Good Amazon service, but product is not good.
I bought this product but realised that voice is not clear during call and touch is also not smooth.
Requested return after 2 days and Amazon tested phone on call, mic was not good. There was manufacturing defect with product.
Luckily Amazon refunded amount.
Thanks Amazon

GREAT PHONE
I have been using this phone for the last 4 months, And this is my review after using it.
Full Charge takes about 2 hrs
Battery backup is okay when you heavy use the phone.
Performance is smooth and great, Sometimes mobile Hangs, But its not samsung if it didn't hang..
Camera Quality is also Okay.
Face unlock and FingerPrint unlock are great, Just don't swipe wet fingers.
Do not use this phone while sleeping, Its a frekkin Cinder Block with weight almost 270 Gms including cover and Screen guard,
GPS Signal gets lost randomly
No Carrier Aggregation, So network won't be available on all places (Jio)
Always use Cover and Guard to protect the phone, Due to high weight, It slips a lot.
Overall Performance Good.

Sound quality not as expected, and finger sensor too..better option in this budget
Pretty not satisfied.. bulky to.handle, sound quality is very low on full volume of speaker feel like 50% volume like average handsets
Camera is also average quality not flagship as expected, gradually finger sensor not giving a quick response as it should be...
Can have better option to buy in this budget...

Hi,
This mobile is not up to the mark .
Camera quality is good but , it takes few more seconds to click than other mobile
Many times it hangs while dialing and writing text. Receiving call touch screen requires finger strokes.
Totally waste of money

fast delivery of pathetic product
So basically, if you take screenshots of a anything and then you want reduce image size ( let see image size is 5inch x 3inch and you want to make it 3inch by 2inch) samsung gallery or photo editor doesnt have that facility, you have to download another app from playstore to do it. can't believe it such a simple feature it doesn't have inbuilt.
