***I did not buy this phone on Amazon***I thought I'd give a review on this product anyway, due to the amount of very negative reviews. I'll go point by point, because I've owned this phone for 3 years now and never had a complaint.-If UPS charges you twice the initial amount, it's not the phone's fault, check your local phone store before you buy.-Unfortunately, if you don't check the origin of the phone you're buying and are getting it second hand, chances are it will be crappy. Again, not the phone's fault, but the previous owner's...-There will be limited tech support for the phone. Heck there is very limited tech support for any electronic product that's more than 3 months old. The sim cards will not work at the same time. If you worked with computers, you'll know that you can't boot one up using 2 operating systems at once.-The nice thing about the phone is you can actually switch sim cards by pressing the button on the right side of it, and it stores all the phone numbers on the phone memory, so you can access all your contacts via both sim cards.-Of course, you'd have to be able to read to RTFM... I mean, seriously, don't complain if you haven't read the manual. You CAN switch sims as long as they're both "on" or "standby" and not "off". If you want to deactivate a sim card, and that's your default one, the phone is going to reboot. Just like Windows PCs.-I travel to-and-from Europe and USA a lot, and this is very helpful to keep contact. You have to shut off your phone on the plane anyway, so it's not as if it's going to be a hassle to switch/activate/reactivate sim cards on this.-the music "app" on this thing is surprisingly decent.-after dropping it about 50 times, the back and battery will tend to fall off, but it's to be expected if you're not carefull with your things, so it's not a complaing, just matter-of-fact observation.-downside though is that I lost the headset with microphone that came with mine (again, did not buy this on Amazon) and I can't find a replacement for a 3.5mm x 12mm source...

This phone must be the worst phone made, it can't receive or make calls. Most of the time, when you try to make a call, it can't find a network. I've tried calling the phone on a land line and goes directly to voice mail or just keeps on ringing. Only good for texting and that's even iffy. Spend your money elsewhere, don't buy this phone, its a piece of junk!!!

I purchased this product along with another phone. And noticed later when i put to use out of US, that it is a locked phone and also the initial language displayed is in european language , you do not get english manual, so get your skills upgraded to figure out how to convert the same to english and then check if it works as unlocked phone.CHeck 10 times to ensure it is unlocked less you might be left to customer care who seems to have a single view point . THese guys send you a locked phone and then ignore to reimburse the cost of unlocking .....So be doubel sure when you recieve the phone, that it is a unlocked phone. Easy to handle and the only good thing is it display the typed numbers in big fonts , and i like the slide .

This is the worst cell phone I've purchased. I started using it less than a month ago and was very disappointed! It appears to be a refurbished phone though I ordered a new one. The icons at the top of the screen are not visible, because in that area, there are black and white lines going through them and the lines increase daily. It is obvious that this will happen to the entire screen.

I was very disappointed in this product the review said it was unlocked, it wasnt. Online reviews say that the unlock code is one thing or another but it doesnt work. I had to have it unlocked. Aside from this it feels very light and toy like!I dont recommend this to anyone.

Bought this for my Dad in January 2012. No complaints from him, big numbers and easy to use. Nice res screen,slim, nice to look at. Battery lasts forever. It says low battery for days and it still wont die (yes you can still make calls). Only thing I dont like is the themes.. but Im sure there is a solution online for that somewhere. Loving the standard microUSB as well.PS: Samsung software = bloatware...you are better off without installing it.A bit overpriced though but wanted a traditional phone..

I bought this phone as a present for my Uncle and He LOVED it but I rated 4 star because it wasn't sealed/the box was not. But phone still great, works new, NO scratches, and everything included people Highly recommend it :)

Pude usarlo desde el primer momento,sin ning?n incoveniente, explcaciones claras y hasta ahora funciona muy bien. Para estar completo,tendr?a q haber inclu?do en cable para computadora. Great little phone for the money. Controls are good, slide out keyboard clear and easy to use. The mini SD card (an extra) is a great way to transfer photos to PC. Only minor criticisms are dated graphic display and skimpy user manual.

Bought this phone in January and it is the worst phone I have ever owned. The keys don't work properly, you have to turn off the phone to change sim card use, you can't use both sim cards at the same time, and many other odd things. I called for tech support and there is NONE on this phone. I will not recommend anyone to buy this phone or any other samsung phone.

I got the phone yesterday. It looks sleek but the screen resolution is poor. The most important drawback (at least for me) is that all the menus / prompts are in Spanish and will not work for me. Even the instruction manual is in Spanish. So I'm returning this phone. I would have kept it had it been in English. I was disappointed that nowhere was it mentioned on the website that this phone was built for spanish-speaking customers.

Phone arrived in good condition worked well when I insert the sim card but the battery runs out fast.It came with all the accessories the phone is ok.

This phone gets terrible reception for us on AT&T. This is compared to multiple other phones and models we have used at the same location. You should try something else at this price point.

This case did not come close to fitting my Galaxy S. It was a waste of time and money. My return was also handled poorly. Would not recommend this product or seller.
