This phone only works in India. The seller does not mention this!!! Even the charger plug is not made for use in the US and won't work.

But when delivered it was in a Ziplock bag with no product information, but because i was travelling the next day i had no choice but to take the loss

Similiar to another user, This phone was a life safer when I traveled around Europe and picked up $20 Data plans for the 5-6 days I stayed in a particular city. Very much cheaper than any International data plan.

Good except a couple things.
First time I tried to charge it this is what I kept getting. Finally found a cord that worked. 2nd thing is the volume buttons don't work the best which is something she can deal with. All in all so far so good.

Very nice phone but it came with a flaw with the microphone, I listen to other people when they call me and they do not listen to me. prove with free hands and it worked. but to load a handsfree connected all the time is not the idea. and a friend went wrong is the same team but for the battery. And another little thing was it came with an external memory already used.

I bought this phone and brought it to ecuador and it doesn't work. There is an unlocked code that I don't have. Can you help me ??

Good Phone
Great phone for the Samsung name and the money value but just be careful that if anyone will use it in an LTE network which requires a Band 4, it wont work. It clearly says it in the seller description and it was my mistake that I didn't check our network provider available LTE Band.

Отличная покупка. Телефон был точно таким, как рекламировалось. Нигде ни единого изъяна. Незапертый и без клейма. объем памяти 256 ГБ. Заряда батареи хватает на весь день. Я использовал его как в сервисе T-mobile, так и в сервисе Verizon, используя физические SIM-карты (у него также есть опция e-SIM). "Обновленный" - это правильный путь. Вы не получите оригинальную коробку. Но он был хорошо упакован и действительно шел с совершенно новым зарядным устройством.

Broke my S9 screen, Got This S9 Plus instead...
The device came with all that's needed to transfer an existing account without breaking a sweat, bigger screen, than my original S9, and overall of good quality. I cracked my S9 screen and thought I'd try one of those screen repair kits.. (glass, not digitizer) It was interesting to say the least, but I blotched it. so, i found this as a replacement.. There IS one issue I'm having with it however.. and it's kind of a BIG issue for someone who lives where Network Signal is literally "Non-Existent" I have to use "Wifi Calling" when at home, and there's NO option anywhere within this phone to turn it on. I've tried everything, looked everywhere.. it's simply not there. I only changed from an S9 to this S9 Plus.. I have the same carrier.. so it's not an AT&T thing.. even in the settings app, i type wifi calling into the search bar, and it says no results.. I don't know if I've just received a glitched phone, or there's some dumb update from Samsung that removed it altogether (Although that makes no sense) Everwhere else it's great, i just have to swap my sim card back to my broken S9 when at home so I can use wifi calling.. If I can't find a fix for this, i'll give it away to a friend or something and get something that supports wifi calling without the frustration of jumping through hoops.

The phone over all is great but....
But when your on a call and you put it on speaker phone you sound muffled on the other end of the call. That's not cool cause I do a lot of hands free things where I need the speaker. But never the less the camera is very Great That's why I got the phone for the photos.
