This could be a testament to the reliability of Kingston memory products. After some 5 years of having successfully used this DDR2 product in my 2007 computer build, I wanted to double my SDRAM to 4GB. But, when it came to the decision to buy used RAM, I really had to cross my fingers. In fact, was able to make a simple return policy agreement with the Amazon Vendor - all this ado over less than a $20 purchase. Aren't cooperative vendors great?My worries proved unnecessary; the used HyperX SDRAM married up with my original SDRAM kit and worked perfectly providing me with a 4GB system --- and for that value added factor, they had a lot more 'glitzy' look than my older originals. It seems that at some point Kingston must have dressed up the blue heat conductors with a sweet-looking machined aluminum trademark logo. Very nice!!!All in all, a very rewarding experience which, BTW - included an excellent purchase price.

The ram has been performing as expected, fit just right in my Dell Opliplex 760. I would recommend this product. Tip is to go to the Kingston website to find the proper product number for your system.

I regularly use Kingston memory ... and I have for 20 years.This module is about 3 years old and failed. The computer justfailed to boot until I pulled the module (it was one of 2).After removing half the memory, the computer works fine.The computer was on a surge protector/UPS. The memorywas not handled before the computer failed. So am buyingan exact replacement to take best advantage of the already installedmemory, but noting that it actually failed -- I'll probablybuy another brand (Corsair?) next time I build a computer fromscratch. This shipped promptly from the seller(Merged). It was packaged in a small, secure package and the RAM was wrapped in anti-static plastic. The RAM installed effortlessly into the slot, replacing an old 1gb stick. Windows 7 booted up and recognized the RAM immediately.So far no problems and I'm very happy with this purchase. :)PC Specs:-Intel Dual Core E5300 2.6 ghz-4gb DDR2 RAM (with the extra gig bought with this purchase)-Radeon 4550 512mb GPU-1280x1024 Dell 1708FP Monitor-160gb Sata Hard Drive-300 Watt PSU

The Kingston HyperX installed easily on my board, was immediately recognized by the bios, and works flawlessly. I have 32-bit Vista so the bios only recognizes 3.25 gig of RAM, but the Kingston has a much faster bus speed than the stock RAM that came with my system and substantially improved my game performance with Rise of Flight. I am very satisfied.

I purchased these to replace the OEM memory in a HP workstation. The performance increase was substantial. The performance was so good I used this workstation now as a server.
