Not a Verizon Phone
While the phone I received does work on the Verizon network, it is not a Verizon phone and therefore lacks a few of the features that I prefer to have. Specifically, this phone lacks the ability to make use of the Verizon Visual Voicemail app. No longer can I open the app and just push play to listen to the message I want to hear repeated. Now I have to call into my voicemail, provide a pin and then skip through any other saved messages to find the specific one I want. It is a minor inconvenience, but a really annoying one.
Aside from the misleading advertising, the phone works great given the previously mentioned annoyance. I guess, as they say, You Get What You Pay For. Would have been 5 stars if it was exactly what I thought I was getting.

Operations Not good
I had a Samsung note 4 for a good 10 years probably. Very easy to operate Receive information take pictures save data play music. The note 20 Ultra is much more difficult to operate and get those things completed. Couple of new features are good but my overall Opinion is that the note 4 is much better Operationalize.

Great phone
This is the second refurbished Note phone I've bought on Amazon. Why pay twice as much for new when these are as good as new? This one is in perfect condition, no marks or scratches. We had it set up quickly on our Verizon account, no problems at all. The battery life is fine, the display is bright and colors are vibrant. My husband loves the bigger screen size compared to his old S8. I've tried to talk him into a Note for years and have finally converted him with this phone! If you have concerns about buying refurbished, this is the way I look at it - Amazon refurbished phones are inspected for any issues, and have a 90 day "for any reason" return policy, which you won't get when you buy new and pay double from your carrier! I bought my refurbished Note 9 two years ago and it's still going strong. You take a chance with any phone, even a new one can be a lemon. I highly recommend any Note phone, and if you can save over $500, what are you waiting for?

Ich bin kein Romanschreiber aber das ist mindestens mein 5. oder 6. Samsung. Geht immer problemlos und macht Alles was man erwartet ohne Aufhänger oder zu langsam. Ich würde nie mehr was Anderes kaufen.

Das Handy wurde sehr schnell in der Originalverpackung geliefert. Statt einer polnischen Version kam ein italienisches Modell an, was eigentlich nicht schlimm ist. Allerdings war das schwarze Garantiesiegel durchgeschnitten und mit einem weißen Siegel überklebt. Das Handy hat keine Macken und funktioniert einwandfrei, allerdings bin ich nun nicht sicher, ob es sich hier wirklich um Neuware handelt.

SAMSUNG NOTE 20 ULTRA – SUPERTEURES HANDY MIT ETLICHEN SCHWÄCHEN
Das Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra ist sehr teuer, also erwartet man für sein gutes Geld auch ein Top-Gerät. Ich will mich gar nicht weiter auslassen über den abgespeckten Prozessor für die doofen Europäer (das haben schon genügend andere getan). Aber unförmig wie dieses Handy schon aussieht: Superdünn mit einem weit herausragenden riesigen Kamerablock, der das Gerät wackelig und instabil auf jeder Tischfläche macht. Mit Glasrückseite! Also kann das 20 Ultra auch sehr leicht kaputt gehen. Deswegen braucht man ein Case – dann ist aber alles schon viel dicker. Trotzdem gibt es keinen wirksamen Schutz gegen Stürze und Kratzer nachzukaufen: Panzerglas auf der Kamera versaut die Blitzbilder völlig, ist daher unbrauchbar. Für die Vorderseite gibt es nur gebogene Panzergläser mit einer Klebefolie direkt auf dem Fingerabdrucksensor! Nicht dass man deswegen den Fingerabdrucksensor benutzen könnte, es sieht einfach furchtbar aus mit dem verschmiert wirkenden runden "Loch", das will wirklich keiner auf seinem Note 20 Ultra kleben haben! Die Kamera macht nur sehr bescheidene Makroaufnahmen, bei der Vorgängerversion soll das noch viel besser geklappt haben.
Es ist eigentlich eine Zugriffsmöglichkeit aufs Online-Konto mit e-TAN vorgesehen. Leider funktioniert diese Sache überhaupt nicht (ich habe 4 Stunden damit zugebracht, den TAN-Generator immer wieder dranzuhalten, alles versucht: Helligkeit des Handys aufgedreht bis zum Anschlag – Feld vergrößert, verkleinert - Blinkgeschwindigkeit variiert, aber es gab nur Dutzende von Verbindungsabbrüchen). Dadurch habe ich 150 Euro verloren, die mir durch die Samsung-Happy-Payday-Aktion für dieses Gerät zugesichert waren. Von solchen windigen Versprechungen, die man dann nicht einlösen kann, halte ich gar nichts.
An der Seitenleiste hat sich seit dem Note 4 nicht viel getan. Man kann zwar inzwischen mehr Apps dort unterbringen und auch eine Toolbox mit Kompass und Lineal, aber mal ehrlich, wozu soll das wirklich gut sein? Man kommt doch über den Start-Bildschirm mit einem Griff an alles ran. Apropos Note 4: Das war das letzte Note mit einem Wechselakku – der danach immer fest verbaute Akku ist ein für den Kunden teurer Riesenrückschritt! Wenn man das Note 20 Ultra auf Energie sparen setzt und kaum nutzt, kommt man erst mal gut über den Tag. Aber was ist nach 2 Jahren, wenn der Akku nicht mehr so frisch ist, und was ist, wenn man das Handy ständig intensiv nutzen will? Bixby ist auch so ein Schuss in den Ofen: Da möchte Samsung wohl gegenüber Google aufholen. Nützlich wäre es nur, wenn es ein wenig mehr könnte als Google, etwa, wenn man Befehle geben könnte, die über mindestens 2 Sprungebenen gehen („Bixby, öffne mein Buch bei Onleihe auf der richtigen Seite“), aber das kann Bixby ja nicht. Was soll man also damit?
Das Note Ultra soll ja angeblich so toll mit einem Windows-PC zusammenarbeiten. Das ist aber eher Augenwischerei: Der Zugang zum PC ist einerseits wie schon seit mindestens 7 Jahren über die Geräte-Datei möglich. Andererseits kann man das Bild des Displays auf dem PC-Monitor abbilden. Na und weiter? Ein echter Austausch mit dem PC, der das Note 20 Ultra zu so etwas wie ein Grafiktablett machen würde, ist nicht möglich. Mal abgesehen von seinen vielen Nachteilen ist das Samsung Note 20 Ultra ein tolles Gerät. Besonders haben mich die Lichtstärke und die Bildstabilisierung der Kamera beeindruckt. Ich konnte im stockdunklen Wald bei nur wenig Mondschein wirklich scharfe und unverwackelte Bilder von den Baumsilhouetten
mit dem Normalobjektiv im Normalmodus machen. Aber leider andererseits nur wirklich schlechte Nah- und auch keine guten Blitzaufnahmen. Lustig ist, was Samsung unter „Vollbild“ versteht, nämlich das Gegenteil davon! Wenn man die Apps einzeln auf Vollbild einstellen könnte, wäre das ein sehr nützliches Top-Feature – so ist es einfach nur albern. Bei Benutzung der sogenannten Vollbildeinstellung habe ich in meinem Reader (Onleihe) im Dark Modus nicht nur die Navigationsleiste in Weiß, sondern zusätzlich auch noch die Statusleiste. Also muss ich jedes Mal von Hand den Vollbildmodus einstellen, was ziemlich lästig ist.
Ich wäre wirklich schon längst von Samsung weg, wenn ich nicht ein Stylus-Junkie wäre – ich kann einfach nicht mit den Fingern schreiben!

🌟UN SMARTPHONE CON UN DISEÑO ESPECTACULAR🌟
Te cuento que ha llegado junto a su cargador, el cable de datos USB C, el lápiz óptico además de los auriculares/manos libres de la marca AKG.
Después de más de un mes de uso puedo darte una valoración sincera con los puntos más importantes a destacar y a mejorar.
LO BUENO:
✅ Indudablemente su diseño, me parece el smartphone más bonito que hay actualmente en el mercado, su diseño con líneas rectas, con un triple módulo de cámaras trasero que sobresale dándole importancia a sus 108 MP que esconde su sensor principal. El color pienso que es muy acertado y además no es un imán para las huellas luciendo siempre en todo su esplendor. Es muy fino, y es ligero por la gran pantalla que trae y los materiales con los que está construido, lo siento cómo un teléfono premium en mis manos.
✅ Lo siguiente que impresiona es su gran pantalla, la más grande jamás vista en smartphone de Samsung, es una auténtica delicia navegar por ella ya que con sus 120 Hz es muy rápida en su respuesta táctil. A pleno sol en el exterior es la pantalla con la que mejor rendimiento he obtenido hasta ahora. Además trae un film protector de pantalla ya instalado por la propia marca.
✅ El sistema operativo que lleva es Android 11 en el momento de hacer la revisión, el manejo a través de los menús es fluida, su procesador es muy solvente y he podido sin problemas además de las funciones normales como navegación, redes sociales y correo electrónico he podido editar fotos y vídeo con total solvencia, se nota que tiene un buen procesador, en ningún momento he sufrido durante más de un mes un solo reinicio forzoso, parón o error alguno en su sistema.
✅ La calidad de audio impresiona, ya que cuenta con dos altavoces (uno el finísimo oculto entre el cristal y el borde superior) y otro en su parte inferior, volteando el smartphone con la reproducción de videos o música consigo un efecto envolvente, sin apreciar diferencia en potencia entre el altavoz superior e inferior, su sonido a máxima potencia es muy bueno y sin distorsión alguna.
✅ El lápiz óptico que trae incorporado en la parte de abajo sale solo al presionarlo ligeramente hacia dentro, es interesante todas las funcionalidades extras que puedo hacer con el aunque sinceramente durante este tiempo no he pasado del hacer algún que otro garabato con el, en la pantalla, no pienso que sea algo que a futuro le vaya a dar mucho uso.
A MEJORAR:
🔴 Su batería, no es muy grande para soportar el procesador, esa cantidad de memoria RAM y la pantalla de casi 7 pulgadas, se han quedado un poco cortos, además han bajado la carga rápida de 50w en el anterior modelo a 25w, haciendo que su carga a pesar de indicar que es "rápida" sea la mitad que la que tenía en el modelo precedente, eso hace que muchos días haya necesitado de una carga extra a mediodía para llegar al final del día sin sufrir, eso sí, permite ante un apuro la carga inversa pudiendo cargar inalámbricamente un smartphone, un smartwatch o unos auriculares a través de su carga inalámbrica reversible.
🔴 A pesar de tener la opción de 60hz y 120hz, y de resolución HD, FULL HD o QHD, el sistema no permite elegir las opciones más altas a la vez, pero bueno, creo que es algo más de marketing que lo pueda percibir mi ojo, siempre lo llevó eso sí en FULL HD, con los 120hz de pantalla activada.
Y poco más te puedo contar, es un teléfono potente que puede con todo, es bonito y llama sobre todo este color la atención allá donde vayas pero peca algo en el tema de batería, su precio ahora pienso que es mucho mejor que cuando salió al mercado, así que lo considero una muy buena opción de compra.

Muy caro para la calidad
Me he a venido con cable de cargador roto...tiene burbujas en la goma y trozos de cable salido para un teléfono de 1100€ ..espero a todo perfecto...no el teléfono con una rayta en la rama y el cable de cargador demasiado roto de nuevo con defecto..he comprado un realme x2 pro ano pasado d 500€euro y me he a venido perfecto no colo esto

La versione Exynos purtroppo non è al livello della Snapdragon - Da scegliere solo per la penna
Buon prodotto Samsung, da scegliere solo se si intende utilizzare la spen. In caso contrario esiste di meglio. Degno esponente della famiglia Note, lo smartphone ha, rispetto al Note 10+:
1) Frequenza di refresh dello schermo fino a 120 Hz non utilizzabile perché con la funzione attivata il dispositivo (con Exynos 990) scalda e drena la batteria in maniera eccessiva;
2) Comparto fotografico migliore soprattutto nella principale e nel teleobiettivo.
3) La penna spostata a sinistra, bruttino ma sopportabile;
4) La sporgenza del riquadro camera molto pronunciata per cui, per scrivere agevolmente, serve una cover abbastanza spessa da eliminare l'effetto (quella della Spigen va bene);
5) La latenza minore della spen, che si sente ed è un buon miglioramento.
Le performance sono identiche al Note 10+ dello scorso anno (i miglioramenti sono davvero minimi e non avvertibili). Considerato il prezzo un Note 10 o un Note 10+ sono ancora oggi un acquisto migliore.

Le performance sono identiche al Note 10+ dello scorso anno (i miglioramenti sono davvero minimi e non avvertibili). Considerato il prezzo un Note 10 o un Note 10+ sono ancora oggi un acquisto migliore.

Note 20 | grandi prestazioni | bel design | ottima fotocamera | difetto: la batteria
Il Note20 è probabilmente il miglior telefono android uscito nel 2020, lo schermo a 120mhz garantisce una fluidità nel passare da una schermata all'altra e un piacevole responsività quando si utilizzano browser e giochi.
La fotocamera, le cui prestazioni mi hanno fatto propendere per questo smartphone di Samsung sono ottime, buona resa dei colori che non ha quell'effetto di saturazione tipica di Xiaomi, in quasi tutte le condizioni le foto scattate sono bilanciate e fedeli. In particolare la funzionalità ritratti è particolarmente ben riuscita. Telefono adatto per creare e gestire contenuti sui social media.
Il telefono ha un bel colore è un ottimo design, un po' fragile per cui è necessario proteggerlo in maniera adeguata, qualche modello presenta piccoli difetti di fabbrica, io ho dovuto cambiare il mio perchè dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo presentava un problema al tasto di accensione laterale.
La batteria come tutti i telefoni che montano processori Exynos non è delle migliori, con intenso utilizzo il Note20 arriva a malapena a fine giornata, se si sta in giro tanto suggerisco l'utilizzo di una power bank.
