Worst battery life
I ordered a JBL flip 4 on february and use it with my cellphone to listen to songs and stuff but its been 8 months now and its battery life has been already reduced to ½ hour max , this was not expected from JBL now i need to continously keep it charging or else it justs switches off , I havent dropped it either its just been sitting on my table ever since i bough it
I wish amazon sees this or i am gonna make it viral

Thanks Amazon for supplying original product finally.
Flip 4 that I have purchased from Amazon (Seller-e9accessarirs) on 1st July was fake and having no cripsy sound i.e. no high notes. I had returned & got refund immediately.Thanks Amazon. But finally I got the original product from Amazon (Seller-Appario Retail) and sound quality is exceptionally good with punchy bass and original vocal quality,moderate treble . It would have been much more better if treble response is like Sony XB20. Still I am very much satisfied with sound quality and battery backup.

Very much duplicate product..
I was excited to open the parcel and as soon as I opened the box, all my excitement was gone as the product is not the same as shown on the website. I strongly feel that the product what I have received is not original JBL product, seems it is a duplicate product. The box was pretty cool so as the charging cable and the booklet manual. I have requested for a return but i didn't get any sms and return link as said by the customer care voice call. Amazon customer care, please awake and send me the sms as told on the call.. My sincere suggestion for the customers whoever wants to purchase electronic items online, better go to the store, see it, feel it and then purchase instead of online. As I received the duplicate product, the sound quality is very bad.

Never buy any JBL product MUST READ Y.....!
I purchased the product was good, suddenly stopped working, for repair I had to send speaker to Mumbai from Pune as there are very few service centres, 27 November I gave my speaker and JBL never returned been 3+ months I have been contacting over email calls Facebook Instagram Handel. Every time all they say is we will call you in 24-48 hours for update as service centre did not update us however I have never recovered any calls till date. Speaker is gone ever never returned from service nor any update. Better buy something cheap once stopped working throw it but don't buy JBL. This is not just one issue I've read on Instagram FB. Every one is facing same problem they take for repair and don't give product back.

Poor after service from JBL
Speaker is average in sound quality. After some time [with in warranty] the speaker started to show battery back-up issue. Service center guys say that the battery is to be replaced but battery is not available to them. I has been near about 2 months and I am getting the same reply that the battery is not available with them.
Not getting any response from indiasupport@harman.com too.
Pathetic service.
I would not suggest this product to anybody.
Not sure about other JBL products, but considering after service of the JBL, I would never prefer JBL.

Just don't buy it , Charging port stop working and Battery back up is worst !!!
The sound and build quality is good but after using it for 7 months the charging stop working .... Only to know later that it is the most common fault of JBL flip 4 ... It could be of most JBL speakers ... I am not sure just guessing.
I bought this on 29 Jan 2018 and now the battery back up is less than an hour ...

Go for it good choice
The speaker works so far so good. I have not done any major tests like water and dirt but i often use it in the shower and it works perfectly. Loudness is enough and the speaker does shatter some sounds when on full volume, but that is not a problem, this happens for all speakers. It is ideal for most of the times and it is just fine. Pairs with the phone instantly except for the first time till it registers.

Buy at ones own risk !
The flip 4 is a monster in terms of music clarity and bass and u get about 8 hrs of playback time, but the real issue is its battery. My device battery went off within 7 months and suddenly the battery will work for maximum 5 mins ! and it won't charge properly . the biggest misery is you cannot replace the battery since its stick to the board with some kind of glue. Many of my friends also incurred the same issue. I have gone for warranty with all the demanded information and I'm still waiting for their reply. So its a Big Big Gamble guys, Buy it at your own risk

Price Worthy Product, also very Durable too..
This is a great Bluetooth Speaker in this price range. It is very Durable, Speaker's sound quality is Awesome but in full volume you may get a little distorted sound. Battery lasts up to 8-10 hours. Design wise it looks very Beautiful. I really Loved it.

Amazon is becoming suspicious day by day
I ordered it 4 times from Amazon and every time I had to return it. Always had some or the other issue with the product like scratches on USB cable, damaged body etc. And the irony was that the seller in all cases was Appario Retail which is so called the sister company of Amazon. At last finally got myself one from a Physical store.
Talking about the product: Its a good speaker with very subtle sound quality which doesn’t deteriorates at higher volume. Worth the money

Never buy anything from AMAZON
Do not order any electronic things from AMAZON, Non of the product quality is good. At the beginning, after receiving the new speaker it may seem all okay but after few months you will realise that you have receive a faulty product. No kidding, most of the AMAZON products are all defective.
I never charge and played simultaneously because I was concern that the battery might get defected But after 6 month it automatically stoped working for even an hour and that is not only the worst part, even after charger is connected it does not play for long. This is totally cheating their customer. Jeff Bezos is one of the richest business man now and this is how you are bloody selling things now in India. INDIAN marketing will never improve no matter what company you bring in, cheating their customer has become a custom/ritual here.
No more buying from AMAZON....it should go to the highest priority and people should know how Amazon is cheating customers.

Like this Boy.
The sound has adequate bass/good bass. Not too high not too low. Bought 2 of these. One red and one blue. It also charges fast enough with mi MI fast charger. Has a nice weight to it. So, it feels sturdy and well built. Just buy it looks and much better in reality than in review videos.

Please don't buy this
I was not expecting such poor quality speakers from JBL. I bought this speaker 2 months back. It was working well till last week, however now the speakers don't turn ON if not charging. Also the sound is not coming properly with intermittent noises. So both battery and sound is faulty. My device is in warranty and I have checked with the service centre, the official repair centre closest to me is in Mumbai. Now, how can I travel from Nagpur to Mumbai for this issue which will cost me further ?

WORST BATTERY LIFE. BLUETOOTH ISSUES
After 6 months of purchase The battery life reduced to 30 minutes at the max. I need to use power cord all the time.
facing Bluetooth Connectivity issues as well. I need to reset the device in somedays to ensure a working & not-breaking bluetooth connection.
The Power inlet port got loose and believe me I am the one among all my friends who takes extreme good care of its products.
People , Any word on if this issue can be rectified via JBL Service Centre ? Please help. Thanks in advance.

JBL stands for quality 🌟
Previously I owned Flip 3. I'm not sure but I feel that Flip 3 sound quality and effect was better than its successor. Although Flip 4 is waterproof, better battery life and bigger in size than Flip 3. If u have Flip 3 then no need to buy this otherwise it's a nice product.

Faulty Battery after 1 year
Sound quality is quite good. But after 13 months I found out that, battery is not holding charge. With full charge it lasts for around 15 min. After 1 year it is not covered within warranty. I went to the service center and they told it would charge around 2k to replace the battery. I don't know if it is a marketing strategy of JBL to put faulty battery, so that they could charge extra for battery replacement. Because that day at the service center within 1 hour, 3 cases for faulty battery is registered and all of them were out of warranty.
So my suggesion would be go for SoundBot. It also produces good quality sound and its price is around 1/3 of jbl.

I need help / bad durability
Overall the product was good in the beginning. Sound was not totally synchronized with the image while watching movies on Bluetooth mode and jack-to-jack connection quickly stopped working, but that was one of the only problems I could see.
Then a problem appeared in relation with the "pair with other JBL speakers" button (next to the power button). This button started being over-sensitive: just dropping the speaker and even sometimes wind would activate it. When activated, this button stops all sounds being played and searches for another device. When it arrives every two minutes and you can't play one single song without interruption, you can easily imagine how annoying it is.
Now last but not least, the battery also has a problem. While it used to last for hours, the battery's lifetime is now very short (sometimes it takes about 10 minutes to empty itself while being full). For all these reasons I can't use the speaker anymore.
I bought it about 8 months ago and it should still be under warranty. Would anyone know how to proceed to get it repaired or replaced?

Painful battery for an otherwise good speaker
I am facing the same battery issue as many others are reporting here. Practically, zero battery backup!
It started just after 1st birthday of the speaker. I purchased it in Feb 2018 and the issue started in Mar 2019. As of now, by mid-April, the speaker has essentially turned unusable. In the last month it was working at least when plugged-in to a charger. Now a days it shuts off itself within few mins even if its plugged in. Restarting it gives another song or so before it dies again..
Since its just over a year, I wonder if JBL will still help me. I am trying to contact them and will update here should they be able to help me.

My best purchase in recent time
Update: Completed one year. Battery almost dead. Unfortunate. Expected at least ond more year.
I was hesitant because of price. I did not needed water proofing. I though it is too small for a quality sound, specially as there are other powered speaker within this price range. Now after several months of use, I think it is worth it. Mp3s sounds nice but when high quality recording playing through auxiliary input, it sounds even better. Loud, sturdy and portable. Play high quality vocal or string instrument, the clarity is very likable. Enjoying using it. Battery life is decent. Stereo separation is less as the speakers are too close. It allow two of these to use as a stereo through jbl app. Would purchase one more if price comes down/sale. I wish JBL can make one cheaper larger version without the waterproofing/bluetooth for desktop retaining the speakers and same sound quality. My JBL Pebble needs updating. Just hoping.

Debido a que es una bocina mono, hay que elegir un no buen lugar para aprovecharla al máximo, buenos materiales, duración de la batería no la he terminado con la carga que traía de fábrica, per muy buena en general

Me encanta su sonido y su fidelidad, suena muy fuerte para el tamaño que tiene, sigo probándolo pero la pila parece que le dura bastante, aún no lo he cargado y llevo unas 5 horas usándolos a casi todo el volumen
