Great factory approved replacement
My Roborock S7 Max V seems to get caught up on some loops in the carpet and when it does it twist these brushes to the point of not being usable. I ordered the replacements. They are quite easy to replace and I highly recommend using factory brushes.

No grinding sound unlike the third party brands
I bought a fake brush before that caused my robot to have a grinding sound. This roborock brand brush does not make that sound.

S4 perfect fit
This fit my old roborock S4 (not S4 max) perfectly no issues at all. I had no idea how bad and soft the old brush roll was until I replaced it at 35% It picks ip so much more dog hair now especially from our area rugs.

Original quality replacement
A little bit pricy but I wanted an OEM quality brush as a replacement for my vacuum. Works great and improved the function of my vacuum over the worn out brush.

Great product!
The sweeper on our Roborock did not appear to be in bad shape, but I noticed particles up against area rugs and other items left behind that it had previously picked up. I decided to replace the sweeper and I am glad I did. It works like new again! Super easy to install, just one screw to remove and replace. It comes with a new screw so I used that as well.

Great replacement side brush
This side brush was easy to install on my S4 to replace to orginal factory side brush. I only needed a small screw driver for replacement and it was on in less than a minute. I had no idea how beat up these little side brushes get until I saw the old one next to the new one. The side brush does a great job of cleaning up pet hair with no tangles, occasionally I'll have to clean really long human hair off of it. This side brush does a good job cleaning against the walls and my white base boards without leaving any black marks.

Very noticeably better than aftermarket brushes
I went through probably 8 different aftermarket side brushes for my Roborock, all of which would fall off, regardless of how much I tightened the brush onto the vacuum. This OEM brush hasn't fallen off once. Even considering the significant price difference between this and the others I have, I wish I tried it way sooner.

You get what you pay for.
I bought a cheaper knock off when the brush expired, I really began to notice the ineffectiveness of the brush after a month, by looking at an area rug we have down. Even right after the vacuum had just completed going over the rug it didn’t appear there was one thing disturbed. Shortly afterwards I ordered the manufactures beater brush and there is noted improvements.

Perfect replacement for OEM.
If you're like me, you've probably looked at a few brushes and are trying to justify the cost of the OEM brush. (this one) Well. I did the research for you already and it turns out there are all sorts of wonky problems with the 3rd party brushes.. everything from brush error/clogged warnings to just not functioning properly.
Save yourself some time and frustration and get this one directly from Roborock.

I tried many knock offs and they might be cheaper but they cause errors and don’t work as well. Go with the ordinal trust me, it’s way better!

Unfortunately it works best
I hate to say this but the extremely overpriced OEM product works the best. I have tried all kinds of the more realistically priced aftermarket brushes but they constantly need to be cleaned out. This brush has been on for about two months without any problems. I don't understand why the aftermarket people haven't replicated this exact model. Until then, it is the best.

I purchased this to replace the original one on my vacuum and the vacuum keeps throwing it off. Not please with the outcome and my vacuum keeps reporting that it is not cleaning. I've tried all kinds of things to remedy the issue but nothing helps.

It works. I did not use the adhesive to attach it to floor as I move it around as necessary (around Christmas tree, round a particularly shaggy rug, in front of cables) - so just lay it down on a thin side, which looks quite untidy when in open area since placing it that way puts it at about an inch high. It also still curls up into a c-shape when stretched. I wish it came in a thinner and shorter version. Notwithstanding, not attaching it, and the ensuing untidiness, is a personal choice that shouldn’t deflect from its usefulness.

So for all the Roborock parts I have to buy for replacement, this one last longer than the other. So I’m ok getting this every once in a while for maintenance

Bristles too Soft
We used the original brush for over 14 months. It was showing wear so I replaced it with this brush from the manufacturer.
The brush is much softer and just does not work as well.
I need to get a new brush that is more firm.
UPDATE:
The manufacturer replied to my email stating this is their replacement brush. I am currently evaluating the aftermarket brush options available on Amazon.

Doesn't stick
This tape comes in a roll, and naturally wants to curl in the same direction when removed from the roll. That's fine, but the included double sided adhesive tape has barely any adhesive and is not enough to overcome the natural tendency of the magnetic tape to curl.
I put the magnetic tape under a few mats and the weight of the mat kept the tape mostly flat. But the adhesive tape barely does anything and the magnetic tape has come loose several times when the mat is moved.

I tried to save a few bucks by buying a non official version of this. it rattled around like crazy and didn't do a great job. This one is expensive but the ends are removable for getting hair that wraps around. expensive but worth it.

Good at sweeping but tangles easy
The s7 vacuum these attach to works great and these so a good job sweeping dirt and hair into the main brush. The downside to the rubber is that it will get tangled in the carpet if there is too much hair or if the vacuum sits in one spot too long. This often results in having to pull the bristles out of the carpet fiber ripping carpet fibers out. I had to replace one of these side brushes within a month due to the bristles being broken off when it got stuck.

This tape keeps the Roborock from going where you don't want it to.
This magnetic tape prevents the Roborock Vacuum from moving into areas where you don't want it to clean the floors (e.g., to keep the Roborock from mopping carpeting instead of hard floors.) All you have to do is lay the tape down flat the block off the unwanted area.
The only suggestion I have is to perhaps include more tape on one reel so that less tape is needed to block areas off.

Non OEM version of these products do not last. We are very happy with the Roborock OEM replacement parts. They have lasted much longer than the cheaper after market items.

I love my Roborock but the only downside is I have to purchase parts often and it doesn’t last longer, one of those is this side brush. There are cheaper ones you can get but I feel it’s risky coz it’s an imitation.

OEM replacement brush
This is the new OEM part. Brushes are thick and the silicone is red. Pet hair is easily removed from the roller. With Robovac stick to OEM parts.

i have ordered this twice now. this is advertised as an original roborock part and that may be true but it is not that same brush that came in my S6 MaxV the bristles feel much softer and since switching from the original brush i get clumps of hair left all over my house. hair also clumps on the brush differently, at the end and the metal guards so i get main brush jam errors every day. these brushes are very disappointing.
