Terrible finger print sensor
The on screen finger print sensor is terrible. Doesn't detect your thumb impression even after 5 attempts. Every time you want to unlock the phone, you end up entering the pin. Out of 50 attempts hardly 4-5 times succeeds.

Stock Android is nothing but Google blot Ware., mi a3 Screen resolution is very low, colour reproduction is very bad, white shades are not present on grey body, there is absolutely absence of usefull apps, I think this mobile is not worthy, and complete waste of money. finger print 3, samera quality 3.5, battery life 3.5

MI - A3
Camera not as expected from 48 mp, sensor not working and its slow in response time. Overall feel of the phone is not good display not upto Mark my old mobile looks more bright than this mobile.
Amazons replacement policy not consumer friendly it's more seller friendly. I requested the replacement as there were few technical issue with phone and over quality does not feel good. Amazon said they can just replace same phone and cannot replace with some other brand phone, which means it's seller friendly... Which is not expected from such huge online shopping portal.
I will be really careful to buy anything from Amazon going forward or may be I will not buy from Amazon anything after this experience.
Amazon should be more customer friendly.

Best pure Andriod on budget and it is compact!
Purchased the grey variant as I don't prefer handsets that are flashy. The phone is awesome and works pretty well. I found the screen clarity adequate and could not see any quality difference as compared to Mi A2 (at least for naked eyes). This phone is very much pocketable more so than its predecessor (few mm shorter). The photos came out very well with natural colors sans any AI gimmick like the ones spit out by Realme (just hate those over-processed images). In short, if you are a pure android lover, then this IS the phone to go for - I would recommend 4/64 version.

Poor Built Quality. There are lot of deviation from advertisement. Mi A2 is good phone, so by believing that I have went for this crap. Display, Sound, Camera, Touch everything is below average. And even coming close to Mi A2. Amazon is not refunding for this product. Only replacement they are giving. The mobile I received having WiFi problem and for the replacement initiative they took after 4 days, that too after so many calls. Amzon will loose their brand name with this kind of product and policy and customer care. Highly disappointed. Will not be continuing amazon prime membership and no purchase in Amazon. And No Mi Products. Warning everyone to be away from the fake advertisement.

Good android one
Using from last 3days,as I always recommend mi brand for budget phone this phone is also as per my expectations. facing some difference after switching from miui to android one interface but overall experience is good.
Let's talk about pros:
Camera quality
Display
Software
Hardware
Design
Some cons:
Battery expectations

Many miui features I was expecting
Display resolution
Note:as per my opinion Redmi note 7s could be a better deal if you are not a android one fan.7s dial camera is also great 3 camera in A3 doesn't show any miracle.

Camera And Battery Backup Awesome, Negatively- Only One Sim and one memory card use one time
If u use memory card, Than your internet speed is low, because memory card slot in sim one so this all are negative point and also u can't clone any aap without clone aap, otherwise Mobile is Awesome

Connectivity issues
Purchased the phone about 3 days back. I will not write about the specifications, camera and other stuff, most readers will already know about this. Everything is really good, expect certain connectivity issues.
1. Once the phone looses 4G connectivity (when traveling, going in lifts etc), it will not connect back.
2. The phone then needs to be turned off and on for regaining 4G connectivity. (It does not work if it is restarted).
3. Reinstalling SIM, alternate SIM and other usual steps does not help.
4. A Computer connected to the hotspot, will not reconnect back if the phone is taken away and brought back. The phone needs to be powered on and off for hotspot reconnection.
5. This problem seems to exist with MI phones. There is a discussion on the Mi community related to this topic, though it is relevant to another country (LTE/4G connectivity issues, Global Beta 9.5.9 (problem exists since January 2019). Readers can google this and find out.

1. Build quality is very good.
2. Display is just fine. On closely observing the screen, one can see the pixelation. This is because the screen is not Full HD and it has a low pixel density of 283 ppi.
3. Finger print scanner is not good at all. It is very slow and fails to detect the finger print most of the times.
4. Amazing battery life.
5. Amazing camera as well.
Overall, it is a good buy for the offered price.

Awsome....above all
One of d best phone by mi.i was using Mi A1 since 2 years. This is far ahead than that.
Only one drawback is HD+ display but thanks to AMOLED screen it covers the gap..

Good phone
This is a review after few days of usage.
Pros:
1. Processor and RAM, ROM options are very nice.
2. Front camera excellent.
3. Pretty compact and comes handy.
4. Gorilla glass on front and back.
5. Android one, is best option. Comes with minimum changes to original Android.
6. Nice color options, white is lovely.
7. Adding 3.5mm jack which is not available in mi a2.
8. IR blaster is very handy option to controll many devices in home.
Cons:
1. Display is 720p, not a good as previous Mi A2.
2. Camera quality is upto the mark, I mean for 48Mp camera one would expect stunning performance, which is lacking. But decent.
3. No low light photography options.
4. Onscreen finger print is laggy. But face unlock is fast.

26th August I received MI A3 and I used one day I feel once feature is missing ( Call Recording ) guys if you need this feature go with Redmi Note 7 pro. Because Google never full fell your demanded

I would like to request all the buyer not to buy this mobile because this is the worst mobile in the world.
The display pixel is like sand grains size
They advertising super AMOLED but I think that it is a tft LCD panel
The photos are awful because the display will not be able to to display the photos
I don't want to talk about the finger print scanner. That is awful.
I have never seen a display even in my keypad mobile.
It's my humble request to all the buyer please don't buy this mobile.
Don't be mad for the flash sale mi will be always there to make you fool .

Nice mobile but few cons.
Nice camera, good build quality in budget.
Widevine L1 is not working while watching prime videos. In display fingerprint is not working in night mode.

I have waited for a long time to buy this phone.
Didn't dissapoint me though.
Pros:
Very handy to use in hand. Curved back supports one handed usage. No rectangular shaping.
Comes with a pure stock android. Lighter, faster, easy to use.
Captures pictures like a pro. You'll never be upset.
Super Amoled display with punchy colors and user experience.
Cons:
HD display as everyone say. (But colors are very good)
Battery life could be even more better. (Can be fixed through update)
Nothing more ;)
Verdict:
If specs are everything that matters you, go for realme 5 pro or vivo z1 pro. Mind you, it isn't important at all, if you are a casual user.

Not worth the money..
Not worth it...Have used Mi4 previously...Mi cloud not available..application password security not available..if you Restore previous messages..it will again and again flood notification bars with those read messages..Didn't get a wow feeling after using the camera..Rear Camera is Ok Ok..pictures taken from camera pixelate..front camera is very good..3 cameras in the mobile make no sense..
Better go for a Mi Note 7 series...far better than this A series mobile..

2 major cons in this phone
1. It's speaker too loud like Chinese speaker
2. There is little battery heating issue.
