Probably the cheapest silent mouse from Logitech, won't work with Unifying Receiver
Looks pretty much like the M185 mouse - this one has silent clicks and scrolling but doens't come with or work with the Unifying Receiver.
The scrolling sound was a little louder than the M330 which is costlier but has a more ergonomic, asymmetric shape and also works with the Unifying Reciever.
If your need is a quiet mouse and don't want the Unifying capability (connecting up to 6 devices to the same receiver), this is the one for you.

Good overall, but Scroll Wheel not silent
Overall it's a good mouse.
My review about it's "Silent" part since I am guessing this is why most people will be buying this (otherwise just buy M235 which is quite good and half the price with discounts) :-
Clicks are silent as mentioned, but only left and right clicks are silent.
Click by scroll wheel is NOT that silent, and the scroll wheel is NOISY while scrolling.
I don't understand why after spending resources in making left and right clicks silent, Logitech left scrolling so noisy and with noisy clicks !!!

Quite small and shaky buttons
There were many times when you quickly have to press the left mouse button, and one of the times it inputs the right mouse button. That's so annoying. Apart from singing that is already mentioned, it is way too small than it looks, I've attached a picture for reference. Would not suggest you to buy this. The only good thing is that it is silent.

BEST Budget Mouse (Silent)
Best Budget Mouse.
You can Buy this over Logitech M171 or B171.
It's very ergonomic, slightly better than M235 as well.
It's also a tad bit longer and flatter than M235, and switches are very silent, the scroll is not so much, but it's ok, not bad, and the middle click is silent as well.
Color options are very vibrant and add a very modern yet elegant look to it.
Best for Regular / Occasional users. Not at all for Gamers.
You can Buy this over Logitech M171 or B171.

**NOT anymore ** A great mouse
Update -
Just before its first anniversary the left click stopped working. I took it to the service center and since it was under warranty I got a replacement. Which worked fine for around 7-8 months and the left click stopped working again. Clearly I wont get a replacement for a replacement. By the way I am casual user, I kept in my laptop bag which I rarely open in months. Due to the lockdown I got an opportunity to use it and its a big disappointment. Reducing my previous 5 star rating to 1 star...... DON'T BUY.

Old review:
I bought it in Blue color for Rs. 1095 from the seller "SUPER DEALS 24X7", around 5 months back and I am using it at for personal use. Here is what I think about it:
1) Packaging and delivery: Top grade. The box had the mouse sealed in the its plastic shell.
2) Size: The dimensions are identical as its elder brother m185. I have average size palm and it fits beautifully. If you have giant hands, first try it on some local store.
3) Looks: Again, it is identical to m185. Blue looks really vibrant in a good way but it is not the exact shade what appears in the images. Same goes with the Red one I guess. I suggest you to visit youtube for a real-time look.
4) Function: There is slider button at the bottom to power on the mouse. There is no indicator if the mouse is on. In fact, there is no unnecessary light from the mouse (and its good because it doesn't hurt or distract your eyes in the dark). It's a 3 buttons mouse with the center button doubling up as vertical scroll. The center wheel has an inbuilt-stopper so the scroll stops as soon as you lift up your finger (if your works needs a lot of scrolling this could be a concern)
5) Silence: Oh yeah! all three buttons are silent as hell. Though you when you press any button its gives a little feedback. Loved it.
6) Battery: It runs on one AA battery. The battery which came pre-installed with the mouse is from brand GP alkaline. It had a paper stopper to prevent the flow of the current. To use it, you need just to remove the paper stopper and you are good to go. The battery life is claimed to be 18 months.
7) Gaming: I haven't tested it with Gaming but I don’t think wireless mouse can deliver that accuracy a gamer needs.
Conclusion:
It's a great mouse for those who have average palm size, don't want clicking noise and wants a better battery life (than m185 which has 12 months). Overall I think it is worth paying extra Rs 300 for the features and the bright color’s

Good one if not compared to my previous mouse
Silent click is nice feature. It is really super silent, only the user can feel the clicks. But scrolling wheel is not very SMOOTH compared to my previous mouse and it produces little noise while scrolling. But this can be neglected.
One thing that little disappointed me is it is very light weight/slippery/sensitive that sometimes cursor becomes little unstable while clicking (just get dragged from clicking point a little bit) as a software developer, when i need to select multiple points in a code this becomes a serious issue. My previous mouse was far more stable than this. But all these small issues are related to Ubuntu OS, as Ubuntu has bad mouse pointer algorithms compared to windows. I even tried setting pointer speed to minimum and noticed no improvement in accuracy.
But in windows i can manage this by altering some mouse speed and enhancement settings.

3. With a Maximum DPI of 1000 it feels so smooth and works like charm.
4. It is not an gaming mouse, you can't buy this for gaming, for gaming we need a heavy, big shaped and minimum of 1600 DPI mice. This mice is for professional use.
At last, I get it from Amazon's Appario Retail Pvt Ltd seller in ₹699. I am happy with this deal. Logitech gives me 3 years of warranty, 18 months of battery life. Actual price of this mouse is around ₹1295 (DEPENDENT ON SELLER). I GIVE THIS PRODUCT 5 STARS.

Stealth in your hands
As expected of logitech products, the quality of item is good. Plus it has warranty of 3 years, i was shocked(in a good way as i did not check beforehand. Make sure you register your warranty at official site [https://support.logitech.com/en_my/register].
As advertised, mice is quite silent unless you want to shut yourself in a quiet place just to prove this wrong. The build quality is good but for the price tag of around 800/- it could be still better. Mouse is palm sized for 5-8 years old, half the size if you're average indian sized male but seems comfortable to use.
As for usage, i just got it so no remarks on that. I am planning to update about the performance and bettery usage in the future. So you may want to keep looking here for updates.
