Very upset and dissapointed
Bought this as i bought a smeg oven.First time used left pan mark round and marks.Had a hotpoint for 10 years ,which i had no bother with it had a lot of scratches after 10 years off the cats walking across it.I just want to cry

Just what we needed
Been a family of 4, we needed a hob that ticked all the boxes, hard wearing, quick to heat up, as my 2 teenagers are always starving and want food instantly! Which it does, the settings are perfect and the information guide is really easy to understand. It also needed to be easy to to clean, We work full time so don’t have a lot of spare time on an evening to be cleaning, a quick wipe is all that’s needed and above all else It needed to be affordable. I also love the fact you can lock the controls on the hob. We researched quite a few hobs In our search, we have other Smeg appliances In our kitchen so it was actually an easy choice as we know Smeg appliances are really reliable, high quality and an affordable price.

I needed a ceramic hob in a hurry ordered one only to find delivery was end of august ,no hassle reordered another brand delivered monday morning at 7.30 am refunded with the price of the first one same day.cannot recommend enough

Great value for a quality product
Smeg are associated with great quality products so this is good value against similar hobs .... occasionally I have found that I have accidentally turned a ring off , or it has automatically done it ... but other than that ... good bit of kit

Great looking bit of kit
Love the look and feel of the new hob. Fit really well with the colour of oak work surface I just fitted. With no knobs it makes the whole finish really nice. Timer and a safety system will really keep things organized.

sleek look stylish no knobs to wash round can be cleaned all in one go, love the safety lock and timer on the hob , hopefully there will be no more burnt carrots! hob heats up quickly and is very hot so items take less time to reach a boil, with having the lock on means im not afraid i may hit the on button by mistake
