Excellent Frame for small spaces
I was looking to refurbish the cloak room with something a little modern and functional with a clean finish.
I was initially looking to buy Gerberet frame but they were a little too expensive. I ummed and aahed and suddenly I found this Grohe frame which was cheaper than Gerberet and for me Grohe is THE brand for mw when it comes to bathroom fittings as they last forever.
My builder told me that the fitting was straight forward and he had no issues with it. There are a lot of choices for the buttons too that look quite good.
Both standard sizes of the toilet pans can be installed to this frame so there is no concern on that front.
If you are looking for a concealed cistern and are looking to buy something that will last a long time, then you cant really go wrong with Gerberet or Grohe frames and they will always be better than the no name frames being sold on a few places.

height adjustable?
I bought this 2 weeks ago and installed it. now toilet attached. But we found it is too low and builder said the frame was not able to adjust height. I am really confused now, in the picture it looked definitely height adjustable but the frame delivered is different. ( there is nothing to adjust height ).
In order to change frame all the tile work should be removed and re done. But I definitely want to return. Please send any email or something to advise. ( sorry but I couldn't find any contact)

Very sturdy and value for money
Good bit of kit, definitely value for money as you get the wall brackets included some online plumbing centres were more expensive just for the frame and wanted extra for the brackets.
Instructions are rubbish tho, online videos aren't much better, make sure to set the floor distance for the frame with the soil pipe and then the required centre height for the waste outlet from the floor. Then level it all up and mark the walls for the brackets

Fairly difficult installation instructions
Three stars only for the installation instructions. Once you figure them out it's fairly easy, but for a diy'er there were some scratch the head moments. The valve inside the cistern requires a very short screwdriver to open. Good seller, prompt delivery and as described.

If a DIYer read instructions CAREFULLY and view youtube to get a feel for the installation
Good quality product at a very reasonable price.
Reasonably straightforward to fit providing you take time reading the installation instructions e.g. how to turn the flush plate button for horizontal fit / how to adjust the frame height - which will dictate the height of the pan.
I found a quick look at youtube was invaluable - there are a couple of manufacturer demo's plus a load of project fitting videos.
I'd certainly recommend this frame - can't beat it for the money.

Water Inlet valve faulty
The water inlet valve is faulty. My builder wasted a lot of time trying to diagnose the problme. As something that is design for behind the wall installation, the quality of the cistern should be better. I specifically brought grohe as it is a brand name and expect better quality product. Also the flexible pipe connect to the inlet valve section is too long so it push hard against the plastic part which in long run will cause problem .. maybe a better design and qa testing ?!?!?

Received wrong flush button
Hi, I received the toilet and we are now installing. However, the flush button supplied is a vertical button when the cistern should have a horizontal button. Please can you supply the correct button?

Missing flush plate
I have purchased the product on 4 October and it was delivered next day, but unfortunately there was a part missing - chrome flush plate. I have wrote an email to the seller but unfortunately I haven't heard back. I'm really disappointed. I am in the middle of bathroom renovation and missing parts from orders like this is the worst nightmare..

Ordered 4. Left an unsightly green streak on all. Disappointed.
We bought 4 of these and all four kept leaking water into the bowl leaving an unsightly green streak. Disappointed.

Best quality - instructions are difficult to follow as they are for several different options but once you have worked out the picture method used and crossed out the instructions with the wrong pictures ihe sequence was clarified
