Wires, Cords & More Wires. Oh My!
You can do much better in sound. For the price, not bad. But if your like me and hate messing with cords, you better keep looking.

Not all of the speakers work.
The front three speakers sound great, as does the sub woofer. The "surround" speakers do not work. Not a sound. The good people at Samsung told me that this was a common problem and I could box the unit and Mail I to them for repair. I declined.

Great System for the $$
I am NOT an audiophile. I just wanted something a step up from the speakers on my Sony TV, AND have some surround sound just for the fun of it. This replaced another Samsung BluRay player that I hated because all of the controls faced UP and there was no indication of what was going on. This has all the controls facing out, and there is enough verbiage on the led readout to let you know what's going on. I ordered a digital audio cord so that my cable DVR box could plus directly into it. There is a single button on the remote that will turn on "TV Sound". I'm always surprised by those who buy a Kia and review it like they spent the money on a Lexus. We have a modest living area and it produces MORE than enough sound. Certainly much more than the TV ever did. The only modification I think I'll make is to design some kind of surround sound speaker brackets that allow me to turn those speakers toward the center, as the system has not ability to change the balance of any of the speakers.

Very happy with it
Love it easy enough to install works well with the Samsung TV 4K. It's perfect for the small room that I'm using it in 12 x 10 sound quality is very good

Hard to find
Great product. This is my second one, to replace an older system. No problems, went right in. Hard to find 5 channels in the stores. Wish I got the 1000W, but works because room is small. Great little system, no frills.

WASTE OF TIME & MONEY
Don't waste your money on this! Only 3 out of 6 speakers work, 1 of which is the subwoofer. Also, if you are watching regular tv, you can hear what you're watching but if you try using the Blu-ray player THAT COMES WITH THIS SYSTEM, everything is muffled and you cannot hear anything. Worst purchase I have ever made and I am now stuck with this stupid thing!

This unit upgrades an older (2009 or so) Samsung to a Smart TV. Super sound, easy to operate.
Best part of this, it takes an older "not smart TV" and if it's a Samsung, makes it smart. I especially like that it can find movies on your PC and stream them from the one remote. The sound is incredible for for the price, I'm buying another for my 2009 Samsung in the mancave. You can program in Netflix, HBO Go, Showtime Anytime and the others and it eliminates the need for a Roku. This is clearly a super value for under 200 bucks.
Amazon popped up a suggestion that some people bought speaker mounts. I bought them too, but had to modify them to work by drilling directly into the speaker enclosure for wall mounts. I ran the wires up through the walls, but those wires were there already, or I'd have looked for the Bluetooth version for the speakers. Still, this is a great value for a great product.
