This supplement works as advertised!

I just purchased my 2nd bottle of this product. Everyone is different but for me it works as advertised. I take it 3 times a day while at work and I definitely notice a difference within 15 minutes. It makes me more focused and alert. It even uplifts my mood. have tried many herbal supplements that don’t work. But this one works great! So happy with it!

My miracle supplement!

This is a miracle supplement! I take it in the mornings, and it feels like it really amplifies the positive effects of coffee. I feel clear-headed and am able to focus much easier without getting anxious or jittery. I've only had issues with falling asleep if I take it too late in the day, but taking it before noon make for a great day of getting work done and energy to do stuff after. My mood is also better, and my social anxiety feels more under-control. I will buy this supplement again.

Changed our lives for the better!

This has been a life changer for the better!! Not only am I taking them so is my husband and mother. My mother is 64 and was always in need of a nap. But she is up and ready to go. She is more alert and has more energy to go through the day. My husband works long hours on a swing shift. These have helped him Balance his rest and focus to get through his day. I had a lot of days that I just couldn't focus and felt tired all the time from stress. We have been taking these for about 6 months and been very happy.

Good but the dosage is extreme

This is good stuff, I gave it 5 stars, BUT...the dosage (750mg) is too much for me. And if it's too much for me I have to believe it's going to be too much for a lot of other people. 750mg will get me pretty "wired" and keep me like that all day (possibly a good thing for some people but not me). Do yourself a favor and get the bottle with the 500mg capsules. If you need more you can always take a second one.

Surprising effective

I don't normally expect noticeably effective results from most supplements, however, these actually work pretty good. I find they work quite well for days when I didn't get much sleep prior, or when I need to be awake and alert for something such as an early test. I think they might also possibly help with hangovers. They provide natural energy and focus, and an overall better feeling of well-being. The best time to take them is right after you wake up, before eating any food. They won't work very well unless your stomach is empty (or at least relatively empty), so it's best to take them a little bit before eating. The reason for this is because the tyrosine will get absorbed into the food in your stomach and bind with protein.

Drastically reduced stress quickly

As a mom of 2 toddlers I have really struggled with managing my stress. I tried various prescription drugs but never found a good fit. This is LIFE CHANGING! I noticed within a day or two that I was genuinely more calm and had a more positive attitude. Anyone who is struggling with stress/anxiety and would like a natural option should try this.

Natural Way

I've been taking this amino about 25yrs....it helps with migraines....if your not into prescription drugs you might light..I always look for the natural way. If I run out I have to stop at sprouts and buy it, before L-Tyrosine... I would be in the emergency room....let's be clear I still have some migranes, they have cut down the severenty and the lenght of the headache. If you on prescription meds, check with your Dr.

I have only been taking these for a about a week now. I have noticed a small difference in the level of my anxiety. It has gone down and which helps me think clearer, which lowers my anxiety even more. A Quintessential Supplement for Those With ADHD

I love this product. It helps stimulate the tyrosing hydroxylase in my brain, leading to an increased production of dopamine. And being on ADHD meds, Adderall myself, I find that this suppliment is remarkably remarkable because it helps me with side effects and symptoms of being not on Adderall when, and if, I ever take a tolerance break for the meds. I never go without this supplement, and take 2-3 capsules daily. It really helps and gives me a great energy life and makes me feel more energetic and upbeat. Highly recommend it! Improves focus. Testojack 200 improved focus more for me though, hence the -1 star.. And no, this has nothing to do with erections and everything to do with mental drive and clarity as a man in a very estrogenic world.

I believe the above product to be excellent especially when consumed on its own, away from meals and other amino acids.

Excellent neurotransmitter support for ADHD

This L-Tyrosine is an essential part of my daily supplement regimen. I take one capsule every morning. I used to take a low dose of Wellbutrin, but I was able to wean off of that completely with L-Tyrosine for dopamine support. I do take a daily dose of Concerta for ADHD, and I find that L-Tyrosine helps lessen any crash-like effects of the Concerta wearing off in the evenings. In general, I have experienced an improved quality of life since beginning my daily L-Tyrosine regimen. I'm subscribed to Now's version with subscribe-and-save, so I never run out. It's perfect.

Works like magic for my depression

I recently had a breakdown of sorts. I just felt kind of numb to everything and couldn't really enjoy much. If I don't watch my diet, I get into these sinking overwhelming and hopeless apathetic moods where it just feels like I'm drowning. This can happen even during things I enjoy doing. It's enough to really just make me want to sleep all day. I notice when I don't take this because it works like magic for my depression. I know I have an imbalance because these fix it.

Very quick, and surprisingly strong results.

This supplement (combined with B-Complex and exercise in the morning, I cant stress this enough) quite surprisingly, immediately helped me curb my dependency on ADHD medication to get through the day and made my withdrawal not only bearable, but rather pleasant. I have energy and focus throughout the day, my mood and overall acument at home and work has been on point, and I've just been enjoying life even during annoying/stressful moments. Totally reccomended.

Worked great!

The answer to my prayers! I spent a lot of money on antidepressants and herbal solutions in order to treat my debilitating seasonal depression. At first I was skeptical, but I figured I wasn't risking much and if it didn't work then I would just keep searching. It worked instantly. Very effective

I’m shocked at how effective this is. I bought it for my teenage daughter, who has inattentive ADD. I decided to try it on myself before giving it to her, and my brain fog and lack of focus went away immediately! I only take it in the morning because it keeps me up at night.

+ Чувствуется улучшение настроения, особенно заметно если до этого было не очень. Сны также стали яркими. Сразу в первый день выпил 1500мг и до вечера юмор из меня просто лился, хотелось танцевать, потом еле уснул. Затем пил по 750мг для более ровного состояния, дальше даже если пил две таблетки в день такого же сильного состояния как в первый день не наблюдалось.
- Всё хорошо. Недостатков не заметил.

Во-первых, важно сначала настроить режим сна, здоровье питание и физ нагрузки, если после этого всё равно состояние не очень, то можно попробовать данный продукт. Но ещё сходить к врачу и сдать анализы крови и проверить щитовидку. У меня было всё в порядке по анализам, но настроение скакало. Также помогло избавление от соц сетей, уменьшение сладкого и отказ от порнографии. Всем здоровья и отличного состояния 🔥
