Don't buy..waste of Money
Please don't waste your money. Don't buy. Less battery life. Phone getting heat very often. Very irritating sound while vedio calling on zoom or skype etc. While speaking, the other side person voice is audible. May be the low price is attractive... But I just suggest not to buy by seeing the price tag. Very much disappointed by Samsung and Amazon.

Best smartphone for senior citizens and students
Battery life is very good and OS is good.
For senior citizens is very good option and for students is good (not good for games).
Price is justified with quality and samsung brand.
Camera, sound quality, video quality are all ok.
For Senior citizens 1GB ram is enough
For Students ...2GB ram is recommended

Not to buy M01 if you wish to stay at peace
1 Dual sim fail on software upgrade
2 software updates on its own
3 samsung customer service doesn't have any answer or solution to rectify they just revert back to factory defaults
4 every 15 days need to visit samsung customer service centre and every time everything will be formatted
5 most useless mobile I have ever used or seen
6 I hardly used it for a month and half with 2 visits to customer care
7 highly recommend not to buy

Good Mobile with poor camera and charging time
1. Screen quality is good
2. Navigation is satisfactory and didn't see any delay.
3. Could have storage varient of 128GB atleast.
4. RAM is 2 GB but no lag in process. Given that installing some basic apps that consume much RAM.
5. Camera quality feels like this phone doesn't have a camera. That is after using camera you will not use it anymore even for WhatsApp video call.
6. Battery backup standby is good and stands for 2 days.
7. Battery charging take more than 3 hrs which makes us keep away from using this mobile phone. Like social media distancing.

I like it but remain some fear due to hearing problem.
Phone become hot during charging and when on net connection. Photo cannot be used as contract picture.

Request for have to give software update:
1. Add photo feature for individual contact list
2. Screen off automatically , we can not able to give time limit as option was not available in settings
3. Charging Indicator was not there for battery /Calls aert

Disappointed
I am very unsatisfied from this seller and Amazon.. I received a defective product.. It did not switch on. I made a replacement request. And the delivery agent insisted on checking the IMEI number from the phone. I reported the issue to Amazon but every time the agent arrived I would face the same issue. I am one of the loyal customers of Amazon and I did not expect such a behaviour from them. I hope this time it gets replaced.

Hopeless product from Samsung
Hopeless product from Samsung. I purchased one before some time back. Mobile stopped working in 5 days. Amazon got is replaced. So placed one more order after few days for second mobile. This phone stopped working in 20 days (after replacement window was over). Two mobiles of same mode from Samsung stopped working is not a good sign. I would recommend spend little more but buy some other mobile.

Best entry level smartphone from a trusted brand
I bought it for my mother. The overall package is great for the price. Even though it is TFT display, it works like a charm. Battery and camera are average at best. Supports voice over wifi. It is a great phone for elderly people who are switching to smartphone for the first time. I choose Samsung as user interface is clean, ad free. Do not expect game playing or heavy app running. It does the basic communication job pretty well. Samsung has already released two system updated with latest security patch. Can't ask for more at this price.

Not worthy.
I had purchased this phone when there was big movement against chaines products.
I am facing several issues :
1. Battery life not good
2. Handset gets heated on nominal uses
3. now after months uses phone gets switched off on few minutes talk.
conclusion : don't waste your hard earned money in these political or corporate propoganda like ban against chaines product

Good handy but processor too poor in this genaration
In this price samsung provides a good budget phone ..But processor should be better in this price ..Phone is lagging in some cases ...Otherwise build quality good ..Feels good in hand ..Android go version phone ..Suitable for father's or mothers or old age but not for young if you are a student or doing job ... Because of android go doesnot supports many apps...Camera is superb

Don't buy this phone & Horrible return process of Amazon
Its not working. Pls don't buy this phone. Listen carefully, Only on 24.12.2020 I bought this, on 25.12.2020 its not working. I couldn't even switch this mobile on. Samsung Galaxy M01 mobile. Mobile is not worth. As today I came to amazon for return or replacement this cheater has closed the return window by yesterday. How cunning they are ? not even ten days its been since I have bought. This cheaters have closed it. Its not working now. Even if I call toll free numbers no one responses.
The bad part of this mobile was that it lasted only half day. Next morning it did not work even after charging and trying everything possible, but what's WORST IS AMAZON RETURN PROCESS. Highly disappointed with Amazon process it took me approx. 4 days and 2 hours of phone calls to get the defective product returned.

Super Disappointed
Bought only for the batch and brand belief and big fan of samsung and been using n number of Samsung mobiles for a decade. Bought this for low budget and for kids for online classes. But it hangs to the core and quality could have been much better atleast it would be better if Samsung doesn't launch these kind of mobile. This will suit only for calls and occationals internet usage.

Battery depletes too fast
Well I bought 2 phones, one for my dad and the other one for my mom of course and it may seem decent as per their reqs I suppose. I mean they only use whatsapp and youtube for videos but I installed a game today and played for 15 mins or so... And that's when I noticed that the battery life is pretty awful. 1% declined every 2mins or so and that was just a card game so I'm not sure what else to expect. So it may seem good for them as I said earlier but if you were to ask me then well that's a lame phone, I would rather buy something else

I bought this Mobile for my wife. I like the look. The performance is good, the display is good. The battery is decent.
I am an electrical engineer. So, In my profession, I have seen some advantages of fixed type circuit breakers. Based on this I thought This new M01 galaxy to be preferred as it is having the following advantages because of fixed battery:
1. The ohmic contact of the battery will be good.
2. As the ohmic contact of the battery to the main mobile is a fixed one, the power consumption will be optimal as the Drain is less.
3. This fixed battery made the Samsung make the mobile a compact size where Samsung improved in other technicalities for better operation.
4. This may be an advantage to Samsung for considering its price to be competitive.
The speaker is a little average. Not so effective when we turn on the call through the loudspeaker.
But overall, I offer this as a decent choice in terms of budget and specs for seniors and regular phone users.

An excellent choice in its segment
This phone is targetted for users with basic usage. It does its job very well even with intermediate usage. Android Go is a lightweight OS, but I found it good enough to run facebook app (normal version). Perfect choice for the elderly and folks who do not use heavy duty applications consistently across the day. Go for it especially if you get at a discount.

Super bad product , waste of money
Hey guys ,don't purchase this moblie at all.it is not worthy to use, simply waste of your money.I purchased this phn for my mother.It claims to give 1 yr warranty , but the phn is dead within 1 1/2 months,Very awful product.I chatted with customer service abt whether this item can be replaced or not as it comes within warranty period ,but there is no coperative response as they keep on recycling u on same page.They don't even bother to call even after filing complaint.Simply waste product , meant to throw in trash...I highly suggest don't buy ...

Not happy
Many functionalities does not work like ring tone setting . Camera too poor quality. Phone is extremely small in size. Trust me it doesn't deserve more than 5 k. I gifted to my father . He is adjusting with the phone. Not happy with it .
Bought it in emergency as he lost his Mi phone and this is not upto the expectations. Bought it on sale at 7 k .never thought it will be so poor.
