I'm happy with the phone. Really happy with the price. I don't use it as a game controller, like my grandkids, so I can't evaluate it for that purpose. I use it a lot for the news, email, checking bank balances, photos, messaging -- and I find it excellent for those purposes. Really don't understand my son & his family for spending so much on I-phones when this one does all that theirs do -- except maybe gaming. They like the peer-to-peer messaging on I-phone (that Android doesn't offer), but I fail to wonder how that is superior to standard Messaging, especially when the price for this feature is $500+ (the difference between the cost of I-phone and this phone).

Works as advertised. Unlocked phone with great camera, two SIM card slots, accessible from the exterior for about $130. All I had to do was but a $10 SIM card and by a 30 day plan.

For a budget friendly smartphone, it's pretty decent. I did have some issues with the fast-charging adapter. After about 2 months it started overheating and stopped charging my phone.

I'm really hard on my phones that's why I like Samsung, typically their products are built to last. I've been through 2 samsung phones in the past 6 years with my typical wear and tear.
I ordered a quality screen protector online and this phone's screen cracked before it even came in. Actually the screen scratches so easy that even though I was super careful with it for the first couple days, it still scratched enough that properly applying a new screen protector would be difficult. It's broken now so what does it matter.
Terribly fragile, mine broke in a loose pocket walking around. I just pulled it out to check the time and make sure it didn't get sat on getting the car and it had already cracked from doing nothing.
Don't get me wrong it's an ok phone the cameras, memory, and ram are great. I feel like there might be something to be desired in the processor department and I've noticed it seems like maybe I get less reception than my old Samsung phone. Otherwise it does everything it needs to do perfectly fine.
Aesthetically it sucks, however aesthetics are more of an opinionated subject and they may vary from person to person. This phone is very angular in shape and combined with it's size it feels very "unnatural" to hold. I am constantly reminded that this is a cold hard piece of technology, dare I say "brick" of a unit. Due to this inorganic and abrupt shape it feels like no matter how I hold it, it feels disconnected from my hands. Which is the opposite of what you want from a device whose sole purpose is to connect.
The price point is what I found attractive. Coming from the Samsung A03 the A15 seemed like a nice step up into a much better phone for only a slight increase in cost. However, clearly this is not the same quality of phone. I'd suggest spending a little more or less but don't buy this phone, all the nice features come at the cost of durability. Easily the most fragile phone I've ever owned, literally cracked in the first week.

Mom old phone stopped getting updates and was super slow. Bought this one because it has 6gb of RAM and updates are still available for another 3+ years. She is in awe at the speed of the applications on this compared to her old Samsung.
Plus with 128GB of space she won't have to be deleting as often

My purchased model wasn't 5G, but that was planned, my grandfathered rate plan doesn't include 5G (unless I pay another fee), and I simply don't need the 4G to 5G speed bump, it meets my needs perfectly - this is an incredible phone, HIGHLY recommend! Great seller, too.

The phone runs everything I need without lag. It takes good photos and has a great battery and g99 processer. games run smoothly on medium to high graphics.it feels decent for the price. came with a 20 w charger adapter.i wish there were wireless charging but it is still great for the price.has android 14 that should get 3 years of updates and 5 years security.thats generous for a budget phone.overall I'm

My husbands old phone received water damage from falling in a pool and unfortunately isn’t under warranty, with him really needing a phone for work I grabbed this one being it was unlocked, a galaxy like his old phone and one day shipping. It wasn’t until it shipped I noticed it was international version which made me nervous because we are US based but all is good if you have T-Mobile I just popped in his old phones SIM card made a call to myself and it works fine! I highly recommend, don’t let the international version part detour you from purchasing. If you need a phone and have T-Mobile this phone is perfect in a clutch!

- When MDM was active for a week, my phone started acting like my finger was constantly tapping the bottom-right corner. Restarting the phone stopped the issue.
- Restarting my phone made my battery charge drop by 7%. Not sure if that's because the phone or the battery has a problem.

A15 crashed at almost three months. It went grainy on one side then the next day it went black and wouldn't turn on. It was good for almost three months.

This phone is great for the money! I didn't have to break the bank to but it and it works great! The battery lasts longer than my old phone by far. It is pretty fast and so easy to use.

Bought this to replace an iPhone that was out of support.
The Good:
Very inexpensive. I paid $150 for the phone
Long (for android) support. I believe Samsung has committed to 5 years of updates, with is long for Android.
The bad:
Lacks wireless charging
Battery life is OK, but not great
Being a Samsung there is a lot of bloatware apps that get installed that offer the same functionality as the Android official apps. We don't need two contacts apps that offer the same functionality, one from the Samsung store and one from the Google Play store. It seems like most of the default Android apps have a Samsung alternative.
The Good:

Using the app that the phone recommended during setup I was able to transfer all contacts from my old phone as well as all photos, notes, etc easily. The phone charges so quickly that it hit 100% before the transfer of information was completed. Reading information that came with the phone I learned that to maximize the life of the phone's battery that I should not charge it above 85%. They might want to put that bit of information up front.

I bought this for a relative in Mexico, and they were amazed and reported that it worked flawlessly and that TelCel made the activation process very simple. For the price, this phone is also quite lovely. A Samsung device is always a safe choice.

Only reason I gave it 2 stars is cause it the phones quality wasn’t bad it’s actually good for the price what I didn’t like is the fact that I put a sim in it and it killed the sim like what and I went to a repair store and he tested it and it even destroyed his and the speakers are bad but good enough pictures can be good or bad

Although Xfinity does sell the A15, this particular version is not compatible. Save yourself some time, and grief, by going to your carrier's website, and plugging in the imei number to see if it's compatible, when you first pull the phone out of the box.

I bought this phone for my mom and I am impressed with the performance. Besides being a 'cheap' phone it performs very well and it's fast enough for daily social media, web browsing and for emails for her. Very happy with this series from Samsung.
