Отличная графика и это большое улучшение по сравнению с последним обновлением
Прежде всего, я знаю, что это шаг вниз по сравнению с новейшими изданиями, так как есть также Xbox Series X edition, но это отличная бюджетная консоль. Я думаю, что разрешение потрясающее, потому что никогда не думал, что увижу такое четкое видео с такой консоли, не говоря уже о том, что пик его был поколение назад. Иметь более 60 кадров в секунду-это то, чего я ожидал только в компьютерных играх, но на самом деле это сногсшибательно. Стоит также упомянуть твердотельный накопитель объемом 500 Гб, который все еще можно было бы увеличить с помощью внешнего жесткого диска, поэтому я не слишком задумывался о том, сколько памяти прилагается к нему, но скорость тоже очень высокая. Однако, как основной пользователь ПК, я все еще имел более высокие ожидания. Я просто не могу представить, чтобы консоли были на одном уровне и превосходили ПК. Чего бы я хотел, чтобы у Xbox Series S не было, так это отсутствия эксклюзивов. я провел небольшое сравнение, и вам будет трудно построить игровой ПК с идентичными характеристиками по этой цене. Очевидно, что ПК с такой операционной системой, как Windows 10, имеет гораздо больше возможностей и функциональности по сравнению с консолями, но даже самые бюджетные сборки ПК было бы трудно выполнить по этой цене. Это самая маленькая консоль в современную эпоху и чрезвычайно хорошо построенная. Мне также нужно отодвинуть голову примерно на 4 дюйма от вытяжного вентилятора, прежде чем я смогу его услышать, а у меня отличный слух.
Вывод: Если вам абсолютно не нужны игры 4k и/или использование физических дисков, которые предоставляет серия X, я думаю, что это не проблема.

Лучший вариант для меня по сравнению с серией X.
Я до сих пор люблю Xbox. Многие люди жалуются, что это недостаточно “следующего поколения”, но дайте им немного времени. Я чувствую, что у разработчиков игр есть много возможностей для консолей следующего поколения с течением времени. Я не хардкорный геймер, и у меня нет монитора 4k (потому что они стоят дороже, чем это устройство), так что серия S была идеальным вариантом для меня.

Переход на цифровые технологии-это здорово. Больше никаких дисков, чтобы беспокоиться о царапинах. Эта новая система-следующий уровень.

Серия S того стоит
Серия s стоит того, чтобы использовать ее для консоли следующего поколения. На следующий день его быстро отправили. Первоначально я пытался получить серию X, но, конечно, их еще труднее получить. Был удивлен размерами консоли. Он настолько мал, что не займет много места в вашем развлекательном центре.

Жаль, что я не пошел с купленными как xbox X series, так и S series. Xbox x превосходит серию S во всех отношениях. Я бы рекомендовал раздать дополнительные 100-200 долларов, чтобы вместо этого вложить X.

Не могу быть счастливее, когда получаю эту консоль в свои руки. Рождество определенно наступило рано в этом году, так как все это распродается мгновенно. Рекомендуется для тех, кто не хочет тратить целое состояние на серию X. бюджетная версия-вот эта.

Я купил Xbox series s у этого продавца и устанавливал свои игры, а потом он отключился ниоткуда. И мой xbox не включался. Свет не загорался, и это не сработало.

Update: If you are new to console gaming or don't care about 4K etc just go for it. Remember you need to pay 3-4k for a base edition of AAA title. So if you're going to play in a monitor like me and want to try out new games this will be perfect for you. You can play 1080p-2k(mostly 30fps) on a 34k device and for some games you'll also get ray-tracing.
Details:
Usable storage 364GB. For reference ASC Valhalla standard edition takes 47GB on XSS(smart delivery).
Graphics look awesome on a 24" 1080p IPS monitor.
UI & Opening games are blazing fast thanks to its SSD.
Microsoft Game Pass is best deal if you want to play something all the time. It'll probably have few AAA games always available in the list. Currently they have Gears 5, Minecraft, FIFA 2020 etc.
Controller is perfect without any "gimicky" feature. It has nice haptic feedback too. I personally like offset L and R button.
If you're interested in hard-core shooter games then I think any console's controller is not for you.
Final verdict: If you want to enjoy few good games on your free times mainly in weekends without compromising features(except 4k) this will perfectly suit you.

Though overpriced, perfect for a middle class man
Yes the console is overpriced by 5k, and yes with 5k more you can get PS5 De. Firstly getting a pc with does Raytracing ( RT ) is almost impossible in India, let alone matching the specs & ssd of the console. Coming to PS argument, this console is meant for those who are casual gamers, who have 1080p tv/ monitor, who ain't willing to spend ₹5k for 1 game ( this price may increase as now PS games will cost $70 instead of previous 60 ). Paired with Game Pass ultimate subscription you can play a plethora of games on this powerful little console. Fun fact Game Pass Ultimate cost me 6k for 30 months and it includes Games like Fifa ( included in EA play which is now a part of Game pass ultimate). Note I got the subscription this cheap using the ₹60 promotion ( Buy xbox live gift card from Microsoft Store then use the ₹60 promotion to upgrade all those months of live to Game pass ultimate) Also all first party and xbox publishing games (Ex halo infinite,the medium, starfield etc )will be on Game pass on day one. And all first party games like doom, Gears of war, Halo, fallout, Batman Arkham knight and more games are already on Game pass. The ones who are defaming this powerful little console are either hardcore gamers who spend ₹20k + on games a year or people who are judging this console based on exclusive games. This game is perfect for a middle class man!

Pretty damn good!
At this point to review these products seems redundant as there are millions of such consoles out there.
Anyways, this one has a smooth user interface. Because of SSD loading seems pretty fast (but tbh as I have never owned a gaming console before so it is not possible for me to compare it with a previous generation console). It does support 4K for watching videos and for games 2K is upscaled to 4K. The console also offers Dolby Atmos output for all games and viedeos, but again, that is upscaled from stereo or other multi-channel audio streams. So all in all i am pretty satisfied upto this point.
Will add more to the review in a month.

Definitely worth it.
This is my first console and I'm in love with this mini beast. Game pass is an ultimate treat to any gamer around the world. Buy a game pass and play more than 300 games for free.
Why i preferred series s than x?
1. First and foremost reason is i don't own a 4k tv.
2. I used to get games during sales, not a disc person.
3. I could save around 15k. I bought this for 31.5k during festive sale.
Why I preferred xbox over ps?
1. Gamepass is the primary reason. That would literally save tons of bucks.
2. Backaward compatibility. (Old is Gold)
Considering the price difference between ps5 digital edition(40k) and series s(35k), I would have gone with ps5 digital edition as I would get more power if I spend a few more bucks(5k). But, I decided to go with series s just becauseof gamepass. Honestly, I would have preferred ps5 digital edition than xbox series s if ps plus offers more games like in xbox.
Do I regret buying it?
Absolutely not. I have been using it for a day. Played ori and the blind forest for an hour or so, I felt no lags and the picture quality was great.
However, there are some cons.
1. It offers just 364 GB of usable storage. U can't play more than 4 or 5 next generation games without transferring from hdd back and forth. It's not a big deal to me.
2. Bit over-priced. 30k seems reasonable(according to my opinion).
Verdict -if u r a hard-core gamer who owns a 4k tv, go for series x. If u want to play more exclusives, wait for ps5. Overall, a good console to enter the next generation at a low level price point.
Will share the detailed review after enjoying few hours in it.

Only for very casual/new gamers
I am a veteran gamer and have owned all PS consoles, and a XBOX, bought this as a second console, and have tested it, the games which are optimized for the series S, has great graphics and performance and looks good on 4K tv even, while other games are mostly 1080 - 1440p and will be upscaled when used on a 4K tv, so lower resolution is recommended for this series S. I expect an update for most games to be rolled out soon.
The performance is pretty good on this small console with fast loading times and frames per second, it looks silky smooth when playing on 60/120 fps.
And this is mainly for casual gamers and new gamers who are doubtful or dont have much time, they can try out the game pass which is a monthly fee and can access 100+ games.
However for the hardcore gamers, the Series X and PS5 is the choice.

Удивительная Консоль
Просто Удивительно. Я был одним из немногих, кто действительно получил это от Amazon, когда он был в запасах за 300 долларов. Он идеально подходит под наш телевизор, он действительно никогда не перегревается. Он также отлично работает с частотой 4k 60 Гц.. Мы определенно наслаждались этим. Так что поверьте мне, вы не будете разочарованы!

Phenomenal Buy !
A Sufficiently capable machine which can pull off next gen games at very good quality/performance. A great balance between price, portability,performannce and fidelity (you can see its size relative to ps4 pro, it's miniscule. Even at 35k INR (which is quite a lot as compared to other parts of the world) it's almost impossible to build a rig even at twice the price which would be on par with series s in performance. And if that is not enough, let me tell you about the value that game pass brings... To conclude, This console is everything that a casual gamer needs !

Ein toller und günstiger Einstieg in die Next Generation.
Ideal für alle die noch kein 4 K TV Monster mit HDR und 120 Hertz im Wohnzimmer oder
Spielezimmer haben.
Auch als Zweitkonsole und in Verbindung mit dem Gamepass macht die Konsole eine gute Figur.
Wer eine große Spielesammlung mit älteren XBOX Games hat kann diese Spiele von einer externen Festplatte einfach per USB anschließen und nutzen.
Es gibt ja kein Ultra Blue Ray Laufwerk aber Filme oder Youtube Videos in 4 K laufen auch hier in 4 K.
Viel Spaß mit eurer Konsole und laßt mir ein „Gefällt mir“ da.

Ich habe die X Box Series S jetzt seit Gestern - und von daher kann man natürlich noch nichts Endgültiges sagen - und ich werde mich später melden, sobald es mehr zu berichten gibt.
Aber soweit schon einmal:
Die Serie S ist einfach genial klein und unauffällig. Ich finde das wirklich super! Sie ist kleiner als meine alte XBox One S, und das gibt jede Menge Möglichkeiten sie ins Regal oder am Schreibtisch zu platzieren. Das ist einfach perfekt. Man kann sie stellen oder legen - kleine Gumminupsel sorgen für Rutschfreiheit.
Die Lautstärke? Superleise. Nochmal leiser als die alte XBox, auch nach 3 Stunden Dauerbetrieb. Es weht dann ein recht warmer Wind langsam aus dem Gehäuse - aber sonst alles gut. Und wie gesagt: Wirklich leise, das ist echt top.
Der Controller ist gut und ich habe es getestet: Ja, auch meine alten Controller der One lassen sich verbinden. Wäre jetzt auch komisch - die sind ja quasi fast gleich. Nix innovatives (so a la PS5) - aber solide.
Games: Was natürlich wirklich total cool ist, ist der Umstand, dass seit dem 10.11 auch die EA Games alle for free sind, soweit man den Game Pass (Ultimate?) hat. Ich war total umgehauen, ehrlich. Das sind nochmal zig Spiele - und ich habe mir sofort die alten Mass Effect Teile runtergeladen (für XBox 360) - und läuft. Klar, Grafik, herrjeh - aber das Spiel.
Generell ist der Game Pass einfach eine brilliante Sache. Klar, die Geister mögen sich daran scheiden, aber für mich sind es die (je nach Rabattaktion) 5-10 € im Monat auf jeden Fall Wert. Ok, das hat nichts mit der Series S zu tun - aber es soll erwähnt werden.
Wie gesagt: Man kann auch auf der Series S die XBox Titel spielen, kein Problem (soweit).
Die Spiele für die One laufen natürlich auch, klar.
Der Speicher ist mit verfügbaren ca. 380 GB mal nicht gigantisch! Ich bin mal gespannt, ob es mich gefühlt einschränken wird. Aber ich habe meistens so 3-5 Spiele die ich häufiger zocke und die draufbleiben - und dann oft viel Krams, den ich ausprobiere - und dann meist nach 2-3 Tagen lösche. Man soll die alten Spiele auch auf HD auslagern können - das will ich mal versuchen und ergänze das dann noch hier.
Performance: Verglichen mit der XBox One fällt auf: SSD macht einen massiven Unterschied beim Laden und vor allem beim Fortsetzen eines Spiels. Holla! Kennt man natürlich vom PC, aber es ist einfach nett, wenn man nicht mehr eine Minute vorm Ladebildschirm sitzt (z.B. bei Ori).
Der Preis ist mit (knapp) 300 € zum Start einfach extrem gut.
Für wen ist die Konsole etwas? Meiner Meinung für denjenigen, der einen superguten Einstieg in die Game-Pass XBox Welt sucht, mit 1080 p Auflösung leben kann (ja, herrjeh, klar kann man auch am 4k Fernseher spielen, nur eben nicht in nativer Auflösung) oder das sogar gut findet, weil man keinen 4k Monitor oder schon schwächere Augen hat. Wer aber sonst mit SSD, kleinem Formfaktor und superleisem Lüfter keinen Kompromiss eingehen will. Absolut top!
Was muss man wissen: Es gibt kein Laufwerk - ohne schnelles Netz kein Spaß! Aber wichtig auch zu wissen: Selbst mit Laufwerk musst Du das OS der XBox und Updates der Spiele übers Netz holen können! Ohne Internet kannst Du jede Konsole mittlerweile vergessen. Das Laufwerk sollte man als Faktor dann in Betracht ziehen, wenn man einen Player für Filme an der Glotze benötigt. Aber es sind aber eben noch mal ein paar mehr GB die man saugen muss.
Und 380 GB Plattenplatz sind jetzt nicht die Welt! Für den Heavy-Gamer an der Konsole würde ich also immer zur Series X greifen.
Für denjenigen, der mit 1080p leben kann und will und dem Platzbedarf und Lautstärke wichtig sind ist - für den ist die Series S perfekt. Und bei dem Preis kann auch eigentlich nichts falsch machen.

Performance: Verglichen mit der XBox One fällt auf: SSD macht einen massiven Unterschied beim Laden und vor allem beim Fortsetzen eines Spiels. Holla! Kennt man natürlich vom PC, aber es ist einfach nett, wenn man nicht mehr eine Minute vorm Ladebildschirm sitzt (z.B. bei Ori).
Der Preis ist mit (knapp) 300 € zum Start einfach extrem gut.
Für wen ist die Konsole etwas? Meiner Meinung für denjenigen, der einen superguten Einstieg in die Game-Pass XBox Welt sucht, mit 1080 p Auflösung leben kann (ja, herrjeh, klar kann man auch am 4k Fernseher spielen, nur eben nicht in nativer Auflösung) oder das sogar gut findet, weil man keinen 4k Monitor oder schon schwächere Augen hat. Wer aber sonst mit SSD, kleinem Formfaktor und superleisem Lüfter keinen Kompromiss eingehen will. Absolut top!
Was muss man wissen: Es gibt kein Laufwerk - ohne schnelles Netz kein Spaß! Aber wichtig auch zu wissen: Selbst mit Laufwerk musst Du das OS der XBox und Updates der Spiele übers Netz holen können! Ohne Internet kannst Du jede Konsole mittlerweile vergessen. Das Laufwerk sollte man als Faktor dann in Betracht ziehen, wenn man einen Player für Filme an der Glotze benötigt. Aber es sind aber eben noch mal ein paar mehr GB die man saugen muss.
Und 380 GB Plattenplatz sind jetzt nicht die Welt! Für den Heavy-Gamer an der Konsole würde ich also immer zur Series X greifen.
Für denjenigen, der mit 1080p leben kann und will und dem Platzbedarf und Lautstärke wichtig sind ist - für den ist die Series S perfekt. Und bei dem Preis kann auch eigentlich nichts falsch machen.
