Avg for mp3...waste for voice call.
Don't buy this only for voice calls poor voice quality when i cal other person can't understand wat im saying,so many are told me getting more noice on my cal,mp3 also avg but if u need to download some third party EQ app for bass sound adjustments then u feel much better then before.

Superior bass bluetooth headset under 3K
Don't know ehat others think about the sound quality but the bass is brilliant in these tiny buds. Battery backup is good enough. Built quality is good. Not recommended for wearing the band while sleeping. Overall sound quality is very good. Best bluetooth headset under 3k (better than my plantronics fit earbuds)
Cons: Only 1, the device is not water resistant.

I buy this product on 10th Oct it connected with my device but today i want to connected with device it will not connect, then i tried to connect with my device again it will not connect with my device. I am using VIVI Y81.

Value for money, thoughtfully designed!
Having tried some really expensive bluetooth earphones like Jabra Elite, Skull Candy etc, the Level U is like a breath of fresh air. Very thoughtfully designed to fit around your neck with the flexible arms on both sides. There is also a small discreet rubber-band on both side-arms that can be adjusted to suit the length of the chord you want to keep. Battery lasts for 3-4 days depending on usage. I do about 50 calls a day average of varying lengths of time. The right flexible arm was twisted beyond tolerance and it cracked open half-way but was easily put back with superglue! Works like a charm. Look no further. Go for it. I have the blue one - very nice colour and comes with many size ear-tips to choose from.

Best for professional work
This is the best deal and standard product available at this price. I have till date purchased 3 of these headsets and they do justice to the price and work. I need them primarily for work to place calls etc. Not so much so for music.

Worst Product. Dont buy Samsung products
After using for 5 months, I am providing the below review on this Samsung Level U Bluetooth Headset.
Pros: None I have seen so far.
Cons : 1.Worst Quality as in the past 5 months I have replaced this thrice. Every time i end up with Faulty product. 1st One has the problem of sound distortions with out any continuity. 2nd one has the problem with Bluetooth and the third one (worst of the worst) creates noise (Buzzing like bees) when ever I unlock the phone, receives a text message and it got worst during the calls.
2. Samsung is a leading company in providing the worst service to any customer. After continuously approaching the service center, continuously calling the customer care, they provided the best solution to customer any company could provide. They stopped responding to my calls and they started disconnecting my calls in the middle.
3. Though the product has been replaced thrice, Warranty was not extended. Purchase date : Jan 25 2019. Warranty expiry date : July 23 2019. Third time replacement was done in June , So if the product stops working on July 24 2019, i can neither use it nor get the help from Samsung Customer care.
Finally big round of applauds to Samsung. No one can beat you

Best headphone for this pricetag...
Best battery backup... Great Bluetooth support and connectivity.... Noise cancelling capability is awesome. Good bass and treble balance. I use it with OnePlus 5t and it's very useful duri g office hours as it speaks caller's name or number and then it vibrates also during call. Has call receive drop button as well as you can use this buttons for volume control as well as to manage your music player for eg FF, rw or to go for next track

earpieces are not fit
The build quality is good. It's easy to connect but same time it is not connect two devices.
The problem is that if you have connected one devices then it is not able to connect other device. So, for this reset the Samsung Bluetooth headphone and then connect another device.
Earpieces are not fit to my ear. Me as well as my friends also tried but earpieces are not fit to anyone :p
Sound quality is OK, not satisfied with it.
Deliver product was open, I complaint but no action has taken place. Not happy with Amazon.

Worth buying with limitations
Battery life is impressive,
so do the Build quality. It pairs to one device only at a time, keep that in mind.
Ambient noise cancellation works well, person on call won't get sound of near by activities. But some times mic get muffled, if you lay back then your voice will be muffled, Cause mic is on the back side.

Worked fine until within the warranty period after that some technology issue as the sound from one side went off.
Now it's not repairable and after 6 months doesn't come under warranty.
I have been using Apple products for a long time and have never faced any such issue ever.

Trust me ... This is the best neck band with minimum 2 days of battery life... Awesome sound quality and call quality... One of the best feature is it can connect with two device at the same time.

Just used the product for the first time
Item looks really good, built quality is good. Sound is good but you can also here the background voice/noise around you as this is not a in ear peace bud type earphones that I usually listen too.
