Disappointed
I am very unsatisfied from this seller and Amazon.. I received a defective product.. It did not switch on. I made a replacement request. And the delivery agent insisted on checking the IMEI number from the phone. I reported the issue to Amazon but every time the agent arrived I would face the same issue. I am one of the loyal customers of Amazon and I did not expect such a behaviour from them. I hope this time it gets replaced.

What you need matches the price, go for it
Yes I am happy with the Samsung MO1 Core phone. Its got a 2GB RAM with a Internal memory of 32GB, its got a front and back camera, its got a screen size that is big enough, and fits comfortably in your hand. Best of all its price is absolutely reasonable for a phone with 32GB and expandable upto a little ove 500GB in steps.
The only item that I cannot comment on is that it has a built in battery of 3000 Mah. how long will it last only time will tell, but overall the whole package comes with a 6 month warranty. I feel Lucky.

Poor quality phone from Samsung
Battery backup, screen quality and camera quality is too poor. Didn't want to buy Chinese, so bought this expecting a good phone. But turned out to be so outdated quality that I felt like I'm living in 2015. Phones released during 2015 had better camera than this phone. Disappointing product from Samsung when their competitors are offering much better quality phone at same or lower price.

Best entry level smartphone from a trusted brand
I bought it for my mother. The overall package is great for the price. Even though it is TFT display, it works like a charm. Battery and camera are average at best. Supports voice over wifi. It is a great phone for elderly people who are switching to smartphone for the first time. I choose Samsung as user interface is clean, ad free. Do not expect game playing or heavy app running. It does the basic communication job pretty well. Samsung has already released two system updated with latest security patch. Can't ask for more at this price.

Don't buy..waste of Money
Please don't waste your money. Don't buy. Less battery life. Phone getting heat very often. Very irritating sound while vedio calling on zoom or skype etc. While speaking, the other side person voice is audible. May be the low price is attractive... But I just suggest not to buy by seeing the price tag. Very much disappointed by Samsung and Amazon.

2. Navigation is satisfactory and didn't see any delay.
3. Could have storage varient of 128GB atleast.
4. RAM is 2 GB but no lag in process. Given that installing some basic apps that consume much RAM.
5. Camera quality feels like this phone doesn't have a camera. That is after using camera you will not use it anymore even for WhatsApp video call.
6. Battery backup standby is good and stands for 2 days.
7. Battery charging take more than 3 hrs which makes us keep away from using this mobile phone. Like social media distancing.

Hopeless product from Samsung
Hopeless product from Samsung. I purchased one before some time back. Mobile stopped working in 5 days. Amazon got is replaced. So placed one more order after few days for second mobile. This phone stopped working in 20 days (after replacement window was over). Two mobiles of same mode from Samsung stopped working is not a good sign. I would recommend spend little more but buy some other mobile.

Not worthy.
I had purchased this phone when there was big movement against chaines products.
I am facing several issues :
1. Battery life not good
2. Handset gets heated on nominal uses
3. now after months uses phone gets switched off on few minutes talk.
conclusion : don't waste your hard earned money in these political or corporate propoganda like ban against chaines product

Battery depletes too fast
Well I bought 2 phones, one for my dad and the other one for my mom of course and it may seem decent as per their reqs I suppose. I mean they only use whatsapp and youtube for videos but I installed a game today and played for 15 mins or so... And that's when I noticed that the battery life is pretty awful. 1% declined every 2mins or so and that was just a card game so I'm not sure what else to expect. So it may seem good for them as I said earlier but if you were to ask me then well that's a lame phone, I would rather buy something else

Honest review about the phone
It is not at all satisfying because it is not getting charged by any other android charger other than the given one and the process is soo slow.I literally expected something but the result was different soo please dont buy this product at all.It will never match your expectations. The normal android phone is better than this.But i am happy for few things the battery does not drain too fast and the volume is good,but we cant play animated games like pubg or free fire because it strucks in between.At last I am not satisfies with the product even the design is ordinary very normal one but It is better than in images😂 and the camera is not like they have shown. same problem if we move the phone it gets strucked.The quality of camera is not at all good but it is okay for old people and for normal users like who use it only for phone calls and messages

An excellent choice in its segment
This phone is targetted for users with basic usage. It does its job very well even with intermediate usage. Android Go is a lightweight OS, but I found it good enough to run facebook app (normal version). Perfect choice for the elderly and folks who do not use heavy duty applications consistently across the day. Go for it especially if you get at a discount.

Buen móvil gama media, con algún "pero"
Buen móvil de gama media con excelente pantalla de 6,7 y buen procesador para un uso medio. Para criticar algo, el reconocimiento de huella es bastante flojo y lento, hay que repetir varias veces la operacion y el modo macro de la cámara no funciona muy bien, no enfoca correctamente . El precio quizás tendría q ser un poco más bajo para lo que ofrece. A favor se podria recalcar el modo super angular y el enfoque dinamico de la camara , que da aspecto de foto profesional a los retratos, al permitir editar el desenfoque del fondo.

Para ser un móvil de gama media, estoy muy contenta con el. No me ha decepcionado y eso que todavía estoy haciéndome con todas sus prestaciones. muy satisfecha con la compra y el servicio de amazón, rapidísimo y en perfectas condiciones

Movil dejo de funcionar al mes diciendo que el software no era oficial de Samsung
En principio todo bien, hasta que de golpe y porrazo al mes de tenerlo, instalo una actualizacion de seguridad de samsung y me salto la alerta de que el telefono esta flasheado con software no oficial, pese a que en Amazon prime dice que el proveedor es "Samsung". Enorme decepcion, sin hablar de la perdida de los contenidos en el telefono.
Dicho eso, tanto el servicio tecnico de Amazon como de Samsung reaccionaron en el mismo dia dando diferentes alternativas y soluciones, en mi caso lo devolvi.

El mejor teléfono 2020
Aunque es un poco caro (yo le pondría un precio 50€ más barato), es el mejor modelo 2020 que se puede comprar. Tiene TODO lo que se necesita: Dos SIMs y SD-Card a la vez (nada de slots híbridos en donde o pones una SIM o una SD), pantalla AMOLED (que se ven mucho mejor), puerto jack de auriculares (sigo pensando que los fabricantes los quitan porque a ellos les interesa, no porque no puedan), y procesador+RAM+cámaras aceptables (no son igual que un S20, pero más que suficiente).
Solo le pediría una cosa: Versión de 8GB de RAM. Es absurdo que en Europa no quieran vender la versión 8GB de RAM que sí que existe. Los 6GB se quedan un tanto cortos para usuarios exigentes.

El dispositivo es correcto, y cumple con todas las funciones que dice.
Bien, yo me esperaría a que bajase de precio.
Compraría con otro vendedor, si tienes algún problema con el teléfono no lo resuelve. Me dejó de funcionar a los 13días, el 23 de marzo a día 28 de abril, no ha habido solución. Ni por el vendedor ni por amazon. (En AMAZON no comprar teléfonos)

¡¡¡Cuidado, el cristal de la cámara se rompe solo y no te lo cubren!!!
Yo estaba encantada con el móvil. Un buen día vi que el cristal de la cámara estaba roto. Busqué por Internet y parece ser que es un fallo común de bastante móviles Samsung Galaxy.
Jamás se me ha roto un móvil, ni siquiera la pantalla y este lo he comprado en mayo de este año (2020). En fin, lo cambiaré por mi cuenta y le pondré un protector al cristal de la cámara, aunque no sé si servirá de mucho, dado que se rompe solo.

UNA ESTAFA.... ¡¡NO ERA NUEVO!!
El teléfono vino abierto de la etiqueta, en principio no le dí importancia...
Después de pasar todos los contactos, aplicaciones, fotos y vídeos empecé a notar algo raro con las fotos que había pasado, NO SE VEÍAN!!! Miré sobre las imágenes ocultas y nada, me decía que el formato no lo reconocía, incluso las fotos que hacia nuevas y vídeos no me los reconocía y seguía sin poder verlas... Decidí borrar todo aquello que no se reproducía (perdiendo todo ese material...) y empecé de nuevo. Nada, no sirvió para nada... Decepcionado, teléfono que no es barato, he tenido que devolverlo a la fuerza.

Me gusta la gran capacidad de 128 gb de almacenamiento, ademas la posibilidad de doble sim! y tarjeta microsd! estoy encantado! unas fotos geniales y soltura absoluta! algunos incluso dicen que el tema de la huella se podía mejorar, pues a mi me va de coña! no seamos tan "tikis mikis" porque apenas son milisegundos por dios! lo tengo con su funda! y aconsejo funda de libro con una correa, que al tenerlo en tus manos, lo primero que se sitúe en tu muñeca sea esa correa! a mi me dan miedo los golpes, me da pánico que lo toque hasta el viento! (*esto es un puntito de humor por supuesto) pero quiero evitar cualquier disgusto!, si hay algún "pero" es su precio! señores! tuve que hacer un esfuerzo para comprarlo, merece la pena? si! y mucho! pero es un esfuerzo soltar 398€! que tal como estamos en españa no todo el mundo tiene! por eso lo cuido como oro en paño! y otra cuestión que quizá me haya dado un poco que pensar es que haya que instalar otro gestor de archivos que te permita definir tonos personalizados en los contactos de whatsapp, pues si no instalas otro gestor, solo te ofrecerá definir los tonos que tenga tu samsung en catalogo! pero por lo demas esta genial! soltura y rapidez sobradas!

A71....Móvil grande, potente. La batería dura muchíiiisimo...el mejor móvil, que en ese sentido, he tenido hasta ahora (los últimos móviles con los que puedo comparar que han pasado por mis manos: iphone 6, galaxy S7 y Xiomi MI9). La cámara genial. Solo me falta probarla de noche.La pantalla, otra maravilla. La parte de atrás, material de plástico pero bonito (y otra cosa menos que romperle si se me cae). Lo conseguí en una oferta en versión plata. Según lo vaya probando, actualizo mucho más!
