Love the price and the conveinence of getting it as I need it. Since I have a rather old phone, it would cost much more if I tried to purchase from my carrier store, if they even had them in stock. Thanks.

The first battery sent would not take a charge. A replacement was promptly sent and has been working as expected.

My old battery wouldn't hold a charge for a 60 second phone call. I had the option of buying a new battery or a new phone. Since it was a lot cheapter to try a new battery and see how that worked out, that's what I did. Fortunately that worked. My phone is back to normal. I was in New Orleans from Wednesday night to Sunday afternoon and never charged phone cause I forgot the charger and with moderate usage it still had plenty of bars. I'm 100% satisfied.

For only a few bucks, the product is definitely beyond expectation. It seems that seller has increased the price. Not sure if the current price is a good deal, but the product is reliable as I see from using it for more than 1 month.

The item arrived within a couple days of target date, was packaged simply and was an official NOKIA product. It holds a charge and and was very affordable. Why can't everything be this easy?

I love my E71 phone, but it have lost capacity in the battery, now i can use it as when it was new. Great product.

The title says it all. The battery was purchased in 2011 for use as a back-up while on the road. However, all efforts to charge it have resulted in failure. The battery will not retain any charge and is of little use as anything other than a paperweight.

Items are very good and price was reasonable.I don't think that there should be on option and how many word a buyer should used for there review.

I'm not sure why there are a few bad reviews (with 1 star). The battery works great. I don't have any complaints. I suspect that the people that had bad reviews for this product had a damaged phone or purchases the wrong battery type.

I ordered this battery directly from Amazon.com, not a reseller. Battery arrived today in a small zip-lock bag with no retail packaging. There is a barcode on the bag. At first look, the battery appears very similar to the original battery that shipped with phone two years ago. However, the hologram is functioning not nearly as well as the original. On the original, I can very easily see the dots by rocking left, right, down and up. I can barely find the dots on the new battery, and not by rocking in the expected directions. The overall color of the new hologram is more green and dull, whereas the original was more amber and very bright. The ORIGINAL NOKIA ENHANCEMENTS inside the oval is visible on the new hologram, but the second instance, which shows up on the old battery as NOKIA ORIGINAL ENHANCEMENTS in very small text above the four dots, is not found on the new hologram. Also, the text on the back of the battery is similar to the original but has slightly thicker letters, and the Chinese characters next to the date at the bottom left are white and the 2011/01/19 date is gray, whereas the characters and date on the original are all gray. I do not trust this battery and I expect Amazon, an authorized Nokia dealer, to make this right.

Twenty minutes after leaving home and you find your phone won't work, that's a pretty good sign your battery is DEAD! I started calling around town trying to determine the going price for my battery and I was dumbfounded at how expensive they were. Thankfully I went to Amazon and found there was an incredible difference in price. The biggest concern then became if the battery was of the same quality as the "official" battery. Based on the cost savings, the only way to find out was to purchase one. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the battery was exactly like my original. I've been using it now for approximately two months and I am totally satisfied with my purchase. One last thing, when you have a dead cell phone battery, you want a new one NOW! I convinced myself that I could survive until a new one arrived in the mail and I'm glad I went the Amazon route. Two days later I had my battery! Great product and Great Service!

bought 2 batteries for my nokia phones. One battery wouldn't hold a charge and the other one over charged and burned up the phone.

Ordered "new" (in double quotes for "legal reasons") battery for my Nokia mobile (Nokia BP-4L Standard Battery for Nokia N97, E63, E71, E71x, E72, E73, E90, N810, and WiMax). Received the "new" battery in a timely fashion as I expected. What I did NOT expect was for the "new" battery to be "used" (or appear to be so). Loaded battery in to mobile, plugged in charger, and waited overnight for the battery to charge. Much to my surprise, the battery was still dead. Plugged in the original battery and all worked (except for the part where original battery won't hold a charge more than 4 hours, but that is another story).Apparently, based on previous reviews, this is not an abnormal occurance with this seller.Bottom line: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SELLER.The return process did work marvelously...

This new battery didn't hold a charge for more than an hour. It should have a playing time of at least 4 hours and was shocked that this failed within days of use. I ended up taking the battery out and putting the old battery back in as it worked better than the new one.I have been using these batteries for my Nokia N810 tablet for over four years and the battery usually lasts a year and does have a playing time of 4 hours. I use this tablet for playing videos and listening to internet radio.I find it hard to believe this is a true Nokia battery.

This ws not a Nokia OEM BATTERY, but a cheap generic which died after 1 day. Don't waiste your money.

I suspect this battery is not new. If it is then it's defective. I'd bet this was a refurbished battery. This battery best performance equaled the performance of my original battery after I had it about a year. At best, it performed OK but nothing like a new battery. BTW - I purchased this battery in Aug 2011, I'm again looking to purchase it's replacement because one again, I find myself having to charge it on average twice per day.I will say I received the battery quickly. Kudos to the seller for that.

It is really quite annoying to get a fake battery. Now I need to send this one back, get a refund and find an OEM battery.

I've been hesitant about getting a replacement battery for my phone, until now. I was in dyre need for a new one. This arrived quickly and I couldn't be happier. I was wondering due to the reviews if I would be pleased and I couldn't be happier. Original Nokia battery. Dropped it in my E71x and it works like new. Back to having battery life for 3 days on end with countless calls, pictures and texts. If you need a replacement BP-4L, this is what you are looking for.

After searching locally for several days and not finding what I needed, I was able to locate the Nokia cell phone battery that I needed quickly on Amazon.com. It was "In Stock" and so affordable that I purchased TWO of them. I received my order in just a few days. Thanks Amazon!

This product has all the signs of a genuine Nokia battery, but after the first week it seemed to always lose its charge and get extremely warm during moderate usage. My previous Nokia E71 battery lasted nearly three years, and just got weak. This one seems weak AND gets VERY warm to the touch. I haven't checked, but I suspect its voltage output is low and causes a higher amperage draw.

The seller was great and we got the product on time and in working condition, hence the three stars, but we have changed the SIM card in this phone and now the battery and the phone still doesn't work well. It shuts off periodically with no warning while talking, texting, or sitting idle. The phone indicates it is charged with beep after about an hour and continues to beep every thirty minutes until unplugged. Then it dies a short time after. This is the last Nokia phone I will ever buy. Skip buying the new battery and get a new phone.

I was very happy when I received Nokia BP-4L Battery. My phone now works as it did when I first purchased it 2 years ago. I would definately recommend this product to any customer that is need of a new battery.

I ordered a "sold and shipped by Amazon" BP-4L, expecting it to be genuine. Its 100% fake Nokia, its ligher than the original and the hologram does not pass the "Nokia Hologram test". It came in a small plastic bag.

I received this at time, shipping and packaging was perfect, but the performance of this battery is definitely not as expected, I can't use my phone for more than half day, I expected more, actually I do think its a brand new, but maybe stored for a long time! have no idea why this happened...

Definitely an improvement over my dying battery. I'm back to the days where my Nokia E71's (now my secondary phone) battery would last a Looooong time.

This battery does not keep a charge for 1 day and the green authenticity label has "rubbed" off, and the label doesn't even look like the original battery's green label (I kept the the original battery)...Waste of money and time.

Knowing that there are many fakes out there for this battery, I went with the more expensive one directly from amazon.com. No luck, it came in a ziplock bag and the hologram was definitely not right per the nokia website. It is on its way back to amazon. Beware. 08/20/11.

It is hard to believe this is the same model battery that came with the E71 phone, but it is. I am disappointed with the battery life of the new battery. I remember the original battery went many days without the need for a charge and I was using the phone a lot. Now that the newness of the phone has worn off, I just use it like any smart phone. The life of the original battery was down to about two days between charges so I ordered another battery. This new one goes only about three days between charges. At least it have a spare battery to carry around, but I expected better battery life from a new battery.

The battery does not work right, It eiter always shows battery full or low battery, the intermediate battery levels are never seen on the cell phone. I would rate the supplier low for selling faulty products.

Guys, please check/confirm before placing order. I ordered this item online for my Nokia-N97 but I got another item which is motorola made and that too BP6X series.

I suppose when a purchase goes as it should few will take the time to comment on that. Consider this my comment. (I got it at a great price, on time, and it was a good product.)

I disappointed.I have a Li-ion battery that much more better.I asked to seller before order. They said that this is an original product. It isn't true...It seems as original but I think it isn't original.Cheap but waste.

I decided to give this reasonably priced retail Nokia BL-4L battery a whirl first, based on the reviews, and was thrilled when it gave my phone a new lease of life!Standby and usage times (with 3G browsing, music streaming etc for 1-2 hours, GPS with Nokia Maps or Google Maps for at least 45 minutes per day and 60-90 minutes of phone conversations) are back to their impressive, original levels. The battery indicator is barely a bar or two down (from 7) by evening, and I only bother to charge it about 3 to 4 times a week! I really like my Nokia E71 but my battery was always low, even after charging. Decided to purchase new battery, this battery came packaged and claimed NEW, but, no difference in this one and my original. Would like to have known shelf life before buying an old battery still in package.

The battery came very fast and well protected. Checking the serial number confirms that it's an OEM Nokia battery of recent manufacture and the first month's use confirms it. My old battery did yeoman's service but it was starting to need more and more frequent charges and this battery put new life in to my phone. THANK YOU!

The battery does not hold a charge for over 24 hours and must be recharged daily or even sooner if heavy use. Another new battery would hold charge for 2 or 3 days without recharging.

we love them i bought them for me and my husband, we thought our phones were going out. they wouldn't hold a charge for a day usually nokia e71 with heavy usage would hold a day or two. i not a heavy user but my husband is,i could not keep a charge until i got home i could only make three calls. i was shopping for a new phone butwanted to try one last thing a new battery that was the problem. now i'm happy again.

I don't know if it was a fluke or not, but even though the battery I got came in retail packaging, it looked strange. The label seemed a little loose/wrinkled, although the hologram did check out as genuine Nokia. For some reason, the battery doesn't hold a charge even as long as my old battery. Going to try purchasing again from an other supplier, I think my battery must be either a return, a forgery, or a defect, but I've waited too long to process a return on it.

I'm not sure how good this product is. I think it's my cell phone. All of a sudden the phone wouldn't hold a charge. It's possible the new battery that I bought from Amazon isn't good, but I think it's more likely there is something wrong with the cell phone. I ran out of time to send the battery back to Amazon.

I recieved this battery in brand new condition and the deliveryof the product was speedy. When I originally orderd it I wasgoing away and I like to travel with an extra fully chargedbattery. I orderd a few days before leaving for my trip andexpected my battery to arive by the time I returned a weeklater. To my surprise I recieved the battery the day before Ileft and charged it up to take along which was a big help for meand I felt secure knowing I had a back-up battery with me.
