Analogs always need a huge deadzone due to them being sticky and never truly centred (Been through more then 5 xbox ONE controllers alone like this) Now I've got one where the Y and A buttons dont activate when pressed, unless I press really hard, etc. Not worth the continuesly increasing overcharged price. Get a wired 360 /knock off and ssave the $50 for namebrand junk

Avoid buying this controller. Brand new and the analog stick already drifts- Microsoft needs to fix this. Terrible quality.

Device was faulty, couldn't register for warranty in MS web and sent out to their customer support center.
Not returned and lost the entire purchase.
Don't by online, better to but from BestBuy or Walmart where you can return in case of problem.

Ordered 2 of these controllers. One package had already been opened and resealed, sent that one back immediately and after only 8 hrs of play the second controller is experiencing stick drift. Looks like that one is going back too.
Long story short, these are complete garbage. Save your money!

El control venia al parecer sin uso, pero mi queja es con quien lo reparte. El control no traía el par de pilas que siempre incluye, la caja venía con rastros de haber sido abierta y al parecer el que abrió el producto usaba anillo, porque dejó raspaduras en la parte trasera del control. No creo que amerite una devolución porque el producto parece estar nuevo, sin uso y por lo que vi una reposición puede tardar hasta 30 días hábiles, pero me parece muy poco ético de los trabajadores y me parece algo a tomar en cuenta. Es la primera vez que me molesta una compra por ésta plataforma.

Everything is fine with this controller after 3 months of usage except for the audio jack that seems to have a bad connection. Its worked for a while, then I started shutting off when the wire moved and now it's just radio silence. Of course, this happens just a couple weeks after warantee is over. I cam't wait for the PS5 release so I can switch from this cash grabbing company.

Amé mi control. En apariencia parece que es blanco con gris pero realmente es un blanco transparente, tiene antiderrapante para tener mejor agarre. Estoy enamorada.

Excelente control, se siente una enorme diferencia con el, los grillos son corrugados para mejorar el agarre, así como los sticks.
Un detalle es que para jugadores nuevos como mi novia no le viene bien debido a que no tiene distinción de colores como la mayoría de los controles por lo cual a ella se le dificulta más jugar con este, solo debido a su falta de costumbre.

Lo compré porque el diseño se veía llamativo, sin embargo cuando lo tuve en mis manos superó mis expectativas, tanto el material, detalles y sobre todo el diseño hacen que el control valga totalmente la pena, super recomendado!

The power button is a little loose. That's the only issue we had. It still works. Controller works as it should. Would like to see a selection of camo colors.

Works well, I had to buy a seperate rechargeable Xbox one controller battery and charger because otherwise the controller eats AA batteries

Everything has a nice feel. Sticks are resposive. Solid build. Has fallen from bed height to a wood floor with no issues or marks. Bought 2 and they both feel the same so no problems with consistency.

DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED... it said like new and it was VERY Used. It came with grime in the analog sticks and effected game play. The place where u put a wire in was full of nasty stuff. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED. Definitely NOT worth the price it was and would not recommend this item... very upset 😡

I bought this controller and within 2 months the right bumper stopped working, I am careful with my controllers and never dropped it. the eright bumper just stopped registering every press so I usually have to press it a couple of times to get it to work.

Unos de los mejores controles que tengo! Diseño transparente con camuflaje en distintos tonos grises no hace ver super! Y a la hora de jugar con sus joysticks, gatillos y mangos de agarre con textura son perfectos, Gracias Microsoft excelente producto.

pues que decir un control de xbox one original nuevo un producto que no decepciona me decidí a comprar uno ya que había comprado de esos genéricos chafas pdp que no duran nada asi que te doy el consejo y invierte en uno original y deja de batallar .
