The book was sooo soooooooo gooddd..layla was soooo down to earth and loving and the way she handles problms are justt amazinggg and falcon is swoon worthy with his sass and confidence...a great read overall

This series is going to take over all your emotions. This book is filled with friendship, loyalty, love, compassion & family values. Trinity Academy is where the elites children attend school and the 3 boys who run the academy are Falcon, Mason, & Lake. These boys are best friends and are each others family. They would walk through fire for each other but they each have their own inner struggles to work through. However, as long as they are together they can overcome anything life or their family has to throw their way.
Falcon lives a very black/white existence and he knows what he wants for his future and he is determined to make it happen. Falcon was not prepared for the whirlwind that is Layla. She is the daughter to his dad’s PA and she is now attending Trinity. He didn’t expect that much from her being there but the way he is drawn to her he can’t stop himself from wanting to have her near him. He decides to make her his personal assistant for his last year of school. Layla is not impressed but doesn’t want to ruffle any feathers so she agrees. When she begins working with Falcon and getting to know the other guys she can’t see herself anywhere else. They have grown on her and she is quite smitten by Falcon but he’s Falcon Reyes and she is just her. Watching their love story unfold and grow is beyond beautiful. She brings a whole new element of love, compassion, friendship, & loyalty to their group/family and she is loving every minute of it. Their world is becoming better because she is in it! This book does end with quite a cliffhanger but it will continue in Book 2: Mason. Happy Reading!!

This is an author I have come to enjoy reading, her books are quite entertaining, with humor, romance and drama!

This was Falcon and Layla' s. story. The love between those two was heartwarming!

i usually avoid books of this genre, but felt I needed to read this series to move onto some of Michelles' later books. Surprisingly to me, I really enjoyed this book. It was a good introduction to the 3 male leads of the series, Falcon, Mason and Lake. It also introduces us to Layla, Falcons' love interst and how the two began and developed their crelationship. Other intriguing secondary characters also emerge that I suspect may have a psrt to play in later novels.
I really enjoyed the way Michelle wrote and slowly built up insight into the charecters of the 3 young men and Layla. I also read with interest the idea that first years could be compelled to become "assistants" to those in their final year. Apparently similar events happen in the UK in some private schools such as Eton, but I have never heard of this in UK universities. But I could be wrong.
Falcon, Mason and Lake (they should be a folk singing group with those names) initially appear to be spoilt, self absorbed bullies but then their individual personalities begin to emerge. I like the way different facets were slowly revealed, especially Lakes' ability to inflict physical damage on another later in the book. These 3 certainly did protect and support the females that they welcomed into their group.
Layla iinitially appears reserved and apprehensive, worried that her lack of social standing and wealth could lead to contempt from others. But she gradually develops into a strong, assertive person that most sensible females would welcome as a friend. Falcon certainly brings out her inner tiger after she initially becomes his assistant and she puts up with little nonsense from him. She is very good at persuading Falcon to look at events differently and to take alternative approaches to problems, particularly where his family is concerned. I was just sorry we never got to meet her bohemian father, he sounded so laid back and fun to have around. Maybe in a later book.
Of course there is the queen b**** that hates Layla and tries to put her in her place. Falcon also has a mother from hell who tries to manipulate her son and Layla, (here's hoping she comes to a terrible end living in obscurity and poverty tee hee!) The men in that family certainly deserve better.
The epilogue is intriguing and I now have to read the 2nd book about Mason, so no-one will be able to contact me for the next few hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I usually stay away from stories about younger people because authors tend to focus so heavily on the angst and confusion during that time that it gets boring to me but not this author. This is the second book I have read by this author and it's every bit as enjoyable as the first one I read. In this story, Ms. Heard brings a beautiful love story to us, one that ticks all the boxes including mystery, love, and heat plus a whole lot more. I was brought to tears at one point and that very rarely happens, that is how touching this story is. Read it, you won't be disappointed. I cannot wait to read Mason's story next!

Falcon is the first book in the Trinity Academy Series and since I had heard about this series I was anxiously awaiting for the release of this book . The wait was absolutely worth it . I have been a staunch fan of Michelle’s work since I discovered this fabulous author and she has been my one click buy and have never disappointed me. There are some authors who have been hit and miss for me but Michelle has consistently been on my favorite authors list I have throughly enjoyed every book she has published to date.
Falcon is another stellar story under her belt. This story has everything from beautifully developed relatable and realistic characters , gripping storyline & eloquent and powerful dialogues. I fell in love with Falcon, Mason, Lake, Layla and Kingsley. The story is an absolute page turner and I literally devoured it in one sitting.
I just loved the chemistry, connection and banter between Falcon and Layla and as the saying goes Opposite attracts ...How from being strangers they fall in love that even the mere presence of the other person gives them peace ..without giving spoilers this is definitely a must recommend story and should be read by anyone who loves a great romance with beautiful plot and characters that stay with you forever, coz by the time you are done reading with the story this talented author definitely has readers fully hooked and emotionally invested with the story and characters and once you finish her story she leaves you craving for more. I am awed by how specks of life lessons and pearls of wisdom are coalesced in the plot so seamlessly and she effortlessly conveys them through her characters throughout the story. Michelle is hands down a fantastic storyteller, she can magically weave beautiful stories and leave her readers spellbound. Michelle writing is like a fine wine, it just gets better with every book she releases. Every time I read her new book I think this book is great but honestly Falcon has to be her best book to date she just surpassed her high standards with this book and superseded her readers expectations.
I just devoured Falcon and by the time I finish the last page I was spellbound and in awe. I honestly didn’t want this story to end , it just left me craving for more of these characters but my only consolation is I would hopefully meet all of them again in the next two books of this series. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. I am literally having withdrawal symptoms, I need Mason’s story like right now.. This story is definitely going on by reread list .
