The usual quality you expect from Panasonic. Excellent range, clear sound, easy to use, good looks - no surprises. Slightly on the expensive side.

Phone was just as described and was purchased as a replacement for an auxillary phone that quit working. Came charged and worked immediately. Arrived to my door, several days early. Very pleased with this seller!

I bought a new one in store at first, which wasn't compatible with the set we already had, so we returned it. Then we found this refurbished one online, the delivery was quick, the price very low compared to anything new, and best of all - it worked right away, just had to plug it in!Very pleased!

The phone is so small that you can't use it unless you sit down and hold it to your ear. And, then, it's not very comfortable. It's not made for a human-shaped head or ear. So, I bought a head set and use it only with the headset. The problem is that after 1 1/2 years the headphone jack is absolutely shot. The phone is now just about useless. I got 18 months of use. Why is that everything is made like crap these days??? I'm feed up!!!

You'll certainly have to dispose of them anyhow. Wow, I thought Panasonic made the best handsets. Sorely I was mistaken. They lose connectivity to the base, for no reason. You have to A. Wait it out. or B. unplug/replug the base. You can be in the middle of a call and the phone will just shut off. No indication the battery is low or on it's way out. Just OFF. Indicator will show full, you pickup the phone to answer it and the phone dies... from a dead battery??? I bought replacement phones.. yes the entire phone for 10$ from panasonic canada online. Instead of replacing the battery it was cheaper to get new handsets. Very very annoyed. The speakerphone is also shoddy, not to mention the overall call quality of the units. I doubt I would purchase panasonic handsets again after this.

This replaced a hand set that had a bad audio jack due to long usage and being dropped too often while plugged into a head set. I just wanted a new handset, but did not find one. This expansion station joined with the existing base station system, but I have to re-enter all phone numbers because there is no clone feature. I have not tried to pair the new handset to the old base station to see if a handset replacement without the new expansion station is possible. This system has enough range to cover my house and a few hundred feet beyond. I've never exhausted the talk time even on calls of several hours. I have not had interference problems or audio problems when in range.

This phones were purchased refurbished and as additions to the base phone I purchased over a year ago. Adding two of the three handsets went well. I had difficulty with the third and had to call into Panasonic customer service for assistance. The service Rep was polite,prefessional and treated me as if I purchased brand new items. I enoyed the experience and love the phone.I have no intrepidation in purchasing refurbished items form Amazon under the Panasonic brand name.P.S. Shipping was really fast too!Thanks a bunch!Marcia

Overall this phone works very well. The only two gripes I have (but not a show stopper at all) is the fact the units cannot be named and the range, however good, still needs to be improved. Im operating in a 5K square foot house. I can't quite get coverage from end to end and that is about 100 feet either way through many walls. Thats not bad for a phone but I expected a skosh more. Overall I am happy with the phone and would recommend it to friends.

We were very unhappy with this phone. Though the sound was good and we did not get any interference, we did not like the ring tones and felt that the screen savers were generic. For the price - we thought we would have better choices for this. We ended up sending these phones back and purchased phones from Uniden for half the cost. The Uniden phones have better ring tones but no screen saver. I gave it two stars since the sound quality was really good.

I can't speak to the quality of the product but the screen looks outdated when its all set up. From the pictures on the websites I looked at, the screen looked like it had high-tech images but really, it doesn't. I was a little embarassed because I bought this as a gift. I suggest you go to the store and look at it before buying.

In general, this is a pretty wonderful phone - it is good looking, nice smooth case, great graphics, easy phone book, but it fails in a crucial way:The range for the additional handset is horrible.Just two rooms away and it goes from good, to cutting out, to cutting off. This is about 50% of the time, making it very unreliable for my office. My only other negative comment is that it is so flat and slim that it is impossible to hold it in the crook of your shoulder unless you are a contortionist.Almost perfect, but if you want additional handsets, this is not the phone for you.

I purchased and returned two different sets of suposedly DECT 6.0 phones from GE before finally doing some research and finding this phone on sale. It is a very attractive phone, has terrific range, and very clear reception. The hands-free setting and intercom/paging settings are superb and are great for my three story house when you don't feel like screaming or just can't find one of the phones. I think they are slightly overpriced, as the full screen color display is nothing to write home about (or at least I can't figure out how to do much with it oter than change the colors), but all in all, this is likely the best phone on the market right now of it's kind.

I bought this as a third handset for the KX-TG820 which came with one extra handset. The set up and registration for the main unit was very easy without any problems. I recommend DECT 6.0 phone to everyone, the quality is superb.

We bought these to replace 5.8GHz V-Techs that were 3 years old. The V-Techs have worked great except the batteries keep losing the connection because the covers have become loose. The new Pani's work great. Quiet, good range, some cool ring tones and they look great. The only issue I have is the number you've dialed is not displayed once you hit talk. If you're like me and dial the number and hit talk all in one step, you don't know if you've dialed it properly until someone answers.

I LOVE this phone! I've had all the other manufacturers phones, trying to find one that would work with my wifi system without interference. This phone is very clear, no static or dead areas. I've asked people I've called how is the quality of the sound from my end and they have answered that it sounds like I'm on a corded phone, even when I'm using the speaker phone! It may not have all the bells & whistles that some people want from a phone, but for me the most important feature of a phone is that it transmits and receives the signal completely clearly. I also like the option to screen calls on any of the handsets. I don't have caller ID and screen my calls, this feature is great! I love this phone so much that I bought five additional handsets to complete my home phone system. I could not be happier!

I have the KX-TG1034B series phones (very similar to the KX-TG820 series except without color screen). I love the phones. Great reception. Nice design, except a few minor irritations (things could be a little slicker), but overall awesome phones.I wanted to let shoppers know that this KX-TG820B extra handset is only compatible with the KX-TG8231/KX-TG8232B phones. It is NOT COMPATIBLE with the KX-TG1032/33/34S and 32/33/34B series phones, as the description on this site (and other internet sites) states. I found out the hard way and then talked to Panasonic to confirm. Check out their website.Wish I could opt out of the rating and just state my message, since I don't own this series. I'm giving it 5 stars, based on the series that I own, which is the very similar Dect series that came out previous to this model.

I like the phones, i bought, however, i thought it was three phones, and not four. went to website to try and return the fourth phone, filled out form and still have not received a reply, needless to say, i am a very unhappy customer, stuck with a phone i dont need and cant return. no stars from me!

After one week of use the handset had to be sent to Panasonic repair center in Texas; they replaced it with a reconditioned unit So much forPanasonic's warranty. If they continue to build their products in China; they will go the way of the USA manufactures. Advice DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY SAY IN WARRANTIES

We have been really happy with these phones. Living in a home with a basement our previous phone system had trouble with range and interference with other wireless components. No issues with this system. They could add a few more background choices, but this isn't as important as performance right?

My father said that if he were just rating the phone, it would be 5 Stars. The 4 star rating is due to the fact that he believes the features are not user friendly such as reviewing "last call" or getting into the phone book.The phones (1 set that included answering machine base station plus additional handset plus an additional 2 handsets) linked up without a hitch, very easy. Sound quality very good. The #1 feature they like is the qty of units, they now do not need to travel very far distances, if any, to answer the phone.

This cordless phone is loaded with features. I like the ability to use headphones or to turn on the speaker built into each unit. The directory provides a feature to identify Groups; thereby, making it easy to get to the desired person when you have up to 50 entries in the directory. The feature to transfer the directory to other handsets is appreciated.The only feature that I miss is an audible beep to alert one that a message is waiting. The unit does flash, but it is easy to overlook.

Reception and sound quality is fantastic. Battery life also is excellent. Works well with VOIP giving voicemail indication on all handsets. Only downfall is that you cannot add wallpapers or ringtones.

This phone is very small, and looks great in any room. However, it is so small, that I find that my old phone was more comfortable to talk on.The range of this phone is great, and sound quality blows my 5.8GHz panasonic phone away.The backlit keys are great for bedroom use, when you don't want to turn on the light to make a phone call. The phone works with any of the Panasonic DECT6.0 phone systems, my base is a 1034S.
