screen is a bit small but generally I find it very useful.

Working normally in the begining, now after a month doesnt work at all.
Was really happy with a purchase, sound and everything, now approximately one month later I can't even charge it, let alone turn it on, or even get a response on laptop, using his original cable, its totally dead, don't know what to do,or who to contact for this issue.
