Very good product
All you need to know is how to operate the software called BarTender. The printer has got nothing much to do its all about the alignment you do it in the processing software. But within the budget its an awesome product. Try to keep this printer in a clean and hygienic place, this will increase the life of the machine.

Print quality very poor.. Dots comes in between black region.. N fonts becomes too lighy

better to chose some other printer. this has lot of issues
this is a big headache of a printer. a brand new printer keeps showing error after error. after taking to a local service center now has to go through warranty which is another big headache.
