100% RECOMMEND TO TRY!
So, I have been using epilator since 5 years, and its a great product, I go for waxing very rarely. My skin is medium sensitive and it works well for me.
So here are some pros and cons -
PROS-
1) YOU WON'T HAVE TO VISIT A PARLOR, CAN USE IT WHENEVER OR WHEREVER YOU WANT.
2) GIVES WAXING EQUIVALENT FINISH
3) USER FRIENDLY
4) SAVES WAXING EXPENSE
CONS -
1) MIGHT NOT WORK FOR EXTRA SENSITIVE SKIN
2) SOMETIMES GIVES LITTLE RASHES, BUT I USE TO GET THEM AFTER WAXING AS WELL SO FOR ME IT WASN'T AN ISSUE.
3) YOU HAVE TO USE IT IN SHORT BURSTS BECAUSE IT'S A MACHINE, GETS HEAT UP.
4) EXPENSIVE, BUT ITS A ONE TIME INVESTMENT.
I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND IT.

Loved it! Not painful at all
This is a really smart tool for people who don't have time to go to the salon, or are just environment friendly.
Im not extremely hairy (but I do have hair all over) but they are fine hair. I barely had ANY pain infact even less than waxing! The only thing is learning the direction in which the hair grows & tightening the skin of the area to be epilated.
Also u must keep the epilator at 90 degrees to the skin for it to work or it may end up cutting the hair instead of epilating it. Let it roam slowly over your skin only then will it work. I can literally feel the hair be epilated this way.
My under arm hair is the strongest and it was even less of a sensation than my arms. It only hurt a bit on my headstrong toe hairs & that too marginally. My skin did get red but it calmed down within minutes & I have extremely sensitive skin!
I love this device I got it for 2500 something & it was a fresh product too. I feel this is a good investment to save time & money.

Painful and wastage of money.
Big no for sensitive skin. It hurts a lot, not convenient to use on hand and legs because it's to slow to use , you just can't roll, it takes time .
Don't use it on face ,it's hurting and you can get rashes. Me and my sister both got bruised on upper lips . I am normal skin type for me it healed after 1 week. My sister has quite sensitive skin it took her 3 week to get rid of that mark. It's the most painfull hair removal method ever. You will end up wasting money and won't use it after 2-3 painful experience. Don't dare to try it on underarms and bikini area.

Bad quality
For a product so expensive, the least one can expect is durability. I have used it three times, and it's already starting to show problems.
Save up some money, and go for the Braun epilator.

best decision of my life
i am a frail soul who would dread to go for waxing but when my friend suggested philips satinelle epilater, i lapped it. and its one of the best decisions i have taken for my skin. The skin is smooth, almost painless after some applications. It is handy, can be carried anywhere. No painful waxing now. a must must buy

Tried It Just Now
I was exciting for my first time use of any epilator. I really liked the product. It arrived well packed and delivered on time. I used it on my legs and it didn't hurt much because I have very thin hair but it hurts a lot for some hairs but that is ok. It hurts a little on the underarm but the pain was bearable. It is really satisfying product and I would rate it as a value for money product.

The product is excellent ... however while using it you may go through the pain which u go through during waxing (it's bearable). The product is easy on the skin leaves it smooth and the hair growth is slow after using it .
For sensitive skin I would just say if you can't bear the pain of waxing then u shld think twice to buy this product .

Worthy of its price. Very user friendly.
This Epilator has actually helped a lot to save time and uproot unwanted hair from its roots at the ease of home. No more parlours form waxing purposes. Yes initially there have been sensitivity as it pricks from roots, but if the skin is stretched and then epilator is used, this isssue won't bother much. Love it.

Best epilator.
Philips epilators have always been my preference. They are really great, fast and a lot less painful than others that I've tried. Their drawback is their limited life span of about a year, after which they start getting useless. But otherwise, great!

This is so cute and the outcome is outstanding. It removes very fast and leaves no hair. The cord is very long. It was painful in the beginning and the result worths.

Best product.
Super product from Philips. Removes even the tiniest hair which cannot be done by waxing. I loved it. At starting feels little picking pain nd u will use to it. Henceforth I will never go parlour ..wherever, whenever needed i can do it. m independent now ..yeyy

Okey kind of product
I like the product.. it is helpful in emergency cases. It is very very pain full in private parts.. i have sensitive skin and i got black spots aftr using this.. but it is good for using in hand n leg.. removes your hair within seconds.. not as painfull as waxing.

Never expected from Amazon and cloudtail
It's was defective product, seal was open, did not work at all. I was so disheartened. Expect in replacement will get good one. Still that is also giving no update. I fell money is stuck

Wow, I wish I had shift to epliator long back, but any ways it's amazing, I have used it everywhere on my body, obviously at first there is some slight pain which is bearable as I used to do waxing at home always before this.
It doesn't take so much time at all and as you keep using you feel no pain.
The mini brush is really useful and amazing length of the cord.
Definitely go for it.

GO FOR IT!
Okay this is a really good product! I’ve never waxed or shaved my legs and this is the first epilator I’ve used. It’s a little sad to see so much fear of epilators among people because it’s such a great tool if you’re lazy like me and don’t want to get into the whole daily routine that comes once you start staving. Also, I’m too broke to go waxing every week lol and this seems like a great one-time investment, It’s cute, easily fits into the palm of your hand and gets the tiniest hairs. Doesn’t hurt anywhere close to how much you expect. I’d say it’s a 2/10 on a hurt scale.
I swear, the world has been sleeping on epilators! As of today, my life has changed!!!

Good purchase
Product is easy to use, portable. Easy to carry in your bag. Have tried only the 1st mode as it is my first time epilating. Sensitive cap works well when trying first time. A bit painful if its your first time but gradually get used to it. Wasn't very sure how to use on my hands so got a reaction, hence used the cap which reduced the reaction.

The packaging was very poor..... Amazon disappointed me. The box was damaged n the packaging was inappropriate for a delicate electric item. Although, luckily the machine was not damaged. Other than that very good product.

Absolutely worth spending money for!
Works wonders! Absolutely in awe with how it picks up even the smallest of hairs from the root. Highly recommend everyone to buy it for easy hair removal at home without any mess. It will hurt a bit if you have thick hair but it is totally manageable. Someone with thin hair will barely feel any pain. If you're worried about the pain, it really is not as bad as people claim it to be!
