Buttons are hard to Press.
I Like the coloring and layout better than my original Sharp Aquos remote.
If the buttons worked, we'd be in business. You have to press really hard and aim it just right for it to work.
We will keep it as a backup for emergencies. But it was a fail as a replacement for the OEM remote.
UPDATE:
After over a year of use the remote is still working. Either it has gotten better with time or I've become used to it.
Maybe the buttons were a bit stiff at first, but seem to work much better now.
I would no longer rate this as a failure and would actually recommend it as a viable replacement.
Although the plastic housing is of a lighter grade of plastic than the OEM, I would not describe it as flimsy at all, as another reviewer claimed.

Remote looks nice and is super lightweight. Mine did not work for my sharp tv right out of the package and ended up not working for my tv at all. I did all matching processes that the instructions had and the remote blinked accepting codes but still did not work. Loss of money, threw it away.

This is an amazingly simple replacement for the proper Sharp remote. No programming is required. Put in the supplied AAA batteries and you are ready to go. Simple.
Edited: After 31 days in use, this remote control failed. Interestingly, it failed on the day that the return period ended. How convenient. I changed the batteries, but it does not work.

Most buttons work great! The power button turns the tv off and back on within seconds. We haven’t figured out how to press it fast/lightly enough to just turn the tv off. Otherwise it’s a good remote.

It’s a remote! What can you really say? All the buttons I need to use work. It arrived quickly. Only time that would’ve made it better is if it came with batteries. So be sure to order some if you don’t have any. (Don’t be like me!)

Product arrived quickly and worked perfectly fine but unfortunately for me, it helped me discover that my problem wasn't with my remote (this one did the same as the original) but it was the software in the TV.

Tried a bunch of the codes, none of them seem to work. The remote lights up but nothing else happens. Disappointed I need a remote.

Did not work for sharp lc-42sb48ut.
Half the codes on the list the remote said were invalid codes.

Followed the simple directions and this connected 1st time to my old Sharp TV. My model has the old built-in DVD player and even this now works with the remote. Very impressed with this remote. More than I expected.

Still working great. All functions work including the sleep and Netflix buttons. Cheap price and replaced the old one exactly like it was supposed to.

I Bought this remote because it said it would be compatible to my GA935WJSA remote for my Sharp Aquos TV but it did not work. Can i return this or get some help with trying to make it work.

Was super excited to receive his because we lost our remote. The shipping was super fast. I got in in less than 24 hours and I even ordered on Sunday. Very pleased with that. Unfortunately it does not work with my TV so big time bummer there.
