This is an excellent little cell phone. It's a little smaller than the iPhone so it goes into your pocket a little easier. The image on the screen is very clear, and it has a flash on the 5MP camera that many other phones of this sort lack. Its battery goes quickly, but my sister has a different model android (Motorola I think) with the same problem, so this seems to be common with these phones. Androids are great! Lots of free and inexpensive applications that are useful everyday. I would recommend to a friend.----After several months of use, I must now add a qualification to this review: Samsung customer service is definitely sub-par. It seems this electrical giant rushed into the global smart-phone market but did not adequately plan for customer service on a global scale. The phone I purchased here is not even listed on software downloads and updates at many of the Samsung web-sites, despite its popularity. If problems arise, you can expect to spend many hours scrolling through Samsung web-forums to solve them. A major disappointment!!

If I buy this and try it in the us with a chip from there will it work if i then bring it to venezuela and use a local chip? Or maybe will it lock itself with the chip from the us? Thanks a lot.

I got this one for my mom.. the only thing I didnt like is that doesn't came with sd Card... so you should get one. But is really easy to use.

I bought the phone and gifted it to my Aunt in my country. But the phone stopped working just after 3 weeks time. It put me on a shameful condition. As it is used in Bangladesh I cannot return it and cannot claim the warranty. I will not recommend this phone from this point of view.

This is a great product for the money charged for it. It fits the phone perfectly and is easily detachable, if needed. The only downside is that it also attracts lints.

When I got the phone I noticed the booklet was in Spanish. I thought okay they put the wrong booklet in the box. Then after I charged the battery and installed it I saw that the phone is in Spanish. Well I need an English phone. Having the phone come in Spanish should have been in the description. This really sucks.

I bought the phone because it said it was unlocked and it would work worldwide, turns out that the bandwidth that the phone can detect does not support the 3g network in europe, at least in Germany where i live. I bought it expecting it to work properly and here it can only detect gsm signal. So all of the features on the phone work slower and i can't really use it like i wanted. So if you want an international phone do not buy it, if it is for the states i guess it is ok!

Very good screen and apps, but I am very dissapointed with the battery. The shortest duration in a cellphone battery I have ever had. i am thinking to return it, and purchase another similar to other retailer.

Run it on Straight Talk for $45/mo unlimited. Works great. The voice command is cool. Call quality is good. I'm an average user and this phone more than serves my needs.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830L. This gel skin case fits my phone perfectly. The phone doesn't look like it has any case at all. Unlike some other cases made of silicone skin, the material of this case is not sticky, meaning I can easily and smoothly put it in and take it out of my bag, my pant pocket. And of course, it protects my phone.

Gran smartphone para el precio, excelentes prestaciones, super liviano y con un muy buen procesador. Me sorprendi? gratamente el hecho de que aunque en las especifiaciones del producto dice que trae Android 2.2 realmente vino con Android 2.3.6 y anda muuuuy r?pido.En cuanto al env?o fue inmejorable, incluso m?s r?pido de lo que esperaba.

I have emailed the seller twice with no response so far. The phone is excellent but the battery sucks!! I mean literally the battery doesn't even exist. 20 minutes of call drains 80% of battery. i have turned off all the background processes, wifi, 3g, blue tooth, screen brightness 0%. So literally i am trying to use it as basic phone but even then it cant give me more than 30 mins of talk time and 10-12 hrs of standby time. 2 Emails to seller and no response so far. Will return it back after 1-2 days more.
