Критерий Товар-Деньги ОТВЕЧАЕТ своим требованиям.
- + Неприхотлива и практически без сбоев работает в общем то Шустрый агрегат.
- - Установка драйвера звука 5.1 производится ТОЛЬКО при 64 битной системе или в винде7.
Интел--есть Интел.Да Здравтвует Интел.

No one who gets a dead board is happy but I thought I put something down even with my limited use of the MB. My board refused to start, with no beeps and no feedback beyond a green light saying power was on. Intel needs to have some indication of the boot progress. The two LEDs on the board (cost approx $0.02) do nothing to help you diagnose problems. We're told constantly to swap out RAM and "re-seat" CPUs (and I did that many times). I do not see how MB makers can get away with giving us zero diagnostic information while instructing us to move $200 CPUs and $100 of RAM DIMMs around.For the sake of 1 or 2 more LEDs we could all know if the RAM is faulty, or the CPU is not seated, or the power is not connected right, etc.This is 2011, we should be better than this, and Intel's MBs should be the best.

I've purchased two of these now and they are great little 1156 socket motherboards. Things I really like: includes a TPM, has HDMI, VGA, and DisplayPort connectors (only 2 can be used at once), and the vPro remote admin really works allowing remote power cycling and full network KVM. It was REAL hard to find the correct Intel utility program to configure the managment processor in a standalone mode. The DisplayPort connects to a Samsung LCD TV (via a cheap DisplayPort to HDMI cable) and must configure to high color depth or something, as gradients are smoother than I get from the HDMI connector.If you use an i3/i5 processor, you can get remote KVM and power cycling for about $75 less that the lowest cost IPMI remote admin server board. With proper software, you can also get remote DVD boot. My office workstation runs one of these and I telecommute a LOT, and on crashing my system once or twice I was able to remote power cycle it and get back connected via remote desktop, saving me a two hour road trip. I'm not sure why we don't see more Q57 based servers, although perhaps lack of ECC memory is a valid reason, although there are servers using other chipsets that have no ECC memory support.The power consumption also seems really low, not quite as low as an Atom ITX D510 board I have, but the difference is small and the performance and expandability is just way higher than the Atom board. I assume part of credit goes to the excellent power management in the i5 and Windows 7.

We have gotten nearly 20 of these motherboards, and have found them to be very effective. Having the space for memory to expand and two video (DVI) ports fit our applications very well. The builds with these boards have been very reliable. We have some systems on site that have been running for over a year now.

It works out of the box with ubuntu 10.04.There is an USB bug with the BIOS, so you have to update the BIOS to the latest version.
