Perfect!
I had the Kyocera Rise before this beauty. The KR was a piece of absolute trash. The phone is great. It supports Jelly Bean, rumor has it LG will push out Kit Kat to some of their products (including this one). The phone itself is really light, but super fast. It can handle some quick app switching without giving a lag. The camera quality is amazing for a 5 MP, and the .3 MP is nothing to be ashamed about. I love the different customization you can have on this phone that come with the phone already. And my favorite feature has to be the LED light notification around the home button (mind you, it can get pretty bright in the dark, but it probably wont be a bother if it's not right in your face.)

Basic Smartphone
I just graduated from a dumbphone. This is my first smartphone and I didn't know how unconnected I was. I ordered two of these. One had a blown speaker on the speakerphone so I returned it. Amazon replaced it before I could even ship it out. But that's how great Amazon's customer service is. The only thing I miss is more memory. I have an SD card in it but not all of the apps will fully transfer to it. I wish the phone had more space but for the price, it's a good phone.

I bought this phone as a replacement phone for my daughter. The phone works well and was in good condition. The charger didn't match and the memory for this phone is low according to my daughter even with a memory card the phone doesn't allow certain files or games to be moved on the memory card. So anyone looking at an F3, if you use a lot of memory this phone only has a short memory and if you purchase for Virgin Mobile although the phone is a 4 G phone you will not get the benefits of a 4 G phone because Virgin does not Cary SIM cards so you will only operate on a maximum of 3 G.

The T-34 of phones. A rare and perfect balance of cost, utility, and function.
I ended up selling off my Virgin Mobile Samsung S3 because of its short battery life and high price. Prior to that I had used Galaxy Victory 4G. I did a lot of research looking for more practical 4G phone with longer battery and much lower price. I had no idea how much better LG phone was. I ended up getting two more for my parents. its 4" screen is larger than Iphone 4 and offers much more functionality and all around $150. I just don't feel the need to spend around $400 to $500 on new phones anymore. This LG phone offers me everything I need and I would rather have the money. I also picked up extra memory card and battery and plan to keep this phone for few years.

this is a great phone. I am SUPER hard on phones
I have had this phone 2 years and am hoestly realy impressed. It is basic and doesn't have tons of memory but other than that, this is a great phone. I am SUPER hard on phones; I have dropped this one in water at least 4 times, and dropped it on the ground litterally hundreds of times and it works great. Can't ask for more from a phone this cheap.

I love this phone
I love this phone. It is a powerful device for typical smartphone needs. The only thing I dislike is that when making a phone call the screen locks on and off involuntarily making it very difficult to end a phone call thus adding extra time to a phone call thus wasting minutes. I have had this problem with every other virgin mobile smart phone (and I've owned at least 5) maybe it is a typical problem. Overall great phone. Slim design. Great for the price.

best phone I've ever had
This is the second time I've purchased this phone only because I lost my first one. The os is very user friendly and the phone itself is very durable. I have actually dropped it down a flight of concrete stairs before and it still works fine, not even a scratch. The only thing I don't like Is that it doesn't have much storage space for me. But I can easily fix that if I bought an external storage chip. great buy, quality product.

Its good that I only use this for calling and texting ...
I got this as an upgrade for my old LG virgin mobile phone and it's an upgrade in every way so I'm very content. However what they say about the internal storage is true its so incredibly tiny you can't do much with this phone. After all the updating and junk all the pre-installed apps use up about 80% of its storage. Its good that I only use this for calling and texting primarily for work though so the storage size doesn't matter.

Got what I expected on time and as described
This is a decent entry/mid level android device, feels really light and not sturdy. would suggest a case as I don't think it would take drops very well. There is one improvement needed and that is to be able to move apps to sd card, which can be done if you root the phone overall got what I expected no complaints. Sound quality is 8/10, Battery life is really good 9/10, and screen display about 6/10, with signal and lte service 7/10 on vrigin mobile aka sprint network.

Upgraded from HTC EVO. Difference is night and day.
Its pretty snappy and the Lg version of the OS is decent. Comes w/ swype as a default app which may be a boon to some. Easy to root. Could be way better if the default ram was 2Gb instead of 1. I had to root and monkey with storage because it is not SD card friendly with moving apps to SD. There is some lame restriction of 1Gb of 8 only for app storage. I feel LG is lagging with Android support. Kitkat would be nice.

LG Optimus F3 received in pristine condition!
The cell phone was in pristine condition. But, without the instruction book, I was at a loss. At times the cell is too sensitive to touch and other times, you can hit with a sledge hammer and it won't budge. I have tried several times to program it for my emails, but I have given up for a while then I will try again. My connectivity may have something to do with the malfunctions. I guess, since I am mostly on WiFi, I cannot expect much. Thanks, this will do nicely until my next.

LG Optimus F3
I've just recently upgraded from a Kyocera Rise to this LG Optimus 3. I love the battery life, as well as the functionality of the device. The only thing I'm kinda iffy on is the fact that there's not too much storage on the device. I've bought a SD card for the phone to place music and such on it. To me it's an upgrade. One thing that annoys me though is the small LG keyboard. Other than those, I like it.

Great budget smartphone!
I lost my HTC One V and upgraded to this phone. I'm so pleased with it so far! Even though the limited internal memory is a downside to this phone, I can browse webpages a lot more quickly on this phone. The camera quality is fair, not great. The phone is not cluttered with too many unnecessary apps. The battery life is excellent. The bottom line is if you're looking for a smart phone that won't break the bank, this is a good find.

You have a tank in this LG phone if you get a $8.00 - $10.00 case w screen protector
For the money you cannot go wrong, I gave it away and got a Samsung 5 barely used. LG makes the most reliable phones to me my LG smartphone before this was lost. Only to see it sitting at the bottom of pond for an hour I washed it and left it in a bag of silica packets for a week. WORKED. I changed networks after this F3 but it was great for the price.

An awesome value
OK, so this isn't the latest and greatest android phone on the market, but it is so much better than expected. I bought it to replace my 2nd HTC Evo 3D that was severely damaged after a short fall in a protective case. I expected serviceable, but I got much more.
I started with another carrier and a top of the line Motorola Droid, so I never expected to be impressed by this LG, and yet I am. This is my ninth android phone and the sixth purchased for Virgin Mobile. Even if I pay $100 a year in equipment costs, the low monthly fee makes Virgin Mobile a deal for anyone who uses there phone for as much data and texting as I do.

Decent basic phone for a cheap plan
I got this phone and Virgin Mobile plan to replace my outrageously expensive plan with Verizon. I've had the phone for 4 full months, and it has been working fine. I recommend getting a case or silicone cover for it, as when it drops the back piece pops off very easily. Battery life has been good, lasting almost three days, but i also don't stream movies or music, so for basic phone/text/email use it's great. I am getting the messages already regarding disc or storage space/usage running low and to delete programs, apps, and widgets - this is really frustrating since I have 0 widgets and only have literally 5 apps downloaded. Hasn't crapped out on me yet though.

The functionality of the phone is so easy to navigate
This phone is great. I got it used for a great price. It's much bigger than my last LG phone. The screen is essentially the same size as iPhone 5 (it's only 1/4" shorter). The functionality of the phone is so easy to navigate. It's so easy to add new contacts and customize your phone to how you want it to behave. I would recommend this phone for everyone but especially people like me who think many new phones are too complicated to do the basics of sending/receiving texts, navigation, outgoing/incoming phone calls, looking something up on the internet, and adding/editing contacts. It's great for adults over 50 who struggle with new technology.

This phone had to potential to be really good. Biggest problem is lack of storage. The phone comes with a lot of apps preloaded that can't be uninstalled, and they use up a lot of storage leaving little room for your apps. I have 14 apps I've downloaded and installed and the phone is constantly displaying a warning that I am out of space. And there is no way to have my apps loaded on my SD card! It is always looking for WiFi, even when I have it turned off. And if it does find any WiFi in the area it stops all running apps and asks you to connect to the WiFi. If you close out this request window it continues to reopen the window until either you sign into the network or you are no longer in range. So if you are using a navigation program for directions and drive by a Starbucks, the phone closes the navigation program and asks you to sign into the Starbucks network. Annoying. It is also slow to connect to the network and to download anything. I was trying to access the same information as my wife and her Samsung was able to get the info a lot faster than I could with this phone. It also looses connectivity before other phones will on the same network. I will be replacing this soon with another phone.

A Great Phone For The Price
This is an overall Its snappygreat phone for the price. The screen is a bit small, but that's fine. Its quite snappy, but lags with heavy gaming. The LTE is FAST. This phone is IMPOSSIBLE TO UNLOCK, but easily rootable.
Update: I dropped my phone in a puddle and it stopped working. Well, It wasn't waterproof, It was good while it lasted.
I will get the Blu Studio C mini as a replacement

Super annoying though because in one week he was late ...
I got this as a surprise for my huband because he was constantly complaining about his previous phone. He immediately said he thought it was too small and tried it for about 3 days before he went back to the other phone. He used that until it broke. He has consistently been using this now for over a week and the alarm simply does not sound, through some simple Googling, it appears this is common. Super annoying though because in one week he was late twice. Not impressed by the purchase.

LG has great customer service - if you buy from the same Seller beware.
This is a great phone, unfortunately the Seller sent a defective one that does not operate as a phone because the "Contacts" function does not work even after I reset the phone to manufacturer default three times. Had to send the phone back to LG under warranty. LG could not have been nicer. I give 5 stars to their customer support. If you are going to buy from Snowman on Amazon - buyer beware.

So its kind of like I paid 80 dollars for this phone
The phone's headphone port broke within 2 months of receiving it so virgin mobile replaced it for a further 25 dollars. So its kind of like I paid 80 dollars for this phone. I knew there was problems with the sound before since the 'S' sound in songs sounded damaged. In addition, this phone has very little storage. Its a nice phone otherwise and maybe it won't break for you so if you don't care too much about storage (I can fit like..5 apps on it before it runs out of space) than it is a good phone for you.

needs more storage
This phone is somewhat of a dissapointment. Don`t get me wrong it`s not a bad phone, it`s just that the lack of storage space that ruined the phone. The f3 came with only 1.25 gb of storage in which 500 mb was useable. All this could have been forgiven if the storage space was actually expandable, but no, it wpuld not let me store apps on the 8gb sd card I had bought. I reccomend that you do not buy this phone if you intend to stockpile apps on it.
Over all, not a bad phone but the lack of storage rendered the phone barely useable.

Best budget smartphone around
And the best part is that the size/weight makes it perfectly pocketable. If you're looking for giant screen real estate, monster processing power and tons of onboard memory..look elsewhere.
If you want a phone that has a responsive touchscreen, decent processor, clear call quality, low cost AND comes in a package that easily fits in your front pocket..this is your phone. If there is a better phone for the price out there I'm not aware of it.
