Bought this six months ago. It only records about 15 seconds of video. The camera is slow to save data after snapping the shutter. Recently, the phone began turning off and on at random and the only way to stop it is removing the battery. Even then, it sometimes keeps doing it. This phone has also been known to turn itself on in the middle of the night. I tried looking for updated software from Nokia, but when plugged in to their website, I get a message saying that the phone already has the most current software. I found no warranty information on the box, in the box, or in the manual. The manual had no diagram pointing out the various parts of the phone, which made it difficult to determine how/where to insert the SIM and micro SD cards. The FM radio has poor reception, even in downtown Los Angeles, home to numerous broadcasting stations. NPR was impossible to receive. It was otherwise OK when it was new, but I'm now sorry I bought it. This phone is an mbarrassment to Nokia.

Perfect fit for my Nokia 5610 phone. I had my doubts when ordering because of the low price, but I see no difference between this product and the original cover door. Great bargain!

Watch out if you are planning to use with another operator.It comes with T-Mobile firmware, so I was unable to connect to my operator EDGE/3G internetI had to reinstall all firmware ( paying for that ) in order to use it with my SIMBut Nokia still makes a really nice phones.

First of all I purchase this Nokia 5610 as a gift, I didn't like the package because it was a generic box, I expected that the cell phone came in the original Nokia box, also the battery is not the original of Nokia, that's why I gave 3 stars to this item.Overall, after I make the test of the device, this phone is very good but the seller gave me a battery that is not an original Nokia battery, seriously?!?.Also the seller didn't add a description of "what's in the box", cause I only receive the phone, charger, battery (NOT ORIGINAL) and manual, I thought that this device came with hands-free but forget about that cause i'm not gonna receive the hands-free.Anyway, I totally recommend the Nokia 5610 but try to purchase this device with other seller cause The OEM shop sucks!!!

I purchased and paid for a cellphone over a month ago. Amazon & Emole failed to deliver it and they can't track it and why it takes over amonth for a delivery date I will never know. You find this out after they take your money!Anyway, they can't find it and when I complained they frantically made excuses on USPS.Now they don't reply because they know they screwed up so I am requesting a refund. Puttung there head in the sand hoping this goes away will not help. I want a full refund and let others know not to by from Amazon or Emole for electronics. Not only did they waste over a month of my time but I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back and luckily I bought a temporary Walmart phone for $20 to get me by.I suggest everyone should buy at their local store and not amazon. Online purchasing dosen't care and you do not have the option of talking with someone but just e-mailing in which they can just ignore you!Sincerely, Ripped Off!

I bought this phone to replace my wife's broken phone. We're not due for an upgrade for another year. We're with AT&T and the phone is originally a T-Mobile phone. It is a good looking phone and my wife likes it, but I can't figure out how to get it to send/receive MMS messages on the AT&T network. Does anyone have any ideas on this? If so, please comment and point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

The phone (Sold By OEM Shop) is originally T-Mobile the seller does not include headphones or Memory Card Cell offered by T-Mobile. Which is quite annoying for me because I have to buy headphones and memory card offered in the package sold by T-Mobile and Nokia originally sold includes these plus the USB cable

I perchase this item beleving that it will work in the medel east because you are advertising this item as International Phone. but it is not. dose not have Arabic incloded in it. so it is not International, I don't have any use to it and I lost my money. Thank you Amazon

As soon as I got the phone, I noticed three items (USB cable, headset & microSD card) were missing. I tried to reach the vendor, called more than three times, wrote more than three emails. Never got any reply. Not only items were missing, but the phone itself feels a used phone with the outside cover replaced. My advice: DO NOT BUY any thing from the OEM shop!!!

I loved the features of the phone. Good camera, music functions were easy to use, intuitive set up to key functions. However- practically since the day I began using it- there were glitches. I couldn't have the phone playing music thru my car audio while receiving a text. If I did, the screen would go blank and I would have to reboot the phone. After having the phone for about 6 months it now refuses to hold a charge. The battery is fully charged, but the phone won't even stay on past the welcoming message. A friend with the same phone had the same problem. Only Nokia I've had a problem with. I've resorted to using my 5300, which I'd replaced with the 5610 after dropping it in a tub of water. Bottom line, the 5300 is still functioning and the 5610 isn't.Unless you have a wararanty, buy at your own risk.

the 3g is no work is suck (International 3g lol really Suck)I live in Costa Rica but the cell phone is not work in 3G I losse my money.

hello, i think Nokia is the best to make cellphones, but the best products of nokia are expensive, so this nokia 5610 have the basic , if you want A better cell , buy a N SERIES ( 95,96,96,ETC).

Good alternative till smart phones become cheaper. Loudspeaker is not loud enough. Good enough camera. Standard Nokia sturdy.

I purchased this product from amazon about 5 months ago. It shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. I give this phone a 4 for the features. It's great being able to upload any of my favorite songs to use as ring tones and I love that it came with both head phones, the micro SD AND the appropriate usb hook up. The camera is also amazing, After uploading the photos you can hardly tell that they were taken with a cell phone.My only gripe (and reason for giving a 4 not a 5) is the craftsman ship. Internally the phone is sturdy. It has a great speaker awesome sound quality and user friendly software. It's jut the outside that can't stand wear and tear (especially if you tend to drop things). I've dropped it twice and on the second time it fell face down and the front slide bar cracked (and partially fell off). That feature of the phone still works but the aesthetic is damaged. I had a feeling that it would happen. Protruding parts on the front of phones always end up damaged sooner or later, I wish the company had considered that.

Nokia 5610 Xpress Music Red Quadband Unlocked PhoneThis is my first phone with enough memory for my own personal music. I've had it now for three months and had only one minor issue and that was a software problem that could have resulted from a conflict with something I downloaded not guaranteed for this phone (Bluetooth related issue). Still under warranty, I simply tripped in to the nearest Nokia shop and it was fixed in no time with a software update for free.Expandable memory allows you to horde up to 4g of A/V files or attach the headphone/antenna and tune in your favorite FM! Not crazy about the headphones, but you can plug your preferred into the jack. Has all the basics, calendar, calculator, etc that I was looking for. Also came pre-installed with Opera and it's not too shabby a browser considering the screen size. Buttons are smaller than what I'm used to but I've mostly used clam-shells up until now.So far, I've been quite satisfied and recommend this versatile phone/entertainment package.UPDATE: 02/22/2009 Ten months later and still very satisfied with this excellent phone! Still very happy about this purchase and it still doesn't show the usual wear-n-tear attributes liked rubbed off keypad! Love it!

This phone has some good points, some bad points - the good - 3 Meg Camera with Flash, easy to operate, music player MP3 and FM radio band, toggle for three way flipping (easy), good battery life, and excellent visual display area, number readout. the bad - not enough ringtone/screen display/theme selections, too small earphone jack (needs stupid adaptor), and poorly designed charger port (easy to break). Nokia, please learn from these feedbacks, and keep the faith.

Даже отсек для SIM-карты невозможен: вместо того, чтобы закрывать крышку, вы вставляете ее в отсек, который очень широкий и глубокий. Если она приземлится слишком далеко влево, вы вряд ли сможете ее вытащить, потому что ползунок не захватывается. Если, например, не ткнуть зубочисткой, что не пойдет на пользу ни карте, ни устройству.
Батарея разряжается около двух дней, затем разряжается без каких-либо дополнительных действий ( без Интернета и т.п.) и разряжается в течение короткого времени. Особенно ночью, когда я работаю один, мне это может и не понадобиться.
Кабель для зарядки тоже как-то не подходит, мне всегда приходится что-то крутить и дергать, пока он не зарядится.В течение двух дней он показывал загрузку, но затем отключился, я больше не могу его подключать.
Качество голоса тоже не очень хорошее, из трех абонентов я одного вообще не понял, один только с реверберацией и один нормальный.
Качество записи очень хорошее, и я тоже не могу его включить.
Музыка звучит хорошо.
5 звезд для продавца, который предложил выкуп сразу после первой жалобы, на что я теперь с тяжелым сердцем отвечаю, потому что я так этого ждал.
Жаль, но тогда я бы предпочел купить простой мобильный телефон и хороший плеер.
