Had a S6 for years. Wanted something close but an upgrade which hit on both of these.
Also very satisfied (1 week) with the battery life and overall cosmetics. Being a 'refurb', I was concerned but it appears to be brand new.

The Galaxy s9 is a quality phone and everything operates smoothly, absolutely love using it! There are so many accessories available for the Samsung and that has been a huge plus also!

Like new at a great price
I am always wary of purchasing refurb items online without being able to check em out first. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the near mint condition of the Samsung s9 I received.
Aside from a couple of very light, barely visible scratches there are no signs of wear and tear.
The phone came with a charging/data cable, wall charger and wired earbuds.
I am very happy with my purchase.

Exelente teléfono, muy buena resolución en la calidad de foto, pero como no es nuevo no trae accesorios, además la batería no le dura mucho, creo que para una adolescente no está tan mal y para lo que pague. El siguiente año le voy a comprar uno nuevo mejor

Network problems
The network doesn't work on the phone. It will connect to wifi, but it will not connect to the internet when it's out of range of wifi. It's on the same plan as the other 2 phones and they work fine.

Great as a phone for our daughter!
We had to get this after our extra phone for our girls died (an S6). The S9 has been GREAT! I was nervous about buying a refurbished one, but it is fine. One daughter got her own phone now, so this one is used for our other one. Works wonderful and can handle the apps/games she put on it. Takes nice pictures as well :). Very happy with the S9.

Wow, I'm very impressed. The delivery was on time. I had this for a few hours and it's been great. I was scared to order but I'm happy I did. Thank you. Only a few minor scratches but nothing so noticeable. I'll see what happens a week from now. But do far so good.

Scratches
I did not expect it to be scratched up. That's a pretty decent gash below the camera in the picture I provided. There are also small scratches on the screen but this other phone's camera sucks and I couldn't get them in focus. It didn't say anything about scratches in the description. It seems to work well however, hopefully it's just cosmetic. Will update if anything changes.

Great. Phone I love the customer service from the seller . Device had a issue and they made it their priority to rectify the problem . I correct the problem locally was costly to send it back

Battery life is not good. Always having to charge the phone even when not in use.
My phone has a very short battery life. I'm always having to charge the battery even when it's not been in use for hours and there are no apps running.
I didn't have any problems connecting to my network carrier.
The phone is in like new condition and all functions work as they should.
If the battery life was better I would have given more stars, but it's very frustrating to have to charge the phone several times a day when it's not being used to keep the phone from shutting down.

Looked nice but was defective
The fingerprint reader was clearly used and paint was gone from it. There were a few small scratches on the screen but overall it was nice looking for being used. However the battery life was very short, disappeared quickly after doing an update and installing a few apps. Then the apps force closed A LOT!! Trying to charge was impossible as each time I plugged the phone in to charge it showed the warning message for moisture detected. Sent it back and I’m going to go with a different model.

Does not work with Straighttalk
I intended to use this phone on the Straight Talk network. It came with Verizon firmware, which isn't the problem. The problem is there is no firmware for Straight Talk/Tracfone for this model SM-G960U. Only the SM-G960UI.
The phone is nice. Only a few small scratches on the back. Looks like I'll be selling it.

Surprisingly good quality !
Phone came in almost perfect condition- the only thing I would complain about is battery life but even then it lasts about 4-5hours without charge! I would recommend this device to anyone looking for one

Phones don't work as advertised.
I currently have 2 S9 phones. I ordered an unlocked phone to go with my third line. I have now received 2 phones and neither have been unlocked. This is terrible service. I have been on the phone with my carrier and spent two hours on each phone. So now, 4 hours at least not counting the first return. Is it so hard to send a phone that works. Is it Amazon's fault? Hard to tell, but right now, I am very peed that I cannot get this phone to work and will have to spend even more time sending it back.

Broken on arrival
As soon as I took the phone out there were display issues. Phone would flicker black. I do not think this is Amazon's fault and rather an issue with the phones software itself. Buying one of these in 2022 is a gamble. Beware
