Not happy
Many functionalities does not work like ring tone setting . Camera too poor quality. Phone is extremely small in size. Trust me it doesn't deserve more than 5 k. I gifted to my father . He is adjusting with the phone. Not happy with it .
Bought it in emergency as he lost his Mi phone and this is not upto the expectations. Bought it on sale at 7 k .never thought it will be so poor.

Product is best and cheapest. I am using this mobile phone, phone performance is very good in this price . Camera quality is also good. So totally mobile phone is very cheapest.

It's been only 9 day since i got the phone and it's already showing problem the phone is not charging and it's dead. The image quality is not matching what you r showing in tha detail. The display is also not good. Anywez i can bare that but the main problem is the phone is not taking charge. And it's dead

Be very careful if you go for a low-end budget phone like this
I went for this phone because my office wanted me to get a non-Chinese mobile phone on which I was supposed to install the Blackberry UEM Client app as a precursor to getting a mobile token app.
I also got clearance for getting this Android 10 phone. I was able to install the Blackberry app but despite innumerable attempts I was never able to get the Blackberry app activated. "Invalid username/password", "server address invalid", "unexpected internal error", "Error 3007: server not available" and more such errors bugged every attempt at activation.
This despite giving the Blackberry all permissions that could be granted through this phone.
Strange thing is the Blackberry app got activated with the same QR code I was scanning when done through an older phone like the Galaxy Note 4 running Android 9.
We were never able to sort whether the issue was at the backend (Citibank's, so nothing to be sneezed at) or with this phone. But, if you want to get a phone like this for the purpose of installing a security-related app think twice or thrice and yet again before you get this phone.

Good phone for senior
I bought this phone for my father 2 weeks back I was actually waiting until which is completely used before writing a review. I would say this mobile is worth for this price and suitable for senior citizens. Though I am not much satisfied on its battery life the overall performance and usability is really good.

Extremely slow phone with bad battery life and product quality
I bought the 1GB RAM version of this phone. The phone is extremely slow to respond although all the apps installed on it are Lite version of the apps by Samsung and Google. It is even more difficult or next to impossible to use full loaded version of apps like Facebook, Google Maps, Gmail etc.
The phone faced the battery drain issue multiple times in the first ten days. On request, Amazon sent a technician to inspect but the return or replacement was not provide because the phone could charge.
Within a month phone developed black spots all over the screen. It has been submitted to Samsung authorized service center for service.
My overall experience with the phone is extremely bad. I think Samsung quality is extremely bad for low cost phones and it is better to buy from other brands who knows how to make low cost phone.

Screen of samsung M1 going dead till now.
Purchased on 26 sep 20, This is second occassion my phone auto switched off and screen is dead. Previously it was so for 3 days, on fourth day it returned to life when tried swich repeatedly. To day the screen gone dead despite of good charge in the battery. Pl look into the matter as complaint window does not work in my panasonic eluga x.

I foud it lightweight, good in appereance,
Sound quality is very good, battery backup is too good , audio recording feature not found(exists or not) and phone getting heatup during youtube live streaming(may be may bedue to weak signal)
Overall it is quality handset

Good hardware but heats often and lot of bloatware apps
I bought it for my Mom.
Pros:
- Good Hardware can withstand for years and also looking good
- Pretty good camera for the price Rs.5500.
- Good loudspeaker.
Cons :
- Charging dead slow really dead slow.
- Lots of bloatware apps , i recommended you to uninstall the bloatware apps the moment you switched on the handset and if not then atleast disable the apps.
- Heats a lot even for minimum usage .

I didnt expect much from it as it runs on android go edition.
But i fall in love with it when i found i can do everything on this that a normal android phone can do.
Got it in 3600 with exchange to old android go edition phone.
Amazing screen in this budget
Awesome beetey life yeah literally i got 4-5 screen on time may be its because of its new or because of its performance.
Very handy i feel i have a flagship phone in my hand.
Looks beautiful n attractive.
Dual 4g volte feature makes it more perfect according to its budget.
Thanks samsung to made phone like this.

Good phone under the 10k bracket for people who want a Made-in-India phone.
My review is based on almost 3 weeks of continuous useage.
Battery life - The battery life is very good and easily lasts more than a day. However, charging with the in-box charger is very slow.
Camera - The camera isn't bad but it isn't something to boast about. It does fairly well in bright sunlight conditions and not so well in dark conditions wherein the pictures are blurry and full of grains.
Screen - The screen is pleasantly bright and legible. Good colour balance and vibrance. However, the touch, at times, feels laggy. Rarely even bordering on non-functional.
Performance - Performance is as is expected from a phone in this price range, not very good but not shabby either. It gets basic jobs done and struggles with apps that require more resources.

Good Smartphone with price And Performance.
Hi, It's really a good smartphone for this price.
Camera is awesome. Clearity is good.
Screen is HD Quality.
Watching a movie or YouTube videos is wonderful experience. Battery life is good and sufficient.
I baught this phone for office work purpose. It gives me smooth work And switching between Apps performance. I often use a Remote Connection utility to server on this phone. Also WiFi hotspot works great on 4G. Samsung UI is good.
I recommend this phone as a budget, powerfull, and smooth work experience.
Also I suggest to look for its other two variants.

Battery Blunder
Note : for those whose mobile got switched off , press power and volume button at same time . It will be on in safe mode. Then you may restart or can work as it is . ...
I purchased for my mother. Because it is small and lightweighted i thought it is perfect for my mom. Previously she had Redmi 7A but because i dont want to have any chinese phone in my home , i decided to exchange with this.
Pros : So cute , so small , light weighted , less price , good speed ....
cons: Battery , Battery , Battery... My 3 year old J7 2016 (3300Mah )(large screen than this) gave 1 and half day backup and this phone not give backup of single day . MY mother just use 3 to 4 hr daily . Then also My Mom got frustated . She even asked me to give her old phone back. Amazon was not returning this. I gave threat to go to consumer forum and after 2nd visit of technician they understood my problem and gave my money. I really go to consumer court if Amazon wouldnt have accepted my return . Its not about amount but the pain of feeling cheated daily which cause anger. After that i ordered for M21 and contrary to my expectation my mom was happy with large screen . M21 is Awesome . The Best thing about samsung phone is their UI . I love it . So if u r budget conscious then may consider other option but dont go for samsung in less than 10k phone. But I feel that samsung will improve its battery . But i request everyone to not buy chinese product.

It runs Android Go, So some of the features are not available. App overlay feature, notification control is not available, etc. And some heavy apps will have some lag. But my main aim to use the phone less and to keep it minimal so this serves well. With apps like Gmail Go, Maps Go, Gallery Go, Samsung internet lite, the phone is very fast. Also, there are no blot wares!
Simple, compact form factor and overall happy with the purchase.
Note: USB 3, Slow charger, No case, No screen guard, No headset in the box!

Battery issue.. not even coming for half day
Bought this product for my aunt. She hardly use any of the app. only for phone calls sometimes watz app video. Battery back up is not even coming half a day and charge time taking 2:30 hrs with the original charger given by samsung. I bought this product just want to avoid ReadMI products. But not i am regretting that i purchased this mobile. Samsung needs to atlease match redmi phone quality which are available in this price range

You can't make it your main phone.
Pl don't buy . From the day one I am planning to sell it but no one is ready even in half price . I had purchased it to use it as secondary phone but phone is having no smooth feeling.battry ok type. YouTube ok . Sound is better than m01. But the phone makes very lite feel like it is inside nothing only plastic body. It performs not even half of m01 . Camera ok type.

This Samsung phone is good at this price muy mom is using this phone. About battery this remain 6-8 hour using and can remain last 24hour even more. Yes this phone has slow charger this took 4hour for full. Yes this has old CPU and feels little warm using WhatsApp YouTube. Even at this price point this has WiFi calling feature good. Using this as secondary phone.(mom uses as)as home phone. Today I'm reviewing it has been more than 20days at the starting days when I bought first 3days battery was draining too fast but now this remains more than 24hours. I have received 3 updates. I'm happy.

Horrible return process of Amazon
The bad part of this mobile was that it lasted only half day. Next morning it did not work even after charging and trying everything possible, but what's WORST IS AMAZON RETURN PROCESS. Highly disappointed with Amazon process it took me approx 4 days and 2 hours of phone calls to get the defective product returned.

Want to Return and Refund. It's already under 7 days. Resolve asap
Poor Quality. Phone is not functional after 2 days of use. I bought it as a spare phone and didn't use much or neither downloaded any big apps. Phone is not getting on. It has happened under 7 days of delivery and I made a return on Amazon but it's not showing any confirmation or clarity. Waste of money.

Samsung M01 Core running Android 10 isn't half as good as Samsung On5 running Android 6.

Samsung service is trying to push manufacturing defects as my fault. They are playing with small users. Please be careful buying any Samsung product as they are operating like a fly-by-night company.
I've already spent Rs. 3,000 for a Rs. 6,000 phone without a working phone for the last 1 month.
Update on 29 Sep 20.
Reducing status to 1 star.
The phone is increasingly giving problems.
a) The screen responsiveness is getting worse.
b) The SD card is always giving error.
c) Taking lots of time to load Apps.

I exchanged my Samsung On5 for Samsung M01 Core mainly because of the lack of internal memory. Good sturdy experience of On5 let me to buy this phone. I have no complaints about the hardware though many of the software have regressed from On5. Let me write them down:
1. Samsung On5 running on Android 6 was more stable than current Android 10. It has rebooted atleast twice on it's own.
2. Camera has no panorama and other mode which was there in On5.
3. Chrome hanged twice during this period.
4. SD card stopped reading once. Had to push it back again to work. Never happened in On5.
5. Do Not Disturb can't be customized. Samsung On5 had it.
6. Unread SMS not highlighted.
Go version shouldn't mean regression. I'll be happy to discuss with the architects who would want genuine op
