- + Очень красивый проигрыватель, уже настроен из коробки и готов радовать прослушиванием любимых пластинок
- - Для кого-то недостатком может быть невозможность серьезного апгрейда - антискейтинг здесь магнитный и преднастроен для родного картриджа, встроенный фонокорректор неотключаемый, но для меня это и были критерии выбора: он исполнен и работает отлично для проигрывателя начального уровня и в нем не хочется ничего менять

Purchased from HiFix and delivered by Amazon. Turntable is excellent build quality and sound is outstanding - very pleased with the unit. However there was a scratch about an inch in size on the front window of the cover which I wasn't expecting but its not worth the hassle returning.
Many turntables of this particular model seem to suffer from a wobbly platter and it seems Rega are aware of this. This one does have a very slight wobble but not enough to be very noticeable and doesn't seem to affect the quality of the sound. I'll probably later upgrade to one of the glass platters that are available to counter act the issue.
All in all for a entry level audiophile turntable its very good build and professional sound quality - I'd recommend it.
Update - 3 months later: the wobble is gone! Apparently it takes some time to 'run' the motor in and when this is complete the issue goes away completely. Still FANTASTIC sound and EXCELLENT build quality - I would highly recommend the unit to all!

What a brilliant bit of kit for the money. Couldn't believe the difference between this and my previous trust Panasonic turntable. Dead easy to set up, looks the part and sounds magnificent. Really simple turntable at a fantastic price. Do your vinyl collection a favour and buy one now!

Bought this turntable in 2013, what a mistake, nothing but trouble from the start. The machine just seemed to attract static and I never managed to get the toner arm and anti skate right. I have tried everything, read hundreds of articles on the subject but no luck, all in vein, brand new records wouldn't play hardly at all, instructions too were very bad. Believe it or not I actually ended up putting my foot though it and throwing it out the door. I have to say as well, that I am not new to vinyl, I never stopped listening to it, so I know about records players. Also think there's an element of pretentiousness going on here to, the way you have to change record speed manually, not for me I m afraid.

A lot simpler to set up than I expected. Once unpacked and having read instructions all I needed to do was place tracking weight on arm (it just slides on), check the cartridge alignment and place the felt mat on the platter. Then it was a matter of connecting to amplifier and power. On first testing I realized that my amplifier does not have an integrated phono stage but luckily I had an phono box in a drawer with a spare set of cables so on connecting the phono box up I tried playing a record again and the sound quality was excellent and much better than my older and cheaper record players.
So although this is not a mega expensive unit, I still consider it a lot of money, but for the much improved sound quality it is well worth the money. Alright this is only day one, but as long as it lasts and gives good service it is well worth the money.

It is not very round, which is very noticeable when it spins. Either the hole is not punched in the center or the outer perimeter is hand cut. I expected more from a 10€ piece of felt

Alot better quality than the standard mat that came with my Rega RP1 deck, for £12 delivered you cant really go wrong and worth having a spare in a drawer.

Spedizione di amazon come sempre veloce ed efficiente. Tutto impacchettato con la massima cura. Ho cercato a lungo sul web (saranno stati mesi) prima di decidere il mio prima gira dischi entry level e dopo un'attenta analisi ho scelto con grande soddisfazione il rega rp1. Design essenziale ed elegante e materiali di costruzioni ottimi. Buona testina di partenza con braccio aperto a futuri migliorie. Facile da usare anche per i principianti. Ogni passaggio per liberarlo dalla scatola..un'emozione. Bello bello bello

Davvero un ottimo prodotto, totalmente manuale e senza fronzoli, ma con una qualità audio eccellente per il prezzo.
Qualità costruttiva ottima, con il braccio totalmente regolabile, permette eventualmente di fare l'upgrade a testine di livello superiore, nel caso non si fosse soddisfatti di quella di serie.
Ho provato diversi entry level (Pro-ject, Thorens...) ma il Rega RP1 è di livello superiore, soprattutto a questo prezzo.

Complimenti per la puntualità di consegna. Il prodotto è molto bello nella
sua semplicità e concretezza. Ma quello che conta è che suona meravigliosamente pur essendo un entry level. L'ho collegato al mio "vecchio" Marantz ed è stato un piacere riascoltare i miei dischi in vinile. Purezza dei suoni che non ricordavo e quelle note calde e sincere, non "pompate" come nei cd! Sono molto soddisfatto.

...costruito all insegna del risparmio e della semplicita' ma che dire...funziona proprio bene!! Punto di forza la quasi assenza di risonanze. Si poteva fare qualcosa in piu sulla qualita del cavo rca dato che costa comunque intorno ai 300€.
Il peso non ha indicazioni e con la testina di serie va messo a fine corsa. Non ha il filo di massa e comunque ha un rumore di fondo molto basso.

Non conosco altri giradischi, ma ho un ottimo lettore cd che costa più del doppio di questo giradischi, ma posso assicurare che non riesce a farti godere della musica allo stesso modo. La puntina Rega Carbon di primo equipaggiamento fa già un ottimo lavoro.
