Nach erfolglosem Versuch, ein "Normal"-Mikrofon an den PC anzuschließen - es war viel zu leise - versuchte ich es mit diesem USB-Mikro. Wieder zeigte die Bearbeitungssoftware (DiamondCut) keinen Ausschlag. Doch nach einer Anhebung der Signale auf Normallautstärke war der Klang besser als von einem fast 10-fach teureren Profi-Mikro. Hervorragend! Dazu konnte ich noch einen Sonderpreis beim Angebot nutzen.

Pequeño, bonito y barato
Buscaba un microfono de escritorio para que estuviera al lado de mi computadora. Que no tuviera tanta fidelidad, pero la suficiente para hacer dictado, ofrecer clases en línea, dar asesoría y tener videoconferncias. Este micrófono fue la solución para todas esas necesidades. De buen precio, excelente calidad y un gran diseño. Estoy fascinado con él. Salvo que los niños piensen que es un juguete (y debo esconderlo cada que lo uso) fuera de eso, es un gran complemento.

Buen micrófono para llevar con laptop.
Es bueno, captura el sonido de casi toda la sala y no se le puede poner algún tipo de espuma pero es bueno para el precio que tiene. Lo único malo es que al utilizarlo en una PC de escritorio tienes que desenchufar y reenchufar el usb de la pc para que lo detecte cada vez que apagas el equipo.

Buscaba un micrófono que sea bueno para uso en Skype, etc.
Este micrófono cumple con mis expectativas para usar solamente para conversar en voz. Pero si se trata de grabar voces, videos de YouTube u otro tipo de uso, yo recomendaría que compres el Meteor que está más avanzado.

Este microfono lo utilizo para dictado por voz en la Mac, Siri, etc. Funciona excelente, no ocupa mucho espacio en el escritorio y tiene buen diseño.

Having used this microphone for 2 years, I can safetly say this is a robust accessory which if used for communication or gaming only, will meet the needs of the user. The sound quality is not great, and with that I believe the product is overpriced.
At the time of my purchase, I paid £25 for mine, however the new price brings it up to the price of a Blue Snowball which I believe is a much superior microphone. The sound quality also sounds quite tinny and picks up backhground noise.
The build quality was very good, with a strong magnetic base to hold the microphone to it's stand. The cable from the male usb end to the microphone however is quite thin. I imagine with frequent movement that this might become an issue.
If you're not planning on recording videos or audio footage, then this microphone will meet your needs. If you're looking for a microphone for editing or video production, then I cannot recommend this microphone. The quality, in my opinion, does not justify the price.

I wanted a mic that I can just drop on my desk in front of me. I'm fairly sure this is the cheapest mic that can accomplish that, while sounding pretty decent doing so. I'm not doing podcasts, or recording my voice in any way - this mic is for gaming and skype, and it works like a charm for those things. It sits in front of me. about 80 CM from my mouth, and people are saying that I sound loud and clear.
At 30 pounds, it's more than I would have liked to spend on a microphone for voice chats, but the cheapo mics I bought before, I had to literally shove down my throat for my voice to be audible.
Why not 5 stars? USB cable is not the best, and is kinda short. I need an extension for it to reach my PC under the desk. Also, it is not metal. It may look like it, but it's plastic. It is noticeable. Also, this mic does pick up your keyboard and ambient sounds. So beware.

Very good microphone, and certainly is very good value for money. The sound is clear but you will have to adjust the gain on your computer to your liking. If you have it too high it will pick up lots of background noise, if you have it too low you obviously won't be able to hear anything/too little.
The microphone is a perfect size and just sits in the corner of my desk. No need for an ugly boom arm (personal preference), and picks up my voice from just sitting 40-60cm away from it.
One downside is the very short USB cable, this microphone is designed to be plugged into a laptop, and so the cable doesn't need to be too long. I have a proper PC which sits on the floor under my desk, and so had to buy an extension cable. Luckily I knew prior to purchasing this microphone that the cable with it is short so I didn't have to wait for a new extension cable to arrive before I could use the microphone.

Got it as a gift.
I personally have the Samson Meteor and thought this would be a great gift for someone.
To be honest I was a little disappointed by how much noise it picked up from the nearby laptop.
You realllllly need to keep it away from any electronics otherwise the fuzzing (possibly from magnetic objects near it) is just too much for comfortable hearing.
Other than that, the quality is quite good if you have a good mounting point.
Product feels quite premium also.
if you can, throw a few extra pounds into the purchase and get a Samson Meteor. best budget mic on the market (in my opinion)

I keep coming back for these. I have two in separate locations.
Pros: durable (have lasted nearly a year so far), plug and play (no software needed), simple to use, red light to show when it's topping out/clipping, v good quality, works on windows 10 too.
Cons: sound is so powerful you may actually need to dip the mic volume to around 5% or else you'll find it maxing out. Great for podcasts and speech, but I'm not sure if it'd be great for music recording.
There's no better mic for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by this u.s.b microphone's performance, considering it's size. It is more than adequate for making spoken voice recordings to a laptop without pre-amp. By raising the recording level to maximum in the open source recording program "Audacity" it functioned acceptably as a conference microphone for speakers within a 3 ft radius. It certainly outperforms the "run of the mill" jack plug pc microphones. I have used it on a pc laptop and a Mac Book Pro with equal ease.

I dont know why this mic gets rave reviews. The sound quality of the unit I had was appalling. It is tinny, quiet, and picks up any noise from the surface the base is sat on (keystrokes for example). The only thing to be said for it was that it plugged into the computer and just worked. I returned mine after a fortnight.

decent range and audio quality, allows conference calls on skype during lockdown. most laptops have very directional mics that make comms difficult when you have multiple folks in the room with you, bit pricey for what it is but compact and not unsightly

Firstly I don't have first hand experience with this mic as it was bought for my son so he can do youtube videos, he has had some fantastic results with this mic, worked out of the box and is small enough to sit on his desk, because it is easy to remove from the magnetic base I'm planning on making a stick mount for it using magnetic to hold it in place, this should work well

A cool looking microphone that records sound as good as it looks. Windows 10 picks it up straight away with no need to look for drivers. Sound quality is great but I would have liked a longer cable, though I guess the 3ft it has is fine for most people. Nice little magnetic stand that doesn't slip on the desk and is magnetic enough not to have to keep re adjusting it's direction because of the cable out of the back. Good value for the sound quality.

In my opinion there is only one rating for this in terms of functionality: 5 star.
With regard to appearance, that is always subjective but IMO it is also 5 star. Even the chrome is applied to the normal thickness and so looks good to those of us who can remember when chrome plating was a lot thicker. (in 99% of chromed items I see these days the chrome coating is incredibly thin and tacky).

Very easy to install (if it worked). All I get from it is a very deafening buzz, tried turning volume down which stops the buzz but also stops all sound. I have tried installing it more than once, instructions aren't clear. What Chinese instructions are? Can't get to Post Office at the moment to send it back, plus would have to pay postage charges again.

Although being a USB microphone it is INCREDIBLY loud. In my experience USB mics are often overly quiet, and applications have issues with them, but not here.
On my old headset mic I would use volume 85 with a 10db boost. With this microphone, I use volume 4, no boost. The sound is crystal clear.
However, if placed on a desk this will make ambient noise and keyboard/mouse clicks overpower your voice. I personally bought a mic boom and shock mount for a cheap but very high quality setup. The body and cable of the mic feel strong and quality built.
After playing with settings, this mic is brilliant. I only gave 4 stars because the samson drivers for extra settings cost a small amount of money and are not free.

No difficult installation: easy setup and use.
Small and nice looking.
Light on the front tells you when it's on, red light tells you if it needs adjusting or the sound is too loud/distorted - no guess work needed.
Clear enough for streaming, youtube videos, skype, teamspeak etc.
No background noise, good voice recognition.
Would recommend.

Really slick, compact and stylish usb desk mic. Sound quality is good enough for the price but just keep in mind that this microphone is very sensitive so it will pick up every last bit of noise in your environment which could be annoying depending on what you want to use it for. Just plug in and use straight away with no issues. Good product.

When I start my computer the mic has an awful buzzing sound. I don't know enough about mics or computers to know why, but unplugging it and replugging it in fixes the issue. Other than that easy to fix issue, it's perfect.

Good microphone for the price; I use it for talking over gaming videos on my YouTube channel.
It is not the best quality but using simple software such as Audacity, it is really easy to get rid of the background noise and make it sound crisp and clear.

Amazing value for money microphone I also use it on my YouTube channel https://youtu.be/FIm9x2_pv-M very pleased with it quality is very high at 15cm-60cm away. One thing to mention when recording it I very sensitive to back ground noise try adjusting the volume until you can't hear anything but your voice. In summary you won't be disappointed I bought it in black and looks the part and preform extremely well especially for the price range use it with a good pop shield too!

The only downside I can think of is that it pics up a lot of sound from my keyboard (which most desk mics will), otherwise I couldn't recommended it higher. Love my little microphone, nobody knows what it is either ^.^

Good audio quality although it picks up a lot of far away noise and background noise. Has had issues working with discord but that got sorted out eventually. Sounds a lot better than the mic on my corsair void wireless headset.
