Excellent torch was pricey when it came out but got mine for about 12 quid and works on the batteries of my other Milwaukee tools. magnet could do with being a bit stronger (ok on something flat but tends to slide down if trying to stick it to something round/or narrow etc but wouldn't let that put you off. Its not one of these torches if you are a torch buff who wants it to shine a quarter of a mile it does what its designed for the work space. good battery life an bright enough for me Hope this helps
Update forgot to mention after reading Disco's review as the on off switch and the magnet are on opposite sides of the torch and are both coated black so sometimes in the dark you tend to try an turn the torch on an your trying to press on the magnet but this is easily rectified when you realize the light hasn't come on :)

Disappointed
It came very late, late by about a week. The light is weak, with a bright spot in the middle. The beam then fades to the edge. It's a kind of cross between a beamed spot torch and a flood light but, it does neither satisfactorily. The magnet is weak and although it will hold the torch on bare metal, I lack confidence in its holding power otherwise. I'll keep it as a back-up, but am disappointed overall.

Top quality. Couldn't be without it .
These are class. I've used it so much... looking at buying another. In my spare time I restore cars and these are extremly handy for difficult locations... i even managed to replace the suspension on a Volvo xc90 in the middle of the night in a huge storm using this. .. Used it as a floodlight simply stood on its base. It really did save the day. Top notch.

As one would expect a very good product from Milwaukee
As one would expect a very good product from Milwaukee, I thought was a bit expensive for what it is. On test I found that the magnet hold was not that good for such a product from this company, the torch slips down the metalwork. The magnet needs to be strengthened to overcome this problem. But other than that a nice torch and fits in to the tool bag just about right.

Arrived today with two genuine Milwaukee batteries…. Omg worst £80 I’ve spent in a long time!!

Overall happy experience hmmm 🤔 very disappointed with this item.

Great light
Super bright, super even flood light. Goes far too. Before I got it I watched a few you tube videos, most were the older, much more inferior design, which looks very similar but the head is smaller.

Poor,cheap .
The unit arrived on time, very poorly packages considering it is from a major company like Milwaukee. The sort of thing you would expect from a car boot. The unit is reasonable but apart from the convenience of being able to to use the same batteries as other Milwaukee products I really can't see what the money is spent on. A poorly indented head. The lens is the cheapest.plastic money can buy. Not much more than a recycled coke bottle. Very plastic body. Don't waste your money. Even
The Amazon app is rubbish because as I type this review I can't even see what I'm typing as the keyboard covers the screen. Very disappointed.

Milwaukee torch
Milwaukee are awesome and I have a fair few m12 and m18 tools. Every thing is great about this torch except the magnet, mine fell off and nothing seems to stick it back on strong enough. Other have said the magnet isn't strong enough but if used with a 2.0 battery its perfect. I have tried silicone, stix all and CT-1 so far.
