Worst product
Worst product, I brought this model and another 2000 Max, near to 100 steamers. Maximum steamers is not working now and there service center is more worst. Don't buy this product buy only Indian product. Where you will get good service after brought product.

customer service is worst.
this machine work good till 1 year. after that not working. continue call to russell hobbs very few time they response and no one come for repair that from last 6 month. never suggest to anyone buy this.
