Excellent Buy, very happy
Very happy with the Samsung Tumble Dryer. The build quality is fantastic. The main upsides when comparing this with lower-end heat pump style dryers is that the lint trap is extremely effective. Our previous 'cheaper' dryer constantly ended up with a clogged heat exchanger because the lint trap was so ineffective. Do not expect fast drying with this device. It is an extremely economical heat-exchanger so uses very little heating. As a result it takes a fair time to complete dry a big 9kg load. But, it is quiet and very effective. Just give it the time it needs to do its job economically.

Best dryer
This dryer is brilliant. It is so good compared to the dryer I had before would take 3 hours to dry towels and they still Felt damp. This dryer took 90 minutes and was a full load of towels. So good I bought my son this dryer has well.

Awesome dryer. Samsung got it right.
Simply amazing. Works really well and is easy to set and operate. A million miles better than the Bosch dryer it replaced.

Quick Drying Times
Very happy with the dryer, I was expecting longer drying times with a heat pump dryer but this is comparable to my old vented one but much quieter and more efficient.

Excellent product and first class service by AO
It's a fantastic product if you are looking for a Tumble drier for this pretty damp weather. Now the clothes smell nice and they are free of lint which is very important.
AO has done excellent work in delivering and very polite installation by the delivery guys

Very impressed so far.
The automatic modes are a little strange to start with, but having gotten used to the different settings, it is a pleasure to use. The filter needs cleaning quite often, although the machine will tell you before the performance is affected. The special brush is a great addition. I have yet to use the shoe rack but the foam protective wrap it comes in makes the most comfortable makeshift knee pad when cleaning the filters. Be aware, it is a heavy piece of equipment. Opt for installation if this may be an issue. It does take more time than a vented or condenser dryer but it uses much less heat so clothes should last longer and energy savings should cover the high price. Very impressed so far.

Heat pump is great, doesn’t leave the room too humid like condenser dryers and the filters are good so less dust.

Absolutely amazing!
I have my new Samsung dryer for a week now and it’s really amazing. It’s drying definitely much better than my washer-dryer. I think heat pump will save our clothes from shrinking. Easy to use lint filter is great as well. It’s worth every penny. First one was faulty, but it was exchanged quickly by AO, so I am happy with my new product and customer service:)

Quiet and efficient
I’ve always been cautious with tumble dryers - the amount of power they use, how the clothes come out etc.
I’ve used this four times now and can’t recommend it enough, it’s super quiet, quick and doesn’t use as much energy as traditional dryers.

Great product.
The tumble dryer is amazing. After a few runs programs are soon sorted out and it's easy to just pop in washing, select program and leave the machine to sort it all out.
