Wifi range is not at all good, no much use of wireless
Pros:
1. It connect your IOS/ Android/ Laptop quickly around with in 5-8 seconds.
2. Sound quality is good, but I was excepted some more. It has average sound, even other headphone in this range has more sound quality.
3. No charging cable included in box. I have got 3 set of ear buds and headphone in the box. you need you use your own charging cable or charger to charge it.
4. It took 2-3 hours in full charging, blue light indicates its fully charged, and work for 2 days easily with all time connected to your phone including business calls/ songs/ movies etc. Nice battery backup.
5.Design is superb, I just love it. Would love to prefer Blue color, it just amazing
6. Nicely fit to ears.
7. button are working fine, without any issues.
Cons:
The only worst part which disappointed me is its WiFi range, I can't talk by keeping my phone in room and sitting into my another room or balcony even though in 1000 sqft house. I always need to carry my phone into my pocket even though when I am it home. Its range should be more then this. This is worst thing about this Headphone.
Rest all are good and manageable for this brand headphone.

DO NOT BUY!
Very poor sound quality. I am a musician and I am very keen on sound quality.
Sound output is horrible!
There’s no base that you can hear. Mids is okayish. Treble again is very poor.
Haven’t tested the battery as I’m returning it within half an hour after I received this product.
Not worth the prise you say.

First i don't like the in ear headphones which sour my ear canal and germs get boost and can not use it for long time.
So, i decided to buy it. It is amazing headphone very close sound to my apple ipod earpod. I use equaliser to adjust the sound range where i like.
it has long battery and same with working hour after one charge. it has very sensitive mic which i can use to record anything.
second thing i like the design. i travel a lot on bike finding route and talking while driving is prime requirement for me.

So.. bought this after going through whole lot of wireless earphones out there..
Would say..I'm not very much happy with the purchase..
Pros:-
Battery life: haven't tested it for more than two days now, but frankly, feels like it can go more than 4 days without getting its battery drained to 0. The first charge after I got the product took an hour to completely charge the device. Battery life is certainly more than just 8 hrs.
Durability:- yes it feels durable and strong, like..for rough use!
Design:- loved the adjustable wire length, lusture on the neck band and look.
Cons:-
Sound quality: it's good..but it's just good..u expect a lot when u spend 2.2k on earphones ..sound quality not worth 2k.
Poor bass:- Very damn poor bass. Disappointed. Bad Ol' Samsung habit of charging more and serving less.

Not pairing. Not shown in available devices
Since I bought this device, I am not able to pair it. Unfortunately I was away for somedays and when returned then only i was able to open and test it and found that Even though the headset is switching on, it is not coming inpairing mode. The pairing flash light doesnt come.
I have tried it charging (seems fully charged). Tried multiple cellphones but it doesn't show in bluetooth devices.
I am not able toreturn the product as this is too late in amazon. please let me know what is the way forward.

Iam not ok
Product is just ok...it got a defect that it not indicating blue light that shows battery full, it always showing red while charging.delivery through ecom express was very bad...it took almost 7 full days to reach me.

Stopped working within 25 days who is responsible for my loss
The worst items in my life that I had purchased from Amazon. Total waste, not able connect with mobile just within 20 days since I purchased it. Due to this I'll recommend that not to purchase any electronic device from Amazon. Because they are also not sure that how long it will work. So Amazon is given the timeline for 10 days return. But any new device definitely it will work properly for 10 to 12 day but after that it will stop working.
Now who will responsible for my 2395 rs loss just within 25 day. This is the worst experience with Amazon. From now onwards I'll never prefer Amazon & also not recommended any one.& I'll ask people to not to by any electronic device from Amazon

Jio 4G voice app will not support any bluetooth earphones.
(9th April 2019) Pros- UniqueClick gave me 'original' Samsung level u earphone. I am using Samsung galaxy j7 prime, so the pairing is so good in connection with the level u app. Battery backup is so good. We can use it min of 3 days for normal use, once charged.
Cons- It is impossible to make calls for those who are using 'jio 4g voice' app for calling. Jio hasn't updated its app to use with bluetooth earphones, until now.
(edited on10th may 2019) Unfortunately I switched from this bluetooth earphone to jbl T205 in-ear wired earphone, due to some reasons. 1) neck pain starts. Actually I don't know the correct reason of neck pain. But I think, this neck band restricts the complete and free movement of head, must cause neck pain. 2) Not very good calling experience. Other side can't hear us clearly bcz of low voice. Reason is, the position of mic is little bit down. Also this earphones boost the pitch of human voice while calling, results irritation. Noise cancellation is not good. 3) Prolonged pairing with blue tooth earphones drains mobile phone's battery. It reduces the normal battery back-up of mobile phones, upto 3 hours.
Recommendation: I recommend jbl T205 in- ear wired earphones, which hasn't any above said problems. In comparison with samsung, I can say jbl is light in wt, seating comfort is more, very good sound quality.

NEVER NEVER BUY IT
Dear friends, never buy this product. Its leg part will be broken with in two months even if you are using it carefully. Then think about using it with out legs holding around neck. After 3 months mine became dead. When I approached service center they denied service within warranty period. After repeated follo up spending 1 hr a day for 4 times, Samsung offered repairing service @20% discount ie have to pay almost same price at which I purchased from Amazon. Never go for it. Buy low branded low cost item. It will last for more than this.

Read before thinking to buy this...👍
I bought this product near about mid of October 2018. It works perfectly till 1 n half or two months, but now started misbehaving. Continually disconnected from the mobile (one plus 6T). Worst product by samsung n amazon.

Good and value for money product
Its looks stylish. Colour quality is also nice. But sound is not good as i expected before buying it. Bass is good but not for bass lovers, because its not supports deep bass. Clarity is normal like other samsung wired headset. But its battery life is around 11 hours for music in full volume. I appreciate this. Its a long durable product. I am writing this review after 9 months of using it to knew others its actual durability, stability and overall proct quality. Its good for evryday use, but after 4 or 5 hours of using it, i personally feeled that it hurts my ear because of its stylish design ear bud. But its neck tie is good enough for everyday use. Overall i can say that its sound quality is good enough for everyday use but not for true music lovers and obviously not perfect for bass lover. If anyones budget is cheap and needed a good stereo bluetooth headset for calling and music listening for boredome or time pass purposes with a brand value like samsung, they can try it. Its a good product for everyday use.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. CHARGING IS NOT WORKING AFTER 6 MONTHS. THEY ARE GIVING ONLY 6 MONTHS WARRANTY MEANS THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCT WILL BE USELESS AFTER 6 MONTHS :)

They are selling this headphone with model no. EO-BG920BBEGIN(mentioned on products page and back of the box) for which they are providing 1 year warranty as per product page but as Samsung official manufacturers warranty is only 6 months. Coming to product quality,
1. Noise cancelling is not good at all, it captures all the sound of outside.
2. Voice breaks after full charge also. Person on other side can't listen you properly.
3. Sound quality is not good also.
4. Hurts your ear after long time of use.
5. Bluetooth connectivity is very bad.
Returning just after one day after facing all this above issue.

i lose my money 😔😔 and disappointed
this is first time i lose my money by purchasing this item samsung level u wireless Bluetooth because before when i see this ad in Amazon i read description it is not thare this information "Samsung level u work only Samsung products". But i have honors 9 lite phone, Bluetooth was not supporting long time it is automatically unpair still i try to pair again but it's not working. what is this if you give current information i stop to purchasing this Samsung Bluetooth i will to purchase another Bluetooth which one is supported to my phone . i am very much disappointed 😔 because i lose 2270₹ by purchasing this product who give me my money back.. this is really bad... but i am purchased lot of items in Amazon. 😔😔😔

Worst product sold by Amazon
I tend to not write reviews very often for the products I purchased on Amazon, but this time its different.
I have been customer of Amazon for a long time and enjoyed really good products on its platform. But this time I became a fool.
This headset works fine for making phone calls but in terms of music quality its worse, even my Rs. 200/- wired headset sounds better than this.
Really disappoint with this product.
And when I tried to return this product, Amazon customer case says we can't return this only on basis of quality and can be replaced only.
I guess the money just got drained down the drain. :-(

It's good original product but blue tooth connectivity is disconnected while taking. And ear birds is too bulky so it's is pain full. Over all battery backup is excellent it is working 2 to 3 days.

Bogus Product
Very Ghatia Product !!! Flexible neck rubber damaged due to sweat is niether replaced nor repaired. Just after finishing warranty product damaged with Poor sound quality & BT connectivity. Shown to RJ Mobile care center (Samsung) Ghatkopar but didnt received any help telling that we cant do anything. Not Satisfied & Very disappointed with Samsung Product & Services. will npt recommend anyone in future for Samsung product.

Samsung won't repair or replace the product!!!
Buy it at your own risk. I Bought it last year. It lasted for some time... All of a sudden it went dead. The booklet said to take to samsung authorised service centre to change batteries.... I took it to one such centre. They said they don't repair these stuff.... They only replace it. That too during warranty period. As 6 months had passed, warranty had finished....So they won't replace it.
They won't replace it....They want repair it... Then WHY THE HELL SHOULD I SPEND THIS MUCH AMOUNT ON A BRANDED HEADPHONES IF IT IS GOING TO STOP WORKING WITHIN ONE YEAR???!!!!

Battery life is nice ,affordable price, comfortable, and easy to carry anywhere, it’s abit problematical when I use while sleeping or running otherwise it’s a nice product

Failure product.. Don't go fr this.. Used for 8 mnths only
I bought it last yr oct2018 and used it fr 8 mnths. One year replacement waranty is thr.. But within 4 months bluetooth connectivity problem and charging problem is coming. Two of my friends also bought..they also having problm in six months..if one yr over, no replacemnt..service also not possible..went to samsung customer care and then only I came to know abt this...product make is like that they told... Once problem means we have to throw it like normal headsets.. 2000/- is not worth fr this.. Failure product... Don't go fr this.. My humble request to all customers..
