Install is plug and play. Ram was cheap, and really, 4GB is enough for almost everyone. Would I buy it again? In a heartbeat. Do I have anything bad to say at all? Nope. I don't even have a "it's great except this tiny flaw." It works, it's cheap, and that's all I need.

This memory has been rock solid in my PC for over 6 months now. I play a ton of games, video, and graphics. I needed more RAM but was on a budget. I checked on several other computer builder sites such as NE. This RAM was there for fifteen more bucks. No reason to pay that when Amazon has fast delivery and you pay less. I was running 4GB and adding another 4GB was completely noticeable. It is sometimes hard to see any improvement in a computers performance these days. If you are gaming you will see the addition of this RAM immediately, load screens are shorter, the game starts faster.Pros:+ Cost; this RAM is cheap+ Performance is identical to more expensive RAM in my system+ Install is cakeCons:- No heat sinks- a few tries to get the timing rightOverall this is a great upgrade for a system builder on a budget, or if you just want to improve the performance of your computer.Thanks for reading my review.

well it is ram but its not what the seller was advertisng! in the photo they look bigger than when i got them,they were skinnier so it didnt fit my computeri am dissappointed

As title says, the RAM was DOA. Computer would not start. Thanks for easy return. Does Kingston test its memory? Memory was carefully and properly installed.

I purchased two 2GB Kingston memory chips recently. They refused to work on an HP desktop I'd just acquired, but the problem was with the computer. They've been working perfectly on my new Dell Inspirion. I would recommend them.

So far I've bought 6 of these for various uses and not a single one has failed on me. I've been able to "OC" them to 1600MHz but I seriously doubt that makes any difference whatsoever, just needed it that high so my motherboard would feel it had enough for my OC'd processor. I'll keep buying this exact RAM until I get a new motherboard.

This is a pair of full 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM. (Not 1066). Works OK with my new Asus P8H67-M LE Mother Board with a Core i5 2500 Processor. Lifetime Warranty.

There's not much I can say about this set (2 sticks totaling 4GB) of Kingston 1333Mhz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 memory (KVR1333D3N9K2/4G). I turned off and physically unplugged my computer, pulled out the old 2GB previous set, plugged in the new set and was off to the races. Everything works fine. The only negative thing I can note is that I had a tough time inserting the sticks fully. I don't know if that's a function of this memory, of my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3P), or if it's just normal. Regardless, once fully seated, they work fine. So, I rate them at an Excellent 5 stars out of 5.

First i had some shipping issues with amazon, but those got cleared up and i eventually got my RAM in about a week.When i opened up my desktop to put in the ram i thought i might have to remove my cpu fan again due to its enormous size but the valueRAM is so small that i was able to just squeeze it right underneath no problem.So far the memory works great, passed memtest and all that and best of all i can now run my Minecraft server without memory glitches. ^_^

"Not in stock" is what I always eventually hear when trying to get this product, a-f-t-e-r, of course, I complete an order and have been waiting a week. This product is no longer being made! I put together a state of the art computer in 2004 using this leading edge ram, made by Kingston no less, and it is now no longer made!!! Spend half a grand on a computer and throw it away in 6 years!Beware, if you are lucky enough to get something at a premium from some collector then make sure you realize that it comes as a kit that contains (2) sticks of 1 GB ram. Not every vendor understands this and may only send you half of the kit (1 GB stick of ram).

Stick of 2 Gig worked. Was concerned about buying another stick of Kingston RAM; a recent Kingston DDR2 RAM purchase did not go so well. 1 of 2 sticks were bad. But the DDR3 stick I'm reviewing from this most recent purchase did work without issue.Bought the valueRAM to match the RAM already installed in my ZT Systems computer from Costco. Increased 6 Gig to 8 Gig. If the RAM already installed in my desktop wasn't Kingston - and I wasn't trying to match the RAM, there's no way I'd buy Kingston - no matter how inexpensive it is...

Excelente memoria ram, la traje a venezuela con un procesador corei5 750, una tarjeta evga gts450 y una tarjeta madre intel dp55wb y me salio todo por Libertyexpress.com.ve en 800bsf muy buena maquina! la recomiendo!

After building a new computer on a Saturday, I started getting error messages the following day. After approximately two weeks of trying to remedy the situation I finally discovered that I had at least one bad memory module. I sent them back to the vendor and purchased these Kingston sticks from Amazon and they've solved my problem.

I bought this RAM to start off my new budget PC build. I have always used either Kingston or Crucial RAM because they are always solid. I don't overclock, so I don't need anything fancy. This RAM does the job every time.Get this RAM if you are looking to build a new PC, or upgrade the RAM in your existing unit.

I ordered 2 of these . one stick had chips on only one side and it was defective...or at least my MOBO would not regognise it.so far the other is working. never had any issues with kingston ram b4. allways a 1st time i guess lol. i ordered a replacement...if it works then ill be happy with this purchase. if not then i will not use kingston ram again.

Used Amazon to purchase eMachines ET-1352-153 and upgrade RAM from 3GB to 7GB. Installation of Kingston ValueRAM 2 memory modules (2+2GB) was simple. Concerned that new RAM height was higher than already installed 2+1GB, but the RAM was recognized and has worked with no problem since January 14, 2011 installation.

i have windows xp sp3 & im trying to buy this so i can have more ram on my computer i have protools softwear & i need more ram on my computer this is what i have on my computer now 2.80 ghz2.79 ghz 512 mb of ram will 2gb do if i need 4gb of ram for the softwear to work someone please let me know thanks

I have this installed in a Biostar A880G+ motherboard, works perfect except the motherboard recognizes this as DDR3-1066, when it should be DDR3-1333, but you can manually change it to DDR3-1333 in the bios.

This was a great product at a great price! They beat the price of CompUSA/TigerDirect and the other Amazon sellers big time! Negative: It took over two weeks to reach me. Time from order to ship was about 10 days though actual ship time was only 3 or 4; It was my understanding that they were out of stock. At that price I guess they must have been inundated by orders. I wish I had not been in urgent need of the item. I would have been pleased about the deal rather than angry about the delay. I wish I had had the money for another! I would have loved to have bought two! It works great. Buy this item. Perhaps they have a better stock reserve now.

This generic memory works with my HP Pavilion p6610f computer. Customer service at HP said I should buy their memory, because other memory might not work. Kingston customer service wrote I should buy their product specific memory. Both of these RAMs cost much more than this one. I decided to go with this one on Amazon, because of their return policy in case it did not work, and I would save much money if it did. It works like a charm and my computer is much faster.

Bought this RAM as part of a computer build and it works as advertised. However it is not the fastest ram in the world. But this is not marketed as being fast just being cheap and so it completes its task wonderfully. If your looking for DDR 3 ram on a budget this is it.

I used this memory on a build based upon the Intel DP55KG Mother Board. This is an independently certified product for that particular board per info on the Intel support site. No problems.

THere is a reason why it is called ValueRAM. This is because most of the sectors did not work properly. In one case, an entire stick wasn't even recognized by 3 different systems. So either the seller I for my stuff from is pulling shenanigans by giving me bad sticks, or it is a direct result of the price.

I just want to tell, that it works fantastic, no issues, no lags, anything bad. Just plugged in and works as the heaven.Also it is so fast!I used to play heavy games and no problems at all.

This entry level RAM now works fine in my PC about 1 years without any problems.good compatibility, limited overclocking capabilities (happy with as called stock overclocking)no overheating.everything as expected from this type of RAM.

got bad set off the bat and am going to do another set of corsair xms3 instead hows that is what my other 4gig is and granted i had issues the first 2 sets i had but the 3rd set is very strong so im going to do them instead i figure failure for gaming ram over oem slow ram i can tolerate till i get a good set

when building a system I always look for Kingston compatible memory modules for better reliability and faster throughput. this memory is the fastest I have used so far and I trust just as reliableI built this computer for my daughter to do gaming, she keeps calling and saying what a great system she has now. I purchased this memory to use on a Intel DP55WB Media Series P55 micro-ATX Core i7 Core i5 LGA1156 Desktop Motherboard. The motherboard seems to be picky and would not work with the Corsair memory that I originally tried. This memory is in the Intel approved list for the motherboard. I have been using the memory with no problems.

I successfully paired these sticks with Kingston KVR1333D3K2/4GR from another retailer in a dual-channel RAM configuration. So that makes a total of 4 sticks, 8 GB. In order to take advantage of this much memory, I'm running a 64-bit operating system (as opposed to a 32-bit one).These are DDR3 memory sticks, so be sure you have an AM3 motherboard if you like AMD processors, or whatever on the Intel side handles DDR3 if you go for Intel processors.

If you even open the box, this company says it cannot resell the item as new. So beware. You MUST know exactly what you are getting and that it is EXACTLY what you want. My son is now out over $100 for an item he can't use and can't return.
