The product is good as far as its features are concerned
I have been using this product for the last 8 months. The product is good as far as its features are concerned. Its easy to use also. However my experience with the after sales service has been bad. For the last one month I have been waiting for the iron to be repaired under warranty. However still no satisfactory response has been received. So the product suffers due to poor after sales service due to which my business is suffering.

Good for expensive clothes
Packaging and delivery by Amazon is simply incomparable. The product is working all right. Good for expensive clothes, but for your cotton shirts and other light weight clothes you would still need your regular iron.

I HAVE BEEN CHEATED
I purchased this iron from Amazon, thinking everything must be genuine. Either Amazon or Russel Hobbs have cheated me. The Steam iron doesn't work properly. Please send a replacement .

Not Recommended
To iron the shirt you need to keep some, pads only then it will be stiff, else it is very hard to iron, pants you can’t ...not worth for money...

Good prouct but not suitable for Indian conditions
I bought this product in yr 2018 and now its started giving problem..means the steam is not coming out although the power light is on but the heat steam which suppose to come out from its nozzle is not coming. Where to get is repaired or if its still in warranty period. Nothing is mentioned in the bill. Help me out.

Poor service from faltu company.
Waste service from amazon still defective product is with me from last 3 months struglling with defective product and the way customer care executives handled is drastick.waste company amazon requesting other customers not to purchase from amazon bcoz either u will recieve defective product if u receuved a defective then there no other option to replace u have to use that defective only bcoz THE GREAT FALTU COMPANY AMAZON will give response like that....

The steamer cannot replace the traditional iron. They have few advantages, but no saving of time. Also, easy for ladies as they do not need to bend to iron.

The installation
The Installation manual is not easy to follow and its not easy to put it together. They need to have installation experts or a easy to follow manual. The product is no doubt good but I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it on amazon if theres no installation from the sellers side.

Best Steam iron till date
It is amazing. Clothes are perfectly ironed without any hassle. Easy to use as it doesn't get too hot and doesn't leave water that much only sometimes due to excess or less water. I use it in my clothes showroom as well as home.

Worst product
Worst product, I brought this model and another 2000 Max, near to 100 steamers. Maximum steamers is not working now and there service center is more worst. Don't buy this product buy only Indian product. Where you will get good service after brought product.
