Won't stick!
Tape is to thick and sturdy for the amount of tape they give you to stick it down bought something cheaper on Amazon and came with same 3m tape BUT MORE OF IT TO USE

Don’t use on carpet
1st time using side brush and it got tangled into carpet.

Hard and noisy
One end bent & stayed that way. They whack walls & edges. Softer brushes work better & quieter.

These get caught up on area rug edges
I thought these sounded like a good idea but the rubber tips tend to grab the corners of the area rugs and flip the corner up whereas the ones with the bristles slide over the edges of rugs. I think the rubber tips are too grabby.

Such a disappointment
Thought this would solve my problems. Instead it’s more of a headache. Prepped the floors. Made sure they were totally clean and free of debris. Tape refusing to stick. So frustrated.

Waste of money
Product doesn’t stick properly to the ground. Purchased a samsung magnetic tape to replace and works well now. Such a waste of money.

Did not work for s5 max
Did not work at all for roborock s5 max. I was better off just using no-go zones in the app.

DO Not Get
Waste of money it comes in a box all rolled up and when you try and unroll it stays rolled and the adhesive tape they include it is not strong enough.

Wish the wiper was replaceable
The wiper on the bottom plate fails quickly for me. Generally only lasts about 8 month before having to replace it.

These did not work at all. I tried several times to move them around. The robot went right over them.

Don’t buy
Was super expensive and does not work. My roborock still goes to that area and gets stuck.

Defective
Defective. The vacuum just tries to roll right over them and still gets stuck.
