First time!
As a newbie to epilation I did a lot of research before buying this item and read a lot of reviews. I have used it 3 times now and am very happy with the results. For some reason my leg hair grows very quickly and is quite dark so I was fed up of shaving almost every day, especially now the weather is nice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone but if like me you are a newbie please read them instructions before using and remember to exfoliate! Also pay attention when you're using it as I have just caught pinch myself with it but it was my own fault because I was daydreaming, but it did stop straight away so I wasn't cut up or anything, just bruised. Overall I think it is a great epilator and I more than happy with the results I get.

Much more comfortable and effective than the one it replaced
This came up on a daily deal at a good price so we ordered one to replace a Braun Silk-epil that was 4 years old. My wife reports that this Remington model is a great improvement, based on effectiveness at removing short hairs and the sensation of the actual epilation. I couldn't say how much of the improvement in comfort is due to better design of the product and how much might be just down to a better fit and finish of the product as it doesn't have 4 years of wear and tear on it, but either way I'm reliable informed that it is much less painful to use and grips more of the short hairs per pass than the one it replaced. All-in-all this makes it a solid win here. I don't think all of the attachments will get used to be realistic, but these extra attachments come with the model with the battery/wireless mode. Perhaps these less popular attachments could be removed from the bundle to lower the cost slightly in the future?

Great value for money
I'm happy with it. I bought this as a replacement for my old one, as I broke it. It's pretty much the same as my old Remington, just a slight difference. I like Remington epilators always been pleased with them. Also corded epilators in general are better as they last much longer and have more power. I usually use my epilator without an attachment on it just cause I prefer it, it's easier and goes closer to the skin. Tried it with an attachment this time to see and it caught my skin on my armpit so be careful if you use it with an attachment. Overall it's a really good epilator, I use it pretty much on my whole body.

Painful but oddly satisfying
Was sceptical buying one of these, but with razor blades increasing in price thought let’s try. Had a hot bath and used a scrub, then got to it on my legs. Bit painful to start, but oddly when the tweezers didn’t hurt, you knew it was working. Was easy to see where you had missed or needed to pick off the last hair or two. Nervous about underarms. But so far, I believe this is a good buy and will save money. Has 2 year guarantee with additional year.

Won't recommend
Received today. I've owned a cheaper epilator for almost a decade, I have decided to buy another one and I've decided on the Remington as I own several products from them. I had to go on the same area multiple times on high speed to remove the hair, had to take off the cap as it wouldn't do anything with any of them, left red skin and blood on a big surface. Very disappointed.

Great!!
Got this for a friend, she is very happy with this. No bruising or skin problems have been seen. Does a very good job and a tip: register within 28 days for a extended UK warranty. Only problem is that it is pretty noisy in use, even at half speed.

Worked well but died after 5 months! Disappointed.
Worked pretty well wet or dry & my first waterproof one which was great! Helps make it a bit quicker being able to epilate in the shower. Trimmer attachment very handy too.
Unfortunately it has stopped working 5 months after purchase! Motor started making an aweful squealing crunching noise off & on then stopping entirely :( very disappointed.
Have tried to make contact with seller/manufacturer about return or fixing it but have been unable.
Don't buy!

Be careful
It did my legs very well but as the other reviewer said it did drag my skin into the tweezers. I have a few bruses on my legs, I have to be more carful with the loose skin on the back of legs. As my husband has thrown away the box i am now left with this product. I will be extra careful and pull the skin tight when I use it on my legs.

Does the job
This is an average epilator compared to other I have used. Although it does its job, it takes multiple attempts in one area to remove all the hair fully. Also, it takes a considerable amount of time for one session plus its a bit noisy. The extra attachments are useful for more sensitive areas.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!
Honestly the first time it hurts like butt cheek on a stick then a little less the second time but so totally worth it!!! I went from having to shave my legs every 2-3 days because it grew back so quick, thick and dark to having to shave them every 3-5 weeks and then it’s not really worth it because there is hardly anything there! It’s incredible and one less thing to worry about for a while!

Tweezer attachment is good but constantly jams up and then misses hairs etc its and ok product but certainly not as good as the price tag

DANGEROUS! traps skin
This product is dangerous: i tried it on every setting and it constantly traps and pulls my skin, I have been left with a lot of painful cuts and bruises. I have used a range of epilators in the past (mostly phillips) and this is the first time my skin has got caught in the machine. This product ought to be taken off the market!!

Great, fast and lightweight.
Lightweight and small in size. Really efficient and great that it has 40 tweezers, more than some other brands/makes. Quick tweezers rotations and clear difference between the 2 speeds. Very pleased.

Don’t waste your money it’s dangerous
After using epilators for years bought this one to replace my broken one. It is awful, drags your skin into the machine leaving red marks everywhere. God knows how this ever passed safety tests. Please don’t waste your money.

Broken!
This was amazing the first time I used it but then it completely broke and wouldn't start at all. Unfortunately I had to return it! One star from me, a lot of money for a broken item!

Good epilator, not so good shaver
Epilator works well and is quite powerful; shaver is a bit lacklustre, plus the plastic razor guard doesn’t fit well and is loose, as a result.
