Bought this to replace another Panasonic cordless phone system. Unfortunately, this newer version is just awful. The range is very weak and calls drop with great frequency. Both the sound quality and volume control are poor. At maximum volume calls are just barely audible, and the sound quality out of both the ear speakers and speakerphones is marginal. This set was a very good deal on Prime Day, but I have already ordered a different sent from another manufacturer and plan to return this one. Coincidentally, another member of our family bought the same set and had exactly the same experience. That set was returned as well. Save yourself time and money and buy something else.

BUEN PRODUCTO, REGULAR CONEXION
Tendré que checarlos más tiempo, la pila dura bastante, tiene buen audio, buen micrófono, pero batalle para que se conectara, de inicio lo conecté a un dispositivo sin dificultad, el problema vino cuando quise conectarlo a un 2do equipo, tuve que reiniciar los audífonos y borrar la conexión con el equipo anterior, como es para clase de mi hija, ya no quise moverse a otro equipo, luego intentaré volver a conectarlo a un 2do equipo

Phone works as advertised, but has limited storage. Blocked calls, phonebook, etc. all have restrictive limits. Base unit display quit working and I was never able to get any response from Panasonic on fixing it. Battery life is not that great, so make sure you keep it charged. Good phone, but limited capabilities.

Producto bueno si se ocupa para música o vídeos, no recomendable para juegos
Buen producto para el precio, sonido aceptable.
La batería dura bastante tiempo, no le doy 5 estrellas porque tiene un zumbido mínimo en el audífono derecho que a veces llega a ser molesto. Si los quieren también para jugar CoD Mobile o PUBG no les servirían muy bien, ya que tienen retraso de sonido.

I wanted a phone system that had easy to read large lettering as well as large numbers and a large screen. This phone system has numbers that are large enough and a well lit screen that is large enough, but the lettering on the buttons is so tiny that I literally need a magnifying glass. The backlighting of the buttons does not help in reading lettering on the button. So I am left wondering if the button says Intercom or Speaker, etc. The system does block calls easily, and that was a main reason I got it, but I lost the easy reading of the phones in doing so. I thought I researched thoroughly before buying, but apparently not enough. More and more, I am learning that there are some things you just need to buy in a store.

Los materiales son muy ligeros, es de puro plastico, el sonido no es muy fuerte pero como tiene las almoadillas ayuda a que no se escuche el ruido de afuera la bateria no la he probado para ver si dura 24 horas, la diadema no esta alcolchonada
Llego en el tiempo estimado, bien empaquetada, el bluetooth no me ha causado problemas ni nada

You can't delete messages from the phones. You can't save messages as NEW, so if somebody has called for my wife I have to remember to have her check the messages. To block a caller after the "person" has already called, there's about 4 or 5 steps you have to go through. Panasonic did a piss poor job thinking about the human interface. You can't stop the phone from ringing even though I know it's a robocall. I have to wait for the phone to start recording before I can block the call. There's only about 250 #'s you can block. I'm really disappointed.
Additionally, the phones blow through their batteries and you have to rechard every few days. I need to go back to buying from Best Buy for electronics, this is third or fourth item I've been disappointed about from Amazon.

Decepcionado con la política de devolución de Amazon
El producto llegó antes de la fecha aproximada, pero los estuve checando y me dí cuenta que se escucha una especie de chillido que se asemeja a un disco girando muy molesto (solo en el auricular derecho) cuando se reproduce cualquier sonido y pedí el reembolso del dinero porque parece un defecto de los audífonos y va van 16 días de que se llevaron el producto y todavía no he recibido el reembolso. En el servicio de paquetería con el seguimiento de envío indica que el paquete ya tiene días que llegó a su destino, mientras que en el estado de devolución de Amazon indica que todavía no les a llegado el producto.
Espero que llegue el rembolso para poder cambiar de calificación al producto.
ACTUALIZACIÓN:
Tuve que comunicarme con atención a Clientes de Amazon y me comentaron que hubo un error de logística, pero si pude recuperar mi dinero.

Buenos en general
Buenos en general, sonido aceptable, la duración de la batería (aunque no he comprobado si dan las 24 hrs continuas qué dice la descripción,, si le dura bastante, lo único que quizá no me gustó tanto y no se si tenga qué ver con el tamaño de mi cabeza, cansan un poco después de uso prolongado.

at first they were nice, hooked up my cell to the system great, after two months it dropped cell phone from the system, it would not hook back up with my cell phone , called amazon, was told to call Panasonic first , if no responds , they will call back, I seem to be getting the run around from both parties

Muy bueno pero con las horas pesa un poco
La verdad no es tan comodo, se sienten aplastadas las orejas, pesa con el tiempo (con horas de uso). Pero la bateria dura muy bien, lo uso al cocinar o al pasar la aspiradora y soporta bien los movimientos.
En general es bueno. Pero si no eres de los que toleran cosas en la cabeza no es para ti

I was looking specifically for a cordless Phone that had the best volume, especially on the speaker phone. I like using the speaker phone because it bugs me having the phone on my ear. Sure, I could use a headset, but that’s too much work every time I’m on the phone.
Aside from some really good features, it wasn’t the phone for me.
So, I sent it back and bought the Panasonic Amplified cordless phone.
Big difference in sound. I’m only 1/2 way on the volume when I’m on speaker phone. There is another way you can get even more clarity is the “Tone” button on the side of the phone. I haven’t tried this feature yet. I’m interested in how the sound will be.
Aside from some really good features, it wasn’t the phone for me.
So, I sent it back and bought the Panasonic Amplified cordless phone.

1.- Llegaron en excelentes condiciones.
2.- Para niños no es recomendable (se ajusta pero no para el tamaño de la cabeza de un pequeño)
3.- Alta fidelidad en sonido
4.- Excelente claridad en las llamada telefónicas.
5.- compatible en Pc, normalmente en los videos de youtube por ejemplo podría haber un desfase de 1 o 2 segundos entre el audio y el video (es normal ya que es conexión por bluetooth) con estos audífonos no sucedió.
En general me encantaron, son ligeros y ergonómicos en mi caso particular se adapta a mis requerimientos.
En general nos gustaron mucho, adquirí 4 dispositivos y todos en buen estado. I like 🤓👌

This was a big mistake, the audio is terrible. I believe it sounds good on the other end, but kind of makes a terrible
vibration or screech noise. The noise as you talk is hard to describe. I want to send this back, but we tossed the box the next day. Who would have thought it would be a piece of junk. Someone used it the other day and said, I'll use the cell because something is wrong with your phone. I'm so upset I threw the box out, I need to buy another because this one is going in the trash, I won't even offer it to my neighbor. I'll bite the bullet so to speak.
I know dam well Panasonic knows of this problem and is just trying to dump this garbage. It pisses me off that Amazon is also familiar when products are no good, they don't care because they still make money.

Buena duración de la batería.
Excelente, pude emparejarlo con la lap de mi trabajo para poder trabajar, solo que en ese punto requerí de un adaptador Bluetooth-usb (que también compre aquí en Amazon) y sin problemas, la duración de la batería 🔋 bastante bien, el único inconveniente es la comodidad después de mucho tiempo de uso, en mi caso en la orejera izquierda. Fuera de eso, lo recomiendo.

Everything this product describes works - except there is a requirement for a landline in order for the answering machine feature to work. Saying there is an answering machine is deceptive since there is no such feature if the landline does not exist. I gave up the landline and wanted to replace my aging Panasonic phones with a newer set of wireless handsets. To my amazement, the absence of the landline means zero calls get recorded when the number of rings ends and the call is terminated. I suppose the assumption is that my cell phone provider would handle such messages, but when the current system hangs up - no trace of who called nor message available. Where can one find such a feature -phone system with answering machine and no landline required or involved?

Lo barato sale caro, no lo que esperaba.
Lo usé de 15 a 20 días y costaba empatarlo, finalmente dejo de conectarse y ninguno teléfono o aparato lo detectaba.
Era un poco cómodo y bonito diseño pero finalmente no de buena calidad como esperaba. O tal vez la suerte

Obtienes lo que pagas.
Es un buen producto, obviamente por menos de 1,000 pesos mexicanos es lo que obtienes, el nivel de ruido es alto, pero al menos me hace pensar que tengo de vuelta mi viejo walkman.
