I got this to replace the fan inside my Razer Core X. I was expecting it to be dead silent at full 1500 RPM given how praised the fans are for silence but it was a bit unrealistic tbh. Although, it did move a great deal of air at that speed. Had to add in low noise adapters to get it running at a lower RPM which made it dead silent but doesn't move nearly as much air.

Si quieres algo de calidad para ventilar, no mires otra cosa. Cojinetes (silentblock) estupendos y eficaces, nivel de ruido superbajo para el volumen de aire que mueve. Conectividad variada. Nada de lucecitas absurdas, eficacia y calidad.

It feels nosier than expected - no measurement taken, just was expecting it to be as silent as a notebook fan which it is definitely not

Habe bereits 2 Stück an meinem CPU Kühler. Gleich nochmal gekauft fürs Gehäuse. Noctua steht für außergewöhnliche Qualität.

Very handy for DIY projects because it's 5 volts and comes with a USB-A adapter.
Who doesn't have a spare USB charger in their drawer somewhere??!
Saves buying a separate power source.

J'ai décidé de choisir ce ventilateur par rapport aux commentaires, et je ne suis pas déçu.
livraison ultra rapide et le packaging pour un ventilateur et tout simplement top.
Je l'utilise pour refroidir un boitier onu ( convertisseur fibre ) qui surchauffe et qui me coupe la connexion
il ne fait pratiquement pas de bruit, il est livré avec une jonction usb
maintenant avoir dans temps...

j en ai mis 2 sur un boitier pour une télé Samsung qled qui chauffait beaucoup , je voulais un système ultra silencieux , c est le cas , ils sont inaudibles , le flux est assez fort pour mon usage , produit qualitatif a recommander

C'est du Noctua, donc excellente qualité évidemment.
Est vendu avec une petite rallonge de 20cm ainsi qu'un adaptateur pour port USB. Dommage que ça ne soit pas précisé, ça m'aurait évité d'acheter un adaptateur en plus...

I don’t think there is a better fan out there offered that can beat this unit. For the size, amount of airflow and quietness, this fan is the one to beat. I also must comment on the build quality too. The housing is solid and offers silicone isolation points that help isolate vibrations which could contribute to sound. In other words the designers thought about all avenues that contribute to noise. Even the blades designed to produce less white noise. Very happy with this fan.

My desk top sound level is around 35 db without the fan running but goes to 53 db with a 180+- cps humming sound with the Noctua NF-F12 5V fan running whether connected to my laptop USB port or a 5V USB charger. The sound from the Noctua is about the same level as an AC Infinity Axial LS1238 Quiet Muffin Fan, 120V 8W AC but the Axial sound is broad spectrum and not as noticeable. Mounted in a computer enclosure the sound from the Noctua may not be as noticeable.

I have integrated this into a Lego enclosure for a Raspberry Pi 4. The fan runs from one of the Pi's USB 2.0 ports and goes through a simple fan speed controller. It's working great! Since this is 5V I don't have to bother with a conversion to 12V as with most other PC fans.

Efficace mais bruyant
Efficace mais clairement trop bruyant ce Noctua, il aurait fallu pouvoir règler la vitesse. D'autres Noctua sont réellement moins bruyant.

I was skeptical at first due to past experiences. In fact, it can be that quiet when not running at full speed. After installing it, don't forget to fine-tune the speed in the BIOS. It runs half the speed and really quiet for me when the temp is about up to 70 degrees Celcius - my system never gets more than that anyway, unless I turn on the overclocked profile. Then it runs at a very high speed.
I would recommend it to anyone building a new system. The color is a matter of preference, I think they also have it in black/gray.

Noctuas quality can only be rivalled by their prices, if you need a USB powered cooling fan however, this is probably about as good as it gets, a 6 year warranty is all the evidence you need for Noctuas well placed confidence in their products.
I will be grabbing another few of these to cool various devices like routers or providing air to oxygen starved consoles over time, all in all though, a solid Noctua product as always.

Changed my tv stand, black glass and open to low level wooden console. This has sides and a back, but open front, but caused my PS4 to overheat. Used a hole cutter drill and fitted the fan to draw out the heat at the back. Plugged into the PS4 using the USB adapter included and it works a treat! PS4 runs a lot cooler only getting a warm now and fan noise is whisper quiet.

Damn good for only 5v, very nice steady flow of air all be it maybe a little louder than a PMW fan.
