DO NOT BUY
I recently bought the phone. And the phone feels and looks brand new. However the battery is dying fast. I took it off the charger at 100% and 2hrs later ots already at 75%. I tried to reach out to the seller and they are giving me the run around!! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!

Little Disappointed
This phone is a powerhouse. Overall this phone is good, but it does have some areas of concern.. I will explain why by reviewing the good and bad features of this phone. Let's start with the good features.
This phone has a vibrant screen and has a great camera. The touch screen is responsive. I do like the fact it identifies likely scam callers. Now I need to figure out how to tell the phone to automatically ignore likely scam callers. The eye comfort setting is nice and easy on the eyes in my room at night. The 256 internal storage makes up for the lack of internal storage. This has many ways of identifying you by using a pin, figure print, and or face recognition. These are strong pluses for the phone.
There are features that I like, but some of the basics can improve. It is missing a headphone jack so good luck finding an adaptor that allows you to talk on a headset and charge your phone at the same time. It takes a few attempts to unlock my phone using my figure print. The battery drains really fast, and I leave my phone on the charger most of the day. One time while at the gym, the volume level was constantly changing when I was at the gym using my headphones to listen to music and playing a game. The headphones would be blasting and hurting my ears, and after adjusting the volume, it would either go up again or go down to a whisper. I wonder why the phone gets hot near the camera area. Getting hot for no reason is not a good sign of reliability.
Hope this phone lasts. It took me a while to find a good switch that allows me to charge the phone and talk in a zoom meeting. I Hope Samsung releases a fix that addresses the erratic volume and getting hot for no reason. I really like the responsiveness of the phone hope this phone is a good investment.

it came early... it said it was in very good conditions .. well .. it was. I also got the 4.99$ a month warranty which is better than the one you get from TMobile. very pleased with the purchase.

Love my Samsung phone.
Have been a longtime Samsung user. Bought this phone refurbished. Came in excellent condition and works perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase. Best part is it didn't break the bank.

Bought this for my mom, she's been needing a newer phone to update her old one, she doesn't require a fancy one like nowadays but she liked it so I'm happy. :)

Looks good
I received the Samsung galaxy s21 on Friday 10/7. It seemed to be working fine at first but over the weekend it started to act up. The screen will occasionally go black or freeze , it turns on & off, and the it lags on any app that you’re on.

I haven't used the Face Recognition nor Fingerprint Reader, so I can't rate them... I had a Samsung 7, so this us a big change for me & will take quite awhile to figure out...

I ordered this phone because it's stated to be unlocked. The phone works wonderfully but the sim card reader does not work for the phone at all. I'm disappointed,I'm an international customer and now I have a phone that's basically a small tablet

Seller didn't actually fix what was wrong with it.
Phone randomly turned off, generally while using YouTube. Needed to be force shutdown before turning back on.
Chances are seller just got the phone, wiped and reset it, played around with it for a few minutes, and decided it was fully functional.

Not bad, but not “excellent”.
Phone booted with T-Mobile but recognized my Verizon sim and reset correctly. I order an “excellent” condition phone, but the phone that arrived had signs of drop damage in 3 of the 4 corners and dings around the edges and camera bezel. The screen appears to be in good condition. Based on the condition of this “excellent” condition phone, I would be cautious ordering a phone of leases condition.
I’ll update my review after using the phone for 4 weeks with comments on battery life and functionality. Right now this purchase feels like a 3 star value.

Arrived with dead mic
Received the phone earlier than expected which is s good thing. Got it activated and during tested a call noticed that the mic was not working. When connected to headset works fine. I contacted seller and was offered a replacement but had to wait a couple days so decided to get it fix st as local shop instead since I need my phone for work reasons. Need better QA.

Great Phone Crippled by Hardware or Software Issue
Both my wife and I have this same S21 that we purchased new when they were released. Mine works great - no issues and I'm very happy with it. My wife's started freezing and restarting randomly several months ago. She put up with it for a while, but it got pretty bad. I found several others with similar issues on Samsung's forum. We purchased this replacement, which worked great for a couple weeks, then started doing the exact same thing. We've tried to troubleshoot 3rd party apps, and anything else we could think of, but nothing has worked. I think there is a serious hardware or software issue with this line of phones. Not really sure what to do... gamble on another one, try a different model, or jump ship for an iPhone. Very frustrating. This renewed version also came with a long, fine scratch in the screen. It's barely noticeable, especially after applying a screen protector, but I'm surprised they would ship a phone out with scratches.

A couple weeks later: Despite our best efforts to troubleshoot, the phone is still having the issue. Some days are worse than others, but we can't seem to figure out why. Send a support ticket to Samsung, but we haven't received any response. We're deciding to switch to another device and not gamble on an S21 again.

Like New. Great phone
I was a little skeptical about buying a renewed phone, but what I got was like a brand new phone: in perfect condition, works great, healthy battery, etc.
As far as the S21 model, it was a great upgrade from my S9. The phone is fast and reliable, and the battery life is decent. The camera is killer, and although I haven't used it much, two features stand out thus far: low light photos are crisp and clear, and the zoom function is far better than any digital camera/phone I've ever used.

Like the S21. Had a S9. Battery life is great. Just took Sim card out of S9 and put in S21. Spectrum Mobile.
