Great quality, for the price especially
Bought this phone for my daughter BC she broke her other. Wasn't sure if it was going to work or not- I never buy phones from anywhere or anyone; I have only ever bought through our wireless carrier. I was amazed it activated with no issue. No issues with the phone so far. It works perfectly fine! We have Verizon.

Exactly as described-perfect
I bought 2 of these this past Christmas from 2 different sellers and this phone was just amazing as the other one I bought. Worked perfect with Verizon which was something I was worried about from other reviews. But this was exactly as described in mint condition with no scratches and battery is perfect like new. My sister and brother in law love their new phones.

Great phone love it!!!
I love this phone.it works great tall easy to use. But it doesn't have the GIFS on the keyboard that's the only thing I don't like. But it's a great phone banner the cameras are everything. And it looks like an expensive phone for a fraction of the price.

Good phone for the price
The screen is crisp and clear. Very quick and responsive. I don't like the size of the screen. I wish that I would have bought a phone that wasn't made entirely of glass because I dropped it and the back of the phone cracked. I also wish that there was a way to open the phone up in order to do some DIY repairs.

This was a renewed cell phone purchase. I could not detect any marks on the outside of the cell phone, or scratches on the camera glass. The phone arrived without any documentation. Fortunately, it did have the correct LG charger. I do not know what to say about the camera. I am still testing the phone. For those of us who use emojis the LG does not have some ASL emojis.

Great Buy! Would order again from Cellcow
I ordered this as a surprise for my husband. CellCow sent a beautiful phone that looks brand new. It was extremely easy to set up. Battery charged to100% which is great. The thin, sleek design fits nicely in the hand. My husband really likes his new phone.
Hope it works as well in the long run as good as it looks. CellCow knocked it out of the park again. Homerun!

Flawless
Although the device didn't come with any of the OEM accessories, the device itself was absolutely flawless.
Zero defects
Zero scratches on the screen (even micro-scratches) and
Zero scratches on the aluminum sides and back glass
It looks like it literally left the factory today (even though this device is over two years old).
Definitely pleased with my purchase and the seller.

I Don't Regret It.
Good condition, good value. Phone looks practically new. Battery seems to be decent so far. Just added my Verizon SIM and it connected with little fuss. I do recommend cleaning the bloatware as soon as you get it though. Those dozen or so apps/games always run in the background and kill a battery as a collective.

Renewed? Or repackaged?
The first thing I noticed was the headphone jack was full of sand and lint, so I picked it out the best I could with a toothpick. Then when I took the protective cover off of it, the power button stuck to the film and pulled right out of the side of the phone. Uhhhmm, this had to be noticed by whatever 'technician' 'renewed' the phone, because the protective film was angled in a way to make sure it wrapped over the button. Lol. It's pretty funny how bad of shape this phone is in.
Update: After a couple of hours, the back od the phone peeled off. Lmao.

Perfectly adequate
Bought this for my wife to replace her old phone. So far so good. Nice screen and sound. Camera is adequate takes decent pics. It did come loaded with games and software she had no use for but they are easily deleted. It isn't 5G capable so don't ask. It is a perfect phone for someone who doesn't need alot of bells and whistles.

Mixed feelings
This phone is very reasonably priced for it's capabilities. I received a Verizon branded phone that was unlocked. It came with a generic USB C charging cable and no sim removal tool. I successfully activated it on Total Wireless without trouble. The screen had a small (1.5 cm) scratch that I now can't see after putting my own tempered glass screen protector on. The phone case had signs of light use, no major damage noted. The phone came with Android 8.0 without security updates, this surprised me with a "reconditioned" phone. The "over the air" update within settings claimed there was no updates available. I had to attach the phone to my computer using the USB cable and update the phone to Android 9 with security updates dated June of 2019. Now both the computer and "over the air" update show no further updates available. I'm unsure if the update on the phone will now work or if I'll have to continue to use the computer method. Also, disappointed that newest update is over 6 months old. Battery life is adequate, but not robust. I'm getting 10 hours of light use before battery gets down to 20%, this seems short for a "reconditioned" phone, I assume the battery use original. Over all this is a decent buy, but I would weigh the possible hassles of a reconditioned phone at this price point.
Update: This phone continues to not update, even after a hard reset and restore. My son has the same phone on Total Wireless and his updates correctly and has security updates dated December, 2019. This phone is going back.

Great Phone!
I recently purchased this phone and I have to say that this is an awesome phone. The only thing that I didn't like is that this LG model does not have is an IR emitter, which means that I can't control my TVs or audio equipment.

Great Phone
I bough this phone refurbished last December (2018) after loosing my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in the woods while hunting. I'm so much happier with this phone. I had owned 4 LG phones prior to changing to the Samsung, without issue. But, the sales person at my local Verizon store really pushed the Samsung. Big regret. The Samsung lagged bad and locked up a lot. And the touch screen was terrible. I went back to this LG, and have been very happy with it. It's fast, responsive, and takes quality pictures. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good all purpose phone.

Well received this phone yesterday and tryed getting it turned on and it wouldn't so we called verizon and they said the phone with as reported stolen so now I have to send it back and wait who knows how long to get my money back

Exhausting trying to get a working phone
This is the third phone I’ve ordered “unlocked” and or Verizon specific, and either shows up locked to T-Mobile or won’t read a SIM card at all. For something refurbished and tested, I have to ask who’s testing and what are you truly doing to these phones to warrant the hassle ?

The LG G7 thinQ is a very good phone but, get the warranty and prepare for batt. charging problems.
The phone is great and is exactly what I need when it is working. however it's only as good as it's battery. I bought this phone march16 and it lasted June 26, exactly 10 days after warranty. the problem: the battery will not properly charge. I have taken it to the local Verizon store and bought a new cord, I ordered the charging brick and cord that was designed for this phone. it seemed the problem was solved, but not so. this is not a good buy for the consumer therefore unless I get cooperation from the seller "tech-exchange" this is a bad buy and a questionable company.

Hands down, best phone purchase. Showed up fast and everything works perfectly. Screen looks brand new and so does the glass back. Screw spending $700 on a new phone. I'll only buy from this company here on out.

Got a lot for my money
Fully optioned, refurbished phone. Looked for one a couple years old because I wanted the bells and whistles without breaking the bank. This fit the bill just fine. Very pleased. 90 day return policy too!
