New Things to Learn
I haven't used the Face Recognition nor Fingerprint Reader, so I can't rate them... I had a Samsung 7, so this us a big change for me & will take quite awhile to figure out...

I ordered this phone because it's stated to be unlocked. The phone works wonderfully but the sim card reader does not work for the phone at all. I'm disappointed,I'm an international customer and now I have a phone that's basically a small tablet

Seller didn't actually fix what was wrong with it.
Phone randomly turned off, generally while using YouTube. Needed to be force shutdown before turning back on.
Chances are seller just got the phone, wiped and reset it, played around with it for a few minutes, and decided it was fully functional.

Not bad, but not “excellent”.
Phone booted with T-Mobile but recognized my Verizon sim and reset correctly. I order an “excellent” condition phone, but the phone that arrived had signs of drop damage in 3 of the 4 corners and dings around the edges and camera bezel. The screen appears to be in good condition. Based on the condition of this “excellent” condition phone, I would be cautious ordering a phone of leases condition.
I’ll update my review after using the phone for 4 weeks with comments on battery life and functionality. Right now this purchase feels like a 3 star value.

Arrived with dead mic
Received the phone earlier than expected which is s good thing. Got it activated and during tested a call noticed that the mic was not working. When connected to headset works fine. I contacted seller and was offered a replacement but had to wait a couple days so decided to get it fix st as local shop instead since I need my phone for work reasons. Need better QA.

Great Phone Crippled by Hardware or Software Issue
Both my wife and I have this same S21 that we purchased new when they were released. Mine works great - no issues and I'm very happy with it. My wife's started freezing and restarting randomly several months ago. She put up with it for a while, but it got pretty bad. I found several others with similar issues on Samsung's forum. We purchased this replacement, which worked great for a couple weeks, then started doing the exact same thing. We've tried to troubleshoot 3rd party apps, and anything else we could think of, but nothing has worked. I think there is a serious hardware or software issue with this line of phones. Not really sure what to do... gamble on another one, try a different model, or jump ship for an iPhone. Very frustrating. This renewed version also came with a long, fine scratch in the screen. It's barely noticeable, especially after applying a screen protector, but I'm surprised they would ship a phone out with scratches.

A couple weeks later: Despite our best efforts to troubleshoot, the phone is still having the issue. Some days are worse than others, but we can't seem to figure out why. Send a support ticket to Samsung, but we haven't received any response. We're deciding to switch to another device and not gamble on an S21 again.

Like New. Great phone
I was a little skeptical about buying a renewed phone, but what I got was like a brand new phone: in perfect condition, works great, healthy battery, etc.
As far as the S21 model, it was a great upgrade from my S9. The phone is fast and reliable, and the battery life is decent. The camera is killer, and although I haven't used it much, two features stand out thus far: low light photos are crisp and clear, and the zoom function is far better than any digital camera/phone I've ever used.

Good deal, finally a phone with a better camera
AT&T's 3G sunset meant that my 3-year old phone (Mi A3) needed to be replaced, but I had a difficult time finding one with a good camera, and not too expensive. I still think ~$400 is a bit much for a phone, but overall, I am quite happy with this refurbished Samsung S21. The exact model I received is a SM-G991U1, it was fully unlocked (worked with AT&T), it's easily pocketable, and the cameras are indeed pretty impressive. The only downside is that the battery runs out faster that I am used to. And yes, it is a refurbished model, there were some tiny scratches around the USB-C connector, and a few microscopic dings on the bezel, but overall it looks very good, and everything works as expected so far. Fingers crossed it will stay that way!

New phone
I just got it today and while I absolutely love it it’s not the 6.7 screen it says it is. The one I got was the 6.2, which is whatever I’m still in love but now I need to get other screen protectors because the ones I ordered off the ad don’t fit.

It arrived earlier then expected and works
It came on time but does not come with a clear case or anything make sure to purchase yourself a case at the same time! It works perfectly fine I turned it on with MetroPCS with just a $25 fee bc you have to get a new Sim card. Its been a week since turning it on and use. I haven't noticed anything odd or upsetting with it. I gave the face recognition a 3 bc I don't use it so I don't know if it works and I don't care for face recognition stuff. I use the figure print and have like 3 sets of my thumbs 👍 input bc of all the stupid angles I my hold my phone haven't been locked out let.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Bought an S21 in the best condition and price I could find and it works and essentially looks brand new(a few scratches on the frame but nothing crazy). I was nervous about ordering a refurb as opposed to brand new but this was a great experience, just don't choose a lower condition one to save a few bucks.

I purchased this phone refurbished for my teenager and other than a tiny scratch on the backside, this phone is perfect. It is fast, has a great battery and the camera is wonderful.

Телефон отличный, мне он нравится! Я хочу новый телефон с отличной камерой, большим объемом памяти, чем у моего старого iPhone SE 2020 (у моего iPhone было 64 ГБ), и хорошей памятью. У меня есть Consumer Cellar, и он поддерживает мой тарифный план. Когда я разговаривала по видеосвязи со своим парнем, моя камера была более четкой, чем у его iPhone 13. Он работает очень быстро, и качество звонка у него отличное! Все мои друзья и родственники говорили, что мой голос был очень чистым и громким! Кроме того, мне нетрудно слышать людей на другом конце провода. Он работает очень быстро и не дает сбоев ни в одном из приложений, которые я на него скачал. Кроме того, я много пользуюсь своим телефоном и могу целый день обходиться без подзарядки.
У меня действительно проблема с блоком питания и шнуром зарядного устройства, которые прилагаются к нему. Шнур зарядного устройства проржавел с одного конца, и мой Samsung не поддерживал этот шнур. Кирпич представляет огромную пожароопасность! Я заряжал свой телефон другим шнуром и почувствовал этот запах гари от электричества. Я понимаю, что он исходил от кирпича, и когда я отключил его, он был очень горячим. Поэтому я выбросил и шнур зарядного устройства, и кирпич. Поэтому я рекомендую, если вы приобретете этот телефон, вам действительно следует заказать другое зарядное устройство и комплект для него, чтобы заменить то, которое поставляется вместе с покупкой этого телефона.

Слегка разочарован
В целом, пока я доволен.. Доставка была на 4 дня быстрее, чем ожидалось! Обожаю уже установленную защитную пленку для экрана! И я просто рад вернуться к использованию galaxy. Камера потрясающая, если исходить из старого дешевого pixel. Но я немного обеспокоен тем, что в этом случае кажется, что довольно быстро становится теплее, чем следовало бы.. Посмотрим.
Я снимаю звезду, потому что ожидал, что "отличное состояние" будет почти идеальным. Я был удивлен, увидев потертости на задней панели у края по всему телефону. Пытаюсь смахнуть его, так как я буду надевать на него чехол ... все остальное на телефоне очень чистое, но все же... Последние 15 лет я продавал свою подержанную электронику на ebay и никогда бы не назвал ее превосходной.
