Doesn't work with AT&T anymore
I bought this as a replacement phone, making sure to check the description and questions to see it worked with AT&T. It does NOT. Apparently AT&T is eliminating 3G and it's system sees many older phones as 3G even if they are 4G. This is one of them. Make sure you specifically check with AT&T before you buy a phone!!!

Not recommended
Phone battery and fingerprint reader are great, the problem I have with this phone is how slow it is. The phone's touch screen is horrible. I set an alarm and couldn't turn it off due to the faulty screen, had to reset the phone. The phone constantly lags when trying to play videos. Maybe I just got a faulty product? Sure I can accept that, but I find that hard to believe since a refurbished product is usually tested.

No phone in box
I can't really review the item as the box was empty when I received it. The Amazon box was perfectly fine but upon opening that box I noticed the box that was supposed to contain the phone was awfully light and the seal was broken. I opened it and the oy thing in the box was the block that plugs into the wall to charge it.

No 4G in US! Missing keyboard vibrate feature.
Purxhased the Galaxy A10S, Caribbean. The keyboard vibrate (haptic feedback) feature is completely missing from the menus. You can get sound when keypress but you cannot make it vibrate. Was online with both US and Caribbean supporrtand kept getting runaround. Too late to return it. So US buyers beware.

Great two SIM smart phone.
This unit allows both SIMs that I use to be in teh same phone. The memory expansion with the SD card makes the phone a good music provider.

Great buy
Nice phone. New in the box. Came with ear phones and screen protector. Pictures are clear and works in U.S. aswell as Jamaica. Keep in mind you have to have a new sim card for the new phone.

Got this phone for my dad, it's good.
It's a true dual sim phone, in that it has slots for 2 sims AND a dedicated mem-card, exactly what my dad wanted for an upgrade from his old dual sim phone.
I saw a lot of reviews here that they can't understand the language,
the 1st time i started the phone the 1st option is to select a language, which is defaulted on Spanish. (it's rather small and can be missed if you rush through the 1st time setup).
i got no complains here, my dad is old he wasn't looking for a fast phone or anything, just to upgrade from his old phone.
i have to say, price wise this is a pretty good.

Buy elsewhere, unless you’re a fan of long waits.
I originally ordered the part on December 6th with an expected delivery date of Dec 12. Yet, here I am on December 16th with no part. The tracking has the part getting here Friday, December 20th. The seller uses a super cheap option for shipping called “smart post” by FedEx. I contacted FedEx and there is no way to pick up the item and you must wait. This is completely unacceptable and should be advertised as so. According to FedEx the part may actually be here later than what is shown due to nature of how “smart post” works. I strongly suggest you buy elsewhere to avoid the hassle and the wait. The part shipped from New York. At this point I could have driven to get it and explored New York for a week before returning home to install it and it still would have been a quicker option. Total. Garbage.

i love the size of the phone i bought it for my 56 year old dad for his Christmas however it was a lil difficult to set up in terms of the different features i would imagine someone who is not technologically savvy having difficulties setting it up had issues with the touchscreen too

It's a total mess! Refund + return experience too bad
Problem with play store. Doesn't download apps properly and the return experience - whoa! It was horrible experience. Never ever buy it.

Problem in play store while searching the app by categories.
Is there any problem with the play store.
You can see the problem in the attachment. If you search your required app it's shows but if you search by category it's shows server error & Retry.

Stopped working in 2 days
I bought this for my mom and in 2 days it stopped working.. in every two minutes its giving an overheating alert and the phone shuts. This is really ridiculous . You people are giving defective products . I need a refund. I will go legal against you all.
