Хорошо работала в в конфигурации Asus P5Q3 (чипсет Р45)+Intel Pentium E5700 Wolfdale+4 планки этой памяти. При замене процессора на Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 Yorkfield система перестала запускаться.
Думал либо плата навернулась, либо процессор бракованный. Однако проверил эту память на 2-х платах Asus P5Q3 Deluxe с тем же процессором - и они так же не завелись. Чипсет у них такой же: Р45. К этой конфигурации подошли 4 планки памяти по 4 Gb Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G.
Ради интереса проверил на плате с чипсетом Р35 (Asus p5K3 Deluxe). В конфигурации с этим же процессором Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 Yorkfield работает без проблем. А конфигурация чипсета Р45+Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 Yorkfield+4 планки Silicon Power SP002GBLTU133V02 выходит несовместима.
Поэтому рекомендации следующие: у кого платы на сокетах 775, обязательно надо перед покупкой проверить совместимость. Этот сокет был снят с производства на заре появления памяти DDR3 в 2008 г. Возможно, не все виды планок памяти, которые вышли позже, прописаны их в биосе.

- + Купил для замены стоявшей в ноутбуке планки на 4 GB от A-Data. Индекс производительности памяти изменился с 5.9 на 7.1 (Windows 7). При работе глюков не замечено.
Учитывая стоимость...

I got this when the price was much lower, so I don't feel right giving it 5 stars. For it's current price on Amazon ($24.99), I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to recommend it. I put this in an Acer C7 Chromebook, and haven't had any issues with it. I have been using it for a while now, and it makes a big difference (yes, even on ChromeOS). So, while I would recommend getting extra RAM for a Chromebook, I'm not sure that it would be this particular stick. But, for the price I paid, I'm very happy with it. If I have any issues down the road, I'll update this review.

I purchased this RAM to put into my low cost Home Theater PC. It worked immediately and has been working well since adding it to that barebones system. Even though my Home Theater PC is a low powered CPU I'm still able to record, watch, and even play some cool games at low resolution and low quality without much flutter. Overall I'm very satisfied with this RAM and if I needed to upgrade to 8GB I would come back and buy another one of this chips.

I ordered two of these for an upgrade to my Acer Aspire D270 netbook. My wife has an identical netbook, thus purchasing two. The netbooks had a limitation of 2gb, 1 so-dimm slot. The memory went in and worked like a charm. The netbooks move a lot faster now... if there was only a way to fix Windows... :/

I order 2 of these for my kids netbooks. They came with 1 GB and for homeschool purposes we figured why not try to speed them up a little bit. Well, I had my oldest check the speed after install by playing his minecraft. He was really pleased with the improved performance of his little Acer. Thanks!

Needed to double the memory in a desktop computer and the specs on these matched the installed memory. Running for a month with no stability problems with a Windows 7 64 bit operating system

My computer only came with 4GB of ram and it was still pretty fast. After I installed the additional 12GB, the computer just flies. They were 25% cheaper than anyone I could find.

Feel free to spend more for RAM with the same latency if you like. It's not necessary. This stuff works fine.

UPDATE: After reviewing the BIOS version for myself, my Dell Optiplex 380 was on a very old version. After updating, this RAM works great! I would also like to commend Silicon-Power support, as they were quick and courteous!This RAM was purchased for a small side project, so I wasn't looking for really expensive stuff. After reviewing the specs on my machine (Dell Optiplex 380), I found this RAM to be compatible and purchased it. Fulfilled by Amazon (on prime), so it arrived in one day. I pulled the old ram out of the machine, put the new stuff in and nothing.... just Dell's trade-tell buzzing. I re-seated everything and still nothing. Put the old ram back in, everything worked. Then i thought maybe the bios needed a reset so i popped the new RAM back, yanked the BIOS battery, let it sit for a few minutes and powered it up, but still no love.I have emailed Silicon Power and am waiting a reply. I doubt i have two bad sticks, but who knows. After further review of additional sites, I am sure this RAM should be compatible. I will update and hopefully change my star rating when i hear from support!

What's to say? Easy to install, reasonably priced. All specs are correct for memory upgrade to an Alienware Aurora (ca. late 2010 model).

One stick works great, the other was DOA. For the people who are wonderinf about that lifetime warranty... I emailed USTech@silicon etc and it was returned undeliverable. Also, the tech support number goes to voicemail. Proceed with caution, go with A Data.UPDATE: Got an RMA Request from Silicon Power, want me to SHIP IT TO TAIWAN. I'll never see it again. WILL NOT PURCHASE EVER AGAIN.
